I could not be happier to have chosen this nursery and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any new parents.

He is coming on much more with his language as this has been a focus in the teaching and learning. It is a very encouraging environment, clear communication and handover.

I would like additional photos etc if possible but understand staff are busy, other than that, its great.

We were very impressed when we came to view the nursery in July of this year and haven't been disappointed in the time since. The staff seem very affectionate and our son always appears to be happy here. The activities he takes part in all look fun and educational. He seems to enjoy the food too, which is good. We appreciate being kept up to date through the parent app and are very pleased overall.

My son started Kids Planet at the beginning of January 2021 after a year of being locked down with only me and his father. The nursery staff did an amazing job supporting both my son and myself with the transition which went smoothly.

My son is well supported by the staff within nursery, the learning environment is relaxed, caring and like a little family unit. The progress that my son has made this year has been amazing and I put that down to the attentiveness of the staff and their ability to engage in him different activities and opportunities that stimulate his curiosity and need to learn.

The team are amazing, keep doing what you're doing. We appreciate everything you do for our children.

All staff are very professional and friendly and it's clear to see their passion, care and enthusiasm towards helping all the children grow.

The nursery is run very well and everything is communicated clearly and in a timely manner e.g. COVID protocols/ policy.

The space itself is great for our child. Lots of outdoor space to explore and they have the freedom to move from their room to the outside space freely which was a big plus for us. The food menu is great, seasonal and changes regularly.

Both of my children have attended the nursery from being 10 months old, the eldest now in pre school. The nursery itself has seen massive changes since my boys started with a complete transformation of the outdoor area. The environment is calm and inviting whilst still offering exciting learning opportunities. The manager is fabulous, she is welcoming and keeps parents informed about the nursery and upcoming events. Having a teacher in pre school is fantastic especially one as amazing as they have. She is so knowledgeable about the Early Years as well as being kind and caring. The nursery have thought really carefully about how to include parents; secret readers, discos and parents evenings all help you to feel included in your child’s learning journey. The most special thing is the relationships my children have with all of the staff in the nursery; from the staff in the kitchen to the cleaning staff who keeps the place sparkling, to everyone else - the list goes on! All fab!

Having to choose a nursery in the middle of a pandemic was extremely stressful for me as a first-time mum, however, Poppy and Jacks Heaton Mersey made it all a very easy and reassuring process. The staff are all very welcoming and my son enjoys his time at nursery. Doing lots of different activities within the theme of the week, I can help extend his learning at home by completing some of the ‘homework’ suggestions which are often fun and something we can do in our normal day-to-day activity. My second child is about to start in December and I have no doubt she will enjoy it as much as her big brother.

This is our 3rd nursery. From the outside it might not look much, but my goodness, it has exceeded our expectations. It is honestly great. We have a baby and a pre-schooler there and we really rate the place. Its calming and thoughtful spaces are great to encourage a homely feel while encouraging learning through play, and the updated outdoor space is lovely. Also, the staff are honestly so much nicer than those we've encountered elsewhere. Go visit.

All of the staff across the nursery, especially in toddlers and pre-school provide my children with a warm and welcoming environment and are always ready to offer additional support and encouragement if we ever have reluctant drop off’s etc. The nursery is such a warm and happy place. My children are both very happy there.

My child’s development has really come on whilst attending this nursery and she loves spending time with their friends. The staff are very friendly. A good range of meals are offered which always seem to go down well. Never had any issues whilst she has been going there. I would recommend this nursery to a friend looking for child care.

Really happy we chose Poppy & Jacks, our little one is very happy here. Feel like his development is supported with great facilities and trustworthy caring staff. I viewed a lot of nurseries in the area this is by far the best value for money. He loves the outdoor area and the regular walks.

My son absolutely loves being at Snugglebums. He has settled in so well to the nursery thanks to the help and support from the staff in his room. He is happy to go into the nursery and I know he has so much fun when he is there. The manager also helped so much to ease my nervousness about leaving him. I could not be happier with the nursery and I am glad that I chose it for my son.

Even the staff that don’t work in my daughter's room know my daughter and she knows them.

My granddaughter loves going to Snugglebums Day Nursery and has built a fabulous bond with the staff members. The staff members are very approachable and there are always fantastic activities set out when dropping her off.

My daughter has been going to this setting for just over a year and absolutely loves it. She loves the outdoor space and the local trips the staff always take the children on. Great team of staff who are always so welcoming.

This nursery is amazing! I initially had my daughter in a different nursery, not so far away, but after a number of issues I moved her to Snugglebums and it has been the best decision we ever made. The management are very excellent and you can really tell that they value their staff. The staff all seem really passionate about the children and their jobs and my daughter loves it! The facilities are amazing, the outdoor space is great! The activities they do each day with the children are fun and really varied. The food menu is really healthy and nice. My daughter absolutely loves it here!
