Busy Bees Childwall, Liverpool

This nursery is outstanding in every way. I have nothing but praise in every area. There is genuine care and love for the children. I've had two attend through the past year, one now in the toddler room and one in the baby room. My little ones have progressed very fast since starting. The eldest vocabulary is fantastic, wide and varied. He loves the routines that have been set up there. They taught him to feed himself and is currently nearing potty training. The open-door policy shows how transparent they are. Being an ex-primary teacher, I'm convinced they would get outstanding in their next Ofsted. Well done to all the staff, including the chef, who makes the most deliciously nutritious meals. The nursery is managed by two fantastic women. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this nursery as the best in Childwall!

My daughter was extremely apprehensive about starting nursery for the first time in February at eleven months old, after spending time only with me at home. Two members of staff in the baby room were very reassuring during her settling in sessions and communication has been excellent, despite the additional challenges of the pandemic. My daughter has soon settled in and has developed a lovely relationship with the staff and is making excellent progress. I have also found the admin staff and management to be very good at communicating and only have praise for the nursery setting and staff.

My son had started to get anxious about attending nursery, he would always be in tears at the mention of nursery, however, with lots of support from the nursery staff he started to feel more comfortable. He always comes out of nursery with such a big smile. My daughter is always ready to go to nursery and can't get enough of nursery!

Both my girls have attended this nursery for around 18 months and absolutely love it. The teachers and staff are brilliant with them and always go above to make sure they have an enjoyable, rememberable day. They both get so excited to go in every day. The nursery were brilliant at helping me and directing me with funding I am entitled to and made everything so understandable for me by breaking down everything. They always go above and beyond.

I have had the pleasure of having two kids going to Busy Bees at Childwall, Liverpool. My eldest boy from September 2017 to September 2020 and my youngest from September 2020 to now. I love Busy Bees at Childwall, Liverpool, everything about it. The staff, the place and the standard of care has been amazing and I don't have any negatives about the place.

I feel comfortable with my baby in this nursery. He is always happy going in and coming home. The staff are always friendly and put any worries I have at ease. He has come on loads since starting at the nursery.

Busy Bees at Childwall, Liverpool have provided childcare for me for seven years now and I cannot fault the team. The care provided is exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this centre. I cannot thank the team enough for providing my child with a safe, clean, happy and fun environment. From management to bank staff, everyone is so friendly and always smiling. I am forever thankful for the childcare provided at Busy Bees at Childwall, Liverpool.

This nursery is excellent. The staff are so friendly, out daughter is only nineteen months and loves attending. She eats well, is happy, thriving and is so enthusiastic. She's coming on so well. Cannot fault the management, staff and premises which is spot on clean and fantastic.

This nursery is amazing I highly recommend. The staff are amazing, they are caring and so efficient. My child is so happy her development is fantastic. It was the best decision choosing Busy Bees. My child is so social she loves the staff and other children. She gets her bag ready in the morning as she is so excited to go. Brilliant nursery and team thank you all!

Our little one has been to Busy Bees ever since she was one and this month we left for school. What can I say: We miss nursery. When we first walked through the door on parents' evening four years ago, Busy Bees was the only nursery we felt comfortable with leaving her. Ever since the staff has been our reliable partner in raising our child, has been by our side, providing valuable guidance and advice when we needed it. The nursery itself is a lovely building with bright rooms, plenty of toys, activities and a large garden. There is parking space at the front, which makes the drop-off and pick up much easier. Over the years, we have met a lovely community of other parents and children who have become our friends. All staff are enthusiastic and passionate about looking after the children in their care and about enabling them to reach their full potential. They have most certainly exceeded our expectations. And we would like to use this opportunity, too to say a heartfelt thank you.

His key worker would listen to any concerns I had outside the nursery setting (eg development with speech, little boy running off etc) and would always support me and suggest things we could do at home and in nursery to help him understand. All the staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Once I’ve dropped my boys off, I feel happy knowing that they are getting well looked after and that they both love being in nursery. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

They always just know what to say, this nursery is of a very high standard in every way. I would like to say a big thank you and more as it is well deserved.

My daughter loves nursery and gets to do a wide range of activities. The staff are conscientious and affectionate. She loves her primary carer.

I have seen a leap in the development for my daughter who joined the nursery when she was only 8 and a half months old and is now 3 years and 8 months old. The staff are genuinely amazing at providing good excellence and care. Now my son has also joined the nursery and I can see how his development has been. The staff take a genuine interest and take pride in providing the best care and educational approach towards each child's development. They're all there to listen and to provide any extra support I need. Don't know about my son yet, but it's always very difficult to take my daughter home at home-time! They both jump with joy when they come into nursery. Best nursery.

Over the two years, my son has attended Busy Bees he has come on from strength to strength. The support from his key worker and the management team has been outstanding. I am highly impressed with the level of care and service they offer. If I was to give the whole team an award, it would be "outstanding." My child is now ready and prepared for big school, reception and Busy Bees has helped tremendously with this process. I want to take this opportunity to thank Busy Bees for all their help and support.

I have 2 children at this nursery and they have both had a fantastic time here and enjoy coming to nursery 3 days a week. Good staff, big garden, always helpful.
