looked at and I feel that really suits her. The outdoor space is absolutely fantastic and that was another big factor for us wanting to send our daughter there.

The team are always communicative and professional, and I appreciate that they spend time with us at the end of the day at handover to talk about the day and what the children have been doing (it never feels like they are rushing). We also love the weekly newsletters and pictures/videos posted on their app, it gives a great insight into what they are focusing on each week, this has been particularly valuable since we haven't been able to go into the nursery during COVID. Thank you to the whole team at Maple House!

first settling sessions. We love that compared with many other nurseries, Ruperts Day Nursery is a small nursery with small group sizes, which creates a family-like caring atmosphere. Our son immediately had a wonderful and trusting relationship with his key person, he quickly made new friends and has learnt lots of new skills. Everyone at Ruperts Day Nursery has been very friendly, supportive and we have one hundred percent trust that our son is in good hands. We are regularly sent photos and observations via an online platform and we also get a weekly newsletter. The activities and resources at Ruperts Day Nursery are comprehensive and their outside play area is fantastic. We highly recommend Ruperts Day Nursery!

other day! My only negative would be staff turnover has been higher in recent months, which makes it difficult to create long-standing relationships. Other than that, this is a great nursery!

daily sheet we get at the end of the day is great for letting us know how she has been and we also receive a weekly newsletter packed with information and photos of all the wonderful things they do! The nursery is clean and full of lovely resources. The menu is great and the outdoor space is fantastic. Our little girl gets excited when we pull onto the drive and we feel happy that she is in the best hands when we go to work each day. Highly recommend!

for every day and it is there for parents to view. The set menu for the week is sent the Friday prior and it helps the parents plan home meals accordingly. Staff take suggestions and requests on board very quickly and with no fuss.
The nursery is not too big but I think this has added to the charm of the place as the kids are all together and are genuinely cared for.
The children look very happy, clean (no smelling of their tea on faces and hands etc) at home time and very well rested.
Never believe anyone who tells you children do not get attention at nurseries because they do get one on one attention at Ruperts. Overall I’m so pleased with this place. Well done.
