Kids Planet Little Lever is situated on the outskirts of Bolton in the small village of Little Lever.

The nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and is child led where all children enjoy a self-generated learning programme with individual developmental goals in mind.

Kids Planet has fully qualified staff actively work to ensure the highest level of teaching throughout the children's early years by developing young minds through play, Kids Planet help give children the very best start.

All food is freshly made on the premises and fresh fruit is available every day. Each nursery chef encourages the children to experience a variety of baking and cooking methods, introducing new foods and ingredients.

Kids Planet Little Lever are open Monday to Friday, 7.30am till 6.30pm, 52 weeks of the year excluding bank holidays.

Totally amazing place, have gone above and beyond throughout the pandemic and even before. The kids come first, no matter what. Staff are awesome and so supportive of families, not just the child in the nursery.

My son has attended the nursery since September 2018. I was apprehensive about putting him in nursery as he was only 18 months old and wasn't sure if he was too young but I wanted some help trying to bring him out of his shell. And since that day I have never looked back. I love how he is cared for
there and he has a special little bond with many of his workers. He happily runs into nursery most days and when I collect him it's clearly written all over his face that he has had a great day. Thank you to everyone who helps brighten my boy's days.

Lovely welcoming nursery, great hands-on, kind and caring staff. Lots of patience and planning for my son's additional needs. He's come on lots since starting here, and is showing clear attachments to his key worker and certain staff members. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely love this nursery. Was a little nervous when Kids Planet took over the initial nursery, but the staff make the nursery not the name.
They have nothing but the child’s best interests and have been helpful when it came to a change in circumstances. One of my daughters attend this nursery
at the moment and my 2nd daughter will be attending soon.

Thus nursery goes above what is expected, they made me feel happy to leave my son with them with no worries about his needs. They make sure he manages to eat something, my son feels happy and safe here with no problems going in. They are happy to listen to your questions and will answer you to put you
at ease. We have a parent app, which is great, so I get to see what my child is doing and eating etc. I have found the staff to be welcoming and friendly and my son smiles at them which says it all to me. If your child has needs they are happy to listen and make sure they have what they need at nursery too. Very happy and highly recommended.

My son attends Kids Planet Little Lever for his preschool year. I have always found the staff very friendly and supportive. My son can be a fussy eater but always loved the meals prepared for him. The pre-school room is well led and is always clean. I have always had complete confidence when dropping
my son off the day, that he is safe and well looked after. Many thanks to you all, you all work very hard.

My daughter has attended Kids Planet formally Jelly Babies since she was around 8-months-old.
I chose this nursery as my son also spent time here, I have always liked the fact that there is a more mature nursery teacher in each room with lots of experience as well as the younger teachers. This put
my mind at ease when leaving my child. I think Kids Planet is a brilliant nursery, each room is well equipped to a high standard for the children to learn and interact. My daughter loves to come here she has made lots of friends. She always asks can her nursery teachers come to our house for tea so they must be doing an excellent job. My daughter loves going swimming with nursery I think it’s brilliant that they offer this as an extra activity when they reach a certain age. The staff have always been lovely to us, any issues or queries I’ve had always dealt with brilliantly I can’t thank the staff enough for giving my daughter a brilliant and happy loving start to her life.

The best nursery ever!
Everyone who works there are so nice and my child loves everyone to! My child is so clever for his age and I believe this is partly because of how good his nursery is! Every day he has so much fun and I am going to be sad when he leaves for pre-school! My son always has good
dinner sometimes food I wouldn’t ever think of trying him with!
I feel comfortable dropping my son off knowing he is with staff who generally love their job and the children they look after!

My daughter was very apprehensive and upset the first few times we left her but, the more she goes, the more she enjoys it and now doesn't want to leave. The staff are friendly and fantastic with her, especially her key worker and her speech is coming on great.

My daughter has attended this nursery since being 8 months old and is now almost 3 years old. There has never been a day she hasn't wanted to go or cried to be left, she has enjoyed every day she has been there and even asks to go at weekends. The staff have had my trust from day 1 and have never broken
it and I believe my daughter is looked after to the best standard possible. I would highly recommend this nursery, all staff are professional, friendly, helpful and always approachable.

My youngest daughter recently started this amazing nursery and having an older child and this being her 2nd nursery I have been to several previously that do not compare. I love the security of this building 2 locked doors before I get near her, helpful staff when I forget the combination (Sorry). I
love the outdoor space, the inclusiveness for children with disabilities, but my favourite thing is the online stuff I get to see photos progress updates, what areas she is hitting what areas she is working towards, lovely photos.


This nursery seems to genuinely care about the children has helped educate me on what they do all day, I didn't realise how much they learned I thought it was just a place for them to play, and I have rated them as excellent in every option


I'd like to say a big thanks to all the staff - I am still getting to know them but they have all been helpful, professional and my daughter loves them so they must be fantastic with her.

Both of my children have attended this nursery since they were 9 months old. They've both loved their experiences here.
The setting is very inclusive, well set out, safe and fully equipped. The staff are welcoming, experienced and friendly.
The staff work closely with parents to give the children
the best experience possible. For example, my son has learning and communication issues and the staff and management have done everything they can to facilitate his learning; by training in Singalong, utilising the tools provided monthly by Speech and Language professionals and other education professionals.
The yearly nativity is always wonderful, so much work goes into it. The children also have the opportunity to attend Forest school, learn Spanish, dance and swimming, among other things. The nursery team work really hard to make the children's time at nursery fun and engaging one, whether they are there full-time or part-time.
I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Both my children have attended here. The staff are fantastic and have been established here for quite some time. The nursery is safe and I have complete trust in the judgement of the staff who have nurtured and helped develop the social skills of the children. The nursery is inclusive and caters for
children with disabilities which is fantastic for all children, they offer additional classes such as swimming and forest school and they support the child when transitioning to school. Worth every penny.
