Kate is our Nursery Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead. She holds a wide range of qualifications, including a Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce, Level 4 in Lead Communication Practitioner, Paediatric First Aid, and Makaton training. Kate has worked within Early Years for over 15 years with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
She is passionate about inclusivity and values each child, family, and team member as the individuals they are, creating a warm and nurturing environment for all.
As a mother of two, Kate is very family-oriented and loves spending time outdoors—especially enjoying a day at the beach.

Becki is our Curriculum Lead, Deputy Manager, Deputy Safeguarding Lead, and one of our nursery teachers. She holds a Level 7 Early Years Teacher qualification, alongside paediatric first aid and many other professional training qualifications. Becki has worked in Early Years for over 15 years with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
As Curriculum Lead, she is passionate about finding new ways to learn and develop—not only to enhance her own professional knowledge but also to support the development of our whole team, helping to improve opportunities and outcomes for our children.
As a mother of two, Becki loves being creative and spending time with her family.

Holly is our Third in Charge, site SENDCo, and one of our nursery teachers. She holds a wide range of qualifications, including Level 7 Teacher Status, Level 4 Lead Communication Practitioner, Level 3 SENDCo, Paediatric First Aid, and Makaton training. Holly has worked in Early Years for over four years with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
As site SENDCo, she is passionate about supporting inclusive practice and ensuring that every child receives the individual support they need to thrive. She is also currently training to become a qualified Level 3 Forest School Educator, as she strongly believes in the value of outdoor learning.
Holly is very creative and loves developing new and exciting resources to enhance our children's learning experiences and opportunities.
