Busy Bees Southport

Each member of staff is very friendly and always with smiles which makes a good atmosphere of this place. My little princess loves to go there now but I remember when she started in September. It was a very difficult time for all of us and all team worked so hard, with patience, to make sure she is a part of the group. My little girl made big progress and I am very thankful for that.

We have used Tibbi Tots Nursery in Southport since 2013 (for our son, before his starting school and now for our daughter, currently aged 3). I would highly recommend this nursery and the childcare team in place. The nursery is extremely well managed and is an excellent environment for children.

My daughter started this nursery last year and has settled in fine! She loves going and has come on so much in the months she has been going! It’s great to see her settle in and thrive with friends her age and learn so much whilst having fun too!

Tibbi Tots is a wonderful nursery, my son has been going for almost 6 months and he has loved it, the staff are very attentive and he's grown fond of them. Nutrition is taken very seriously and all the meals and snacks are healthy and made in house and he is always stimulated with plenty of toys and activities to participate in. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Tibbi Tots has been the best nursery for my little girl, from starting in the baby room she has flourished and has become a confident toddler. All the staff are so attentive, caring and nurturing to every child.

Fantastic nursery with very caring and dedicated staff who show a genuine interest in every child and their needs. Both of my children have enjoyed being part of Tibbi Tots family Nursery in Southport.

We are very pleased and satisfied with the care and development of our child throughout her time with the nursery. She thoroughly enjoys attending each time and forms a good bond with her. We get a detailed review each day to assist us with some of her health issues we have had. overall a fantastic nursery and staff are a credit to the management team.

All the staff are brilliant and really care for our son. He is making excellent progress in learning to write and count, even now learning French. He really loves the play combined with learning and enjoys interacting with his friends in the great outdoor-safe area. His food requirements are well catered for and the management always ensures everything is perfect for him.

Our daughter is very happy and so are we. Very caring, lots of activities and excellent food. We look forward to the next few years watching her move up through the age groups.

The manager and deputy manager are extremely passionate about the children and go above and beyond to support children and their families. The staff are great and really understanding, they are so positive and supportive of children with complex needs also. The chef creates lovely food and my son tends to have seconds because he enjoys the meals so much. The environment is lovely and clean, outdoor space is lovely with lots of resources available. Our child has additional needs and the nursery could not have done more to support him and include him, building his confidence. This really is a lovely nursery lead by a fantastic management team.

My boys have always been very happy at the Nursery. Staff and management are excellent, I would not hesitate to recommend.

I do feel however that the online system doesn't work as well as it could. Would be lovely to see more pictures/observations and can't always rely on up to date information to what my child has eating, or something different information online to what I get told at pick up time.

My 2-year-old is absolutely thriving at Tibbi Tots. The staff are the epitome of professionalism, whilst making my daughter feel cherished while under their care. She has developed and learned so much. The dedicated nursery chef makes the most wonderfully balanced snacks and meal. Overall, just a fantastic nursery.

I feel that my child is very safe and cared for. She does have a tendency to worry and get upset, but I know they do everything to distract her. The only thing I would suggest is that Parent Zone isn’t always updated and compared to other nursery’s do not show many photos.

The staff in the nursery are excellent and very approachable. They always have various activities available and the children are always engaged in activities. The staff care for each child very well!!

The food is amazing, and always smells lovely when we are dropping off and collecting. We would recommend the nursery (and have done) to any of our family and friends.

The whole atmosphere and friendliness is brilliant. My little boy loves coming to nursery and always has lots to tell me about what he has been doing. It's nice as a parent to know that your child is being entertained by so many activities.

Both my daughters attend nursery and both love it. The amount of different activities available to them is fantastic. I enjoy hearing about her day and all the things she has been learning about. Martin Mere (WWT Wetland Centre) came to visit which she enjoyed. Over Halloween ZooLab (live animal handling workshops) came to visit which both my children got to see and enjoyed. I like the 'decorate a Christmas tree decoration', to tie in with home observations. This is a great idea to help busy parents to take a minute and help their child and to spend that time with them and to also get us involved. Every member of staff is approachable and easy to talk to. Very helpful, very pleasant, smart and the whole nursery is just a great place. I am very happy we chose this nursery and strongly recommend it to anybody and everybody. The manageress Sharon has a great team.

The food is all freshly prepared, sometimes a little 'exotic' for my daughters taste and occasionally the portions are a little small, but that is obviously difficult to judge, and 'seconds' are given if there is enough to go round. All in all an excellent nursery.

My little boy loves it and I'm so glad of the choice we made :)
