Brighter Beginnings Day Nursery, Fallowfield

At Brighter Beginnings Fallowfield, we are proud to have Candice as our manager. Candice has been with Brighter Beginnings for 11 years, working her way up from a part-time role to her current position as manager, which she has held for the past 5 years. With a Level 6 degree in Early Years and a Level 3 Forest School training qualification, Candice is passionate about providing children with enriching, nature-based learning experiences and fostering their development in a nurturing environment. Her extensive experience and qualifications make her a key leader in delivering exceptional early years care and education at our Fallowfield Nursery.

Rebecca is our Deputy Manager and the Room Leader for the Little Explorers at Brighter Beginnings Fallowfield. With 12 years of experience at Brighter Beginnings and a Level 3 qualification, Rebecca brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role. She is passionate about fostering the development of young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment. Rebecca is also a proud mother, with her young son enjoying nursery life at Fallowfield, giving her a unique perspective on the parent experience and further enhancing her commitment to providing exceptional care for all children in our nursery.

Victoria leads our Little Discoverers room at Brighter Beginnings. Having been with the company for 14 years, she started her journey as an apprentice and has since earned a Level 5 foundation degree in Early Years. Her extensive experience and education allow her to provide outstanding care for our youngest children, creating a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive and develop. Victoria's dedication to early years education shines through in her approach, making her a valued leader at our nursery.

Colleen is the Room Leader for the Curious Adventurers at Brighter Beginnings. Colleen's passion for early years education is evident in her commitment to providing engaging and supportive learning experiences for children, encouraging curiosity and exploration in a nurturing environment.

Alice is the Room Leader for the Independent Inventors at Brighter Beginnings. She has been with the company for 7 years, starting her career as an apprentice and progressing through both her Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications with us. Alice’s dedication to early years education and her hands-on experience within the nursery enable her to create a stimulating environment where children are encouraged to be creative, independent thinkers. Her journey with Brighter Beginnings showcases her commitment to both personal and professional growth, making her an inspiring leader in our team.
