Lovely, friendly and professional staff, feels more like a family than a business. The holistic well-being of both parents and children is at the forefront of the nursery and is central to everything they do. Communication is excellent and the app feature that other nurseries have isn't necessary. Everything feels personal and you feel like you're part of a community rather than just paying a business. Community information and advice are regularly shared with parents via text, such as local events and learning opportunities. Little touches like sending lunch home when my son doesn't manage to finish his food are hugely appreciated and above and beyond what you expect. My son has been attending since January and I am completely confident in the staff and I know he's being supported in a safe and nurturing environment and that will undoubtedly loves his time there. Don’t send your child anywhere else, this place is fab.

I’d thoroughly recommend Claremont to anyone: they’re so lovely and I would not have our son anywhere else!

Apart from that, we think the nursery is amazing with our child, every day she's learnt something new.

The staff are very kind. The manager is a nice person. She always gives you the attention you need.

Excellent nursery and staff. My daughter had separation anxiety when starting nursery and all the staff went above and beyond to help her settle. She is now fully settled and loves going. The facilities are excellent and my daughter loves playing outside. Staff provide good updates on the child’s day and what they have eaten.

It was a difficult decision to choose which nursery to send our twins to based on just a visiting day but we definitely made the right choice! The settling-in sessions were very well structured and took place over a few weeks to ease them into a full day at nursery. It is now a great joy to see them both greet the staff member with smiles. I genuinely believe the staff care about the girl's well-being and also their development. We get feedback on their development track and been given advice and activities on how we can better teach them at home. We get regular messages from the nursery with useful information from fun days out with the kids to educational tools, which is greatly appreciated! It's lovely to hear that the girls are playing and making each other laugh as they do at home because it shows they are happy and comfortable being there. I do trust that the nursery staff have the children's best interest as their priority and would highly recommend them to other parents.

Both my children have attended this nursery and the staff are amazing, one of my children had a medical issue and the staff always made sure they were up to date with any info which made me feel he was in safe hands

Claremont Neighbourhood Nursery is a very special place that is just like an extended family on the days our little boy is there.

Amazing nursery, I highly recommend. My daughter is 3 and has been going to the nursery since she was 1 and we've just enrolled her little sister. Our daughter loves nursery, the staff are wonderful - really kind, caring and engaging. We know she is in safe hands, she is learning whilst enjoying herself, has a lovely mix of indoor and outdoor activities and she always eats well.

My daughter started Claremont Neighbourhood Nursery back in January when she was 9 months old and it’s been the best thing I have ever done! She has come on so much in every aspect and learns something new every week. She has amazed me how she had come on since starting nursery. I was worried about leaving her when going back to work but I am always kept updated on what my daughter is up to and how she’s doing throughout the day which puts my mind at ease knowing she’s enjoying herself and being well looked after. All the staff are so friendly and my daughter absolutely loves her days at nursery. Couldn’t recommend Claremont nursery enough!

My daughter attended Claremont from 9 months old until she was 3 and I couldn't praise the nursery enough! They became a second family for my little girl and this gave me great comfort when I was working. The care is brilliant, so professional and loving. I could not stop crying when she was leaving to start school, I would 100% recommend this nursery!

My son attended Claremont nursery full-time from the age of 9 months to 4 years of age. They were absolutely brilliant with my little boy, helping him settle in as he was very distraught at leaving mum, working with us whilst toilet training, and were totally supportive throughout the Covid pandemic. They even helped when he transitioned from nursery to school. There's a positive family vibe at the nursery which I didn't find at other nurseries I viewed and I truly believe that because of their superb care has shaped my son into the kind, caring and the clever little boy he is today.

Claremont nursery has lovely friendly staff, great facilities and plans lots of fun and educational activities and also has a great in-house cook so I know my child eats well! Really nice nursery and well kept.

My little boy attended Claremont three then four days per week from age nine months to starting nursery class at school. It was a superb start to his education and he is now a confident and worldly little boy that has been no doubt supported in a big way by his time at the nursery. Children are treated very much as individuals and their specific interests and needs were met at all times. His transition into preschool was seamless and he is above on many targets. Claremont is a fantastic nursery! My daughter has settled in so well with the help of the manager and the team! I cannot explain how much my daughter has progressed since starting nursery here. They are all super friendly and welcoming and are a pleasure to be around!
