Oberlin Street Nursery provides premium childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years old in Oldham, Manchester.

Set in two semi-detached properties, the nursery benefits from a homely, family atmosphere. The nursery features a specialist baby unit and indoor and outdoor play spaces filled with sensory and stimulating play equipment.

The nursery follows the EYFS curriculum, working with parents to ensure that each child meets their development goals. Activities are designed to build social, communication, physical and academic skills, as well as supporting each child to build confidence and independence.

I was worried when looking for a nursery for my little boy as it’s difficult to place your child in the care of others I have viewed many nurseries and I can honestly say Oberlin Street Staff are hands down the best one I have come across by far. They are all so friendly and lovely and hands on with
the children. Very trustworthy, top staff.

My son has been going to this nursery for almost 2 1/2 years now and to say it's an excellent nursery is an understatement. The staff without a doubt are also excellent. My son loves coming here and looks forward to it almost every day. It'll be a sad day when he eventually has to leave for school.
I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

Outstanding Nursery my baby loves it so much there, the staff have helped her grow and develop a lot and even helped her with her eating habits which was a struggle in the past.


Very grateful for everyone 10/10 recommend.

My son started nursery of August this year. The staff have been absolutely brilliant, he has settled in extremely well and his development and confidence with walking and speech has come a long way. I really can’t thank the staff enough as it’s peace of mind to know that he is in such a nice environment
and we are kept informed of his progress weekly. They are really proactive with activities and themed days for the children and we are really happy in such a short window of time.

My daughter loves the staff, very friendly and lovely with my daughter she loves to play with the babys and she always happy with you guys for that thank you so much.

I’m so happy with Oberlin Street Nursery. That’s a good place, good staff and everything is nice.
My son is always happy when I drop off and when I pick up.
Nice place for babies and toddlers.

This nursery goes above and beyond to ensure the children and parents are comfortable and happy. It's a big thing leaving a child with new people but they all made the process so easy. Their procedures for safeguarding are brilliant, and I always feel like my child is in good hands. If anything happens
whilst my child is in nursery I get told about it straight away whether it be an accident report or an activity they did as a group. They update you on your child's individual progress too which I think is great. Their facilities are stocked with all sorts of toys, equipment and learning items. You get updated on nappy changes and meals, so you're always informed. My child always comes home happy and that's all you can ask for. Thank you for all you do for all the children. Couldn't be happier picking this nursery.

Always find the staff friendly and approachable and accommodating. My daughter loves the staff and has many friends, they provide a range of different foods and cater to different allergies ect.
They do activities for every holiday and activities to suit each season.
Would definitely recommend.

Since the first day my daughter started this nursery, she's come out of her shell. She's more interactive with other children and her speech has come a long way she seems happier in general. She's always excited to go to nursery and see her friends.

My daughter has attended the nursery since being eight months old and is now three. She has always been so well looked after and comes home every day with a big smile on her face.
All the staff are so caring and fun.
The management is very supportive and helpful and thrives to make any improvements
they can to make the setting even more welcoming, fun and caring than it already is.

I confess that as a mother, I was afraid of how my son would be received at the nursery - if he would cry whenever I left him there, if he would have his bum scratched for spending too long in a diaper, and the truth is that he never cries when I leave him, and until today he hasn't had his bum scratched.
I had an opportunity to spend one hour on his first day, and I enjoyed seeing how he and other children interacted with each other and the way nurseries take care of each child.
The staff are very sweet and friendly, and whenever I have a question, they are always available to answer it.
The best thing is that I have access to all the meals he eats, reports on how his week went and a little more.
I recommend the nursery without hesitation.

My son has settled really well and quickly in the nursery. The staff are all friendly, always smiling and make sure all his needs are met. Everything is always recorded on the app, so I can check what he’s been up to during the day. And the staff also let me know me to know at the end of the day how
he has been. He’s always happy when I collect him.

Oberlin Street Nursery is outstanding in the care of my granddaughter, who I care for daily. The staff are warm and friendly with every child, and they know them intimately. Their setting provides imaginative learning opportunities based on the children’s own interests: for instance, they provided a
star-making activity because my granddaughter likes Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Despite all these wonderful activities, the setting is immaculately clean, tidy and welcoming.
They cater exceptionally well for dietary needs, my granddaughter is dairy free, and she is always included in every food activity. The caterers provide the oat milk she prefers. The staff went out of their way to find dairy-free chocolate so she could make a chocolate cake with everyone else.
The nursery works hard to include parents/carers and family as well, eg grandparents day and parents’ commitment.
The staff take safeguarding very seriously and are well-trained. The setting is safe and secure.
I would highly recommend them.

The nursery has changed a lot since my children started in the baby room. It's absolutely fantastic. Such a welcoming place. The staff are always very helpful and adhere to changes regarding my children.
My children love it here. They come home every day full of stories about their day. I'm informed
regularly through the app about any activities and what they have eaten.
Any queries I have, I can message the manager in the app, and she responds fairly quickly.
I couldn't recommend them enough.

Brilliant nursery. My son started at six months old and has come on so much since starting in January. He's now able to crawl, stand himself up, join in with certain activities and eat solid foods really well. There are never tears when dropping him as he genuinely loves going. The staff are so good
with him and keep me informed on everything he's been up to. Would definitely recommend it.

My son has been going to this nursery since he was 9 months old, he has always loved going to nursery to play with his friends. The staff make you feel welcome and keep you updated daily on your child's activities and processions.

The nursery has always been fantastic in welcoming us in. My niece absolutely loves the staff and feels comfortable going to them. She sometimes asks to go in on weekends and when she's off sick, which should tell you something. They are all lovely girls and really put the children first.

Oberlin nursery was recommended to me by my sister. My son has been going since he was two years old. All staff are lovely and friendly. He only comes twice a week but always tells me he's had a good day and thing's they have done throughout the day. The food is great and allows him to explore new varieties.
I love the updates and pictures of seeing him doing different things every week also I can always ring to see how his day is going.

Amazing nursery, can't do enough for my son, he always has his needs met and he loves going there. My son has settled in really well and has lots of friends,
he loves all the staff he works with, his key workers always keep me well-informed throughout the day with what he has done. Brilliant staff,
