Fantastic nursery the staff go above and beyond for my daughter. She loves going and has come on leaps and bounds since starting here in 2022, we will be sad when she leaves in August to start primary school.

Lovely, friendly and professional staff, feels more like a family than a business. The holistic well-being of both parents and children is at the forefront of the nursery and is central to everything they do. Communication is excellent and the app feature that other nurseries have isn't necessary. Everything
feels personal and you feel like you're part of a community rather than just paying a business. Community information and advice are regularly shared with parents via text, such as local events and learning opportunities. Little touches like sending lunch home when my son doesn't manage to finish his food are hugely appreciated and above and beyond what you expect. My son has been attending since January and I am completely confident in the staff and I know he's being supported in a safe and nurturing environment and that will undoubtedly loves his time there. Don’t send your child anywhere else, this place is fab.

We put our son into nursery for three days a week, apprehensive about how he would react to going and if he’d settle. Within the first week, our fears had gone because of the amazing work of the Claremont staff. They went above and beyond to help him settle, giving regular updates and ensuring that
he was getting all the attention he needed.
I’d thoroughly recommend Claremont to anyone: they’re so lovely and I would not have our son anywhere else!

We love the nursery and all the staff their all amazing with our little girl, she equally loves the nursery and runs in as soon as we drop her off.
The only thing I would like to see more of is pictures or videos of our girl playing and interacting. It would be nice if there was an app like some of
the other nurseries so we can see her throughout the day and see what she's been up to.
Apart from that, we think the nursery is amazing with our child, every day she's learnt something new.

My son has been attending Claremont since he was 6 months old. I was lucky enough to have had a previous positive experience with his older brother there a few years ago and most of the highly experienced staff are still there so the decision on 'which nursery' for him was easy.
He settled in with
no problem, every day we are met with welcoming faces and I can tell he enjoys his time there with so many activities to suit his preferences and development phase. I'm kept well informed about how he is doing and an added bonus is that the nursery is well-connected with the community and shares activities that the family can enjoy together.
I recommend this nursery without hesitation.

Excellent nursery and staff. My daughter had separation anxiety when starting nursery and all the staff went above and beyond to help her settle. She is now fully settled and loves going. The facilities are excellent and my daughter loves playing outside. Staff provide good updates on the child’s day
and what they have eaten.

It was a difficult decision to choose which nursery to send our twins to based on just a visiting day but we definitely made the right choice! The settling-in sessions were very well structured and took place over a few weeks to ease them into a full day at nursery. It is now a great joy to see them
both greet the staff member with smiles. I genuinely believe the staff care about the girl's well-being and also their development. We get feedback on their development track and been given advice and activities on how we can better teach them at home. We get regular messages from the nursery with useful information from fun days out with the kids to educational tools, which is greatly appreciated! It's lovely to hear that the girls are playing and making each other laugh as they do at home because it shows they are happy and comfortable being there. I do trust that the nursery staff have the children's best interest as their priority and would highly recommend them to other parents.

Our son has been at Claremont Neighbourhood Nursery for the last 3.5 years and there is such a lovely bond between him and the staff there. He has learnt so much in terms of independence skills through the guidance and support of all his aunties and looks forward to going every day. They have also done
an amazing job at catering for his dietary requirements due to his reflux.
I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

Every single member of staff we have encountered is so child-centred and shows so much love and care towards our little boy. It does not matter who opens the door in the morning, every member of staff opens it with a smile and we can see how much they care. It is clear that all staff share the same
passion for early years.  
The nursery manager always goes out of her way to share updates and activities in the community with families.
Claremont Neighbourhood Nursery is a very special place that is just like an extended family on the days our little boy is there.

Amazing nursery, I highly recommend. My daughter is 3 and has been going to the nursery since she was 1 and we've just enrolled her little sister. My daughter started Claremont Neighbourhood Nursery back in January when she was 9 months old and it’s been the best thing I have ever done! She has come on so much in every aspect and learns something new every week. She has amazed me how she had come on since starting nursery. I was worried about
leaving her when going back to work but I am always kept updated on what my daughter is up to and how she’s doing throughout the day which puts my mind at ease knowing she’s enjoying herself and being well looked after. All the staff are so friendly and my daughter absolutely loves her days at nursery. Couldn’t recommend Claremont nursery enough!

My daughter attended Claremont from 9 months old until she was 3 and I couldn't praise the nursery enough! They became a second family for my little girl and this gave me great comfort when I was working. The care is brilliant, so professional and loving. I could not stop crying when she was leaving
to start school, I would 100% recommend this nursery!

My son attended Claremont nursery full-time from the age of 9 months to 4 years of age. They were absolutely brilliant with my little boy, helping him settle in as he was very distraught at leaving mum, working with us whilst toilet training, and were totally supportive throughout the Covid pandemic.
They even helped when he transitioned from nursery to school. There's a positive family vibe at the nursery which I didn't find at other nurseries I viewed and I truly believe that because of their superb care has shaped my son into the kind, caring and the clever little boy he is today.

My little boy attended Claremont three then four days per week from age nine months to starting nursery class at school. It was a superb start to his education and he is now a confident and worldly little boy that has been no doubt supported in a big way by his time at the nursery. Children are treated
very much as individuals and their specific interests and needs were met at all times. His transition into preschool was seamless and he is above on many targets. Thank you to Claremont for his experience and development. Don't hesitate to choose this nursery.
