My daughter loves this nursery and staff. We have to recommend this nursery to friends who have taken our advice and also love this nursery.

The meals are varied and home cooked, and will offer an alternative if necessary! Nappies, creams, sun cream etc. all included - to suit your individual child. About 80% of the staff are still here 10 years later - including the manager, cook and Spanish teacher along with many of the key workers who are amazing with the children. Can’t fault this nursery at all. It is as Ofsted rate it -OUTSTANDING!

She is keen to play with her friends and is always smiling when I pick her up.

They are flexible with regards to the days my son goes in and as a shift worker, my days working are different every week. The nursery is excellent at allowing me to be flexible with the days he goes in. The staff know my son as an individual and that's so important to me.

My son also went to Brookbank from the age of 12 months to 4 years old (2013 - 2016) and the pre-school setting and activities were excellent at building his confidence, knowledge and skills ready to start primary school.

The nursery is lovely and friendly, I feel part of the family when I walk through the door.

I think the nursery is a really nice place for my little girl, nursery nurses are really nice.

My son is always happy to go to nursery and tells his tale to all the family on his return.

My little girl has attended Brookbank since she was 8 months old and will leave in September to go to school as she turns five. I cannot praise the staff team at this nursery highly enough. My daughter adores each and every one of them. My daughter will be leaving to go to school a bright confident individual and we owe that to this fantastic team of nursery nurses.

Lovely staff, fantastic in every room and outside. The garden is gorgeous and huge. They have a wide range of toys and activities. The staff are helpful and friendly, both of my boys have really enjoyed coming here.

Overall the place is clean and tidy, its a good nursery which I would recommend.

Our daughter has been at Treetops Brookbank nursery since she was 5 months old. We were very nervous about her being so young but she has settled in really well thanks to the brilliant staff at the nursery. They were great at providing lots of helpful information, we were invited to take a look around and let our daughter have some trail sessions. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They adapt to the needs of the child and we get an update of how she has got on each day. Food and nappies are also provided which is less to worry about and makes life easier. Would highly recommend this nursery.

My son has attended treetops for 2 years and the overall experience has been great. A particular nursery nurse has taken the time to build a good relationship between herself and my son. My son is not in pre-school at Treetops and he is genuinely happy to go in each day.

All round great experience at Treetops Brookbank Nursery all staff have always been very pleasant and helpful, friendly. My boy's development, confidence, skills have come on immensely since joining the nursery. I have felt very confident from the start that Treetops Brookbank Nursery was the best nursery for my twin boys. Staff are fabulous. My only problems with the nursery is the parking facilities.

Both of my children attend Treetops Brookbank; they have always been happy there and have formed excellent relationships with nursery staff. The staff at this nursery are all excellent - attentive, kind and invested in the children that they care for. Both of my children are clearly very fond of everyone in their respective settings, not their key worker alone.

Their day is spent on varied activity that interests them, and the garden area is the largest I have seen in any nursery. Both being outdoorsy children, they love that they are allowed outside to play whatever the weather. It's a rare day that the children don't get any outside time at all.

The food provided is healthy and balanced, and security to the building is always strictly maintained. In summary, Treetops Brookbank provides a safe and caring place for children to spend time, whether once a week or five times a week. I highly recommend it.

Since starting at Brookbank my little girl has come on leaps and bounds both in her educational skills and social/personal skills. She loves to go to the nursery every day and is always talking about both her friends and staff alike. We have always found members of staff to be friendly and professional and always willing to offer advice and tips on development and always open and honest about the child's progress.

There is a real sense of caring within the nursery as my daughter was off nursery for a couple of months due to being seriously ill. The manager and the team stayed in regular contact to see how both my daughter and us were doing and even came to visit at the hospital with cards that the children had made and presents that the staff had bought which was extremely heartwarming. I could not wish for a better setting to send my daughter to as the nursery facilities and garden are excellent along with the meals provided and the level of care given is outstanding.

My son has attended Brookbank since 3 months old (he is nearly 4) he has always loved going to nursery, all the staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them, he does various learning activities throughout the day and has a varied assortment of food. I would recommend the nursery to any of my friends but in the area it is one of the more expensive ones.
