Holly Tree Montessori

Overall we are super happy with Holly Tree and couldn't recommend it higher.

I could not recommend Holly Tree Nursery enough and encourage you to go and have a look for yourself - you will not be disappointed.

My son has come in leaps and bounds since joining the nursery. We have seen a huge improvement in confidence, speech and ability. This is down to the staff and the attention to detail along with the updates as to what and how we can work on things at home. I couldn’t recommend more!

invested in all of the children’s development. They are all really attentive to all of the children’s needs, ensuring they are settled and giving them lots of opportunities for play and development. The activities provided for the children are always fun and varied - the garden is amazing too! Our son can’t wait to go to nursery every day!

My child has been at Holly Tree since 2021, he was born in lockdown and had therefore sadly had limited interaction with other children prior to nursery, however, he still settled in amazingly thanks for to the care, kindness and patience of his nursery teachers. He is now in preschool and is thriving, he’s adored every single one of his key workers (often telling me they’re his best friend) and loves everything about nursery. Holly Tree has truly brought out the best in my child in so many ways and set amazing foundations for the rest of his life.

I am super happy with Holly Tree Montessori. It is great to see how my daughter quickly adapts to the nursery. The staff have been amazing, incredibly supportive and caring. I really like the fact of having group activities as well as individual for my kid to discover what enjoy the most. 100% recommended.

Towards the end of her time in Baby Room we had a minor concern around the variety of activities she was experiencing, but since changing days and transitioning to Class 1 this is now totally resolved and we can see the positive impact staff and other children are having on her.

Cosy and nice atmosphere with friendly and professional staff. My daughter always comes back home happy and energetic. The rooms are a bit small but it makes it feel more like home. They don't allow outside food but were very accommodating with my child's dietary requirements.

We couldn’t be happier with the nurturing nature of the staff here - each one of them manages transitions so well and creates a real bond with the children along the way. The food they have is amazing (the chef puts parents to shame!). The activities planned are well thought out and inclusive. I love the app they use to keep me updated on her day with photos and next steps. I honestly couldn’t be happier with our decision to have our children here!

They have a great outdoor area, and a great menu, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Holly Tree to all other parents.

We've only been with Holly Tree for a short time and already we can see such a positive impact. The staff are very accommodating and genuinely care about the children. It has definitely been the right decision to go here, they have such variety in their week with plenty of outside play too.

A great nursery!

Holly Tree is an absolutely amazing nursery for our child. She loves attending, the atmosphere and staff are so genuine, warm, welcoming and encouraging. We have travelled far to place our child in a Montessori setting and we are so happy with our choice, the nursery is run efficiently, great communication, lovely activities for the kids to explore, excellent outdoor space and the chef makes amazing home-cooked nourishing food. He’s a very flexible chef and caters to everyone. The staff in the nursery are all so lovely and very caring, our child loves her nursery teachers very much, I can tell she really cares for them.

Staff have always been consistently friendly, informative, and helpful when I have visited for events or at drop-offs and pick-ups.

We are really pleased to be sending our second child here next year. My eldest daughter has been here three years and we can not fault the nursery and staff. My daughter has really grown in confidence and still loves attending. To be honest, the staff and nursery feel like family. They always listen to any ideas and feedback and come up with lots of their own. I feel really lucky that my children are able to grow in such a kind and well-cared-for place. And the food is delicious too!

What to say about the lovely Holly Tree? We looked high and low for a nursery that was calm, quiet, caring, nurturing of emotional well being and responsive. Montessori was the added bonus of Holly Tree. The core is Montessori which is a great start in life for children. We were so apprehensive about leaving our oldest at nursery but the Holly Tree experience has been truly wonderful. They communicate really clearly, treat every child as an individual and prioritise each child's interests and needs. The management team are highly responsive and they answer queries in a heartbeat. The chef has also catered for our vegan children amazingly and the food is better than at home! I have never felt our children have been overlooked. If you're considering it, send your children here. It'll be the best thing you can do for them if not working isn't an option for your family. Our 3-year-old is caring, kind, understands other children can say no to him and is very independent.

My daughter has attended Holly Tree for a year now and absolutely loves it! She has learnt so much, and the Montessori aspect has given her so much independence. We love the home-from-home feel of the nursery, and there are always exciting events happening. My son will be starting at the nursery next year.

My oldest daughter attended this nursery until she started preschool. Now my youngest 10 month old has started in September. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and always keep you up-to-date with everything. Highly recommend as both my girls settled in very well and are happy going to nursery.
