my child has a brilliant relationship with her key workers. She enjoys coming to nursery. The communication from the office or replies to emails are inconsistent and sometimes have to chase for replies. We were also told they take children out on days out but it appears not to happen often. Again this isn't a major issue just something we were told when starting. As my child has set days, the menus seem to be either the same or similar each visit.

We love this nursery for our little boy. Our little one has always been clingy and we were worried it wouldn't be a smooth transition for him to settle. However, since joining the staff at the nursery have done everything to help him settle and he has done so well. The staff treat him as one of their own, which we are very happy with. The nursery gives off a family feel which instantly made us feel so welcome when we went for a show around. This hasn't changed since joining. The baby room is new and looks amazing. It has so much space for him to enjoy. The office staff have also been really helpful when it comes to bills and nursery information. They always seem happy to answer your questions.

Our son loves nursery, he enjoys all of the facilities, enjoys the food (evident by him eating it all and more), the staff and his friends. From the moment we drop him off in morning the staff take care of his needs and look out for his wellbeing. It's a home from home, he feels comfortable there and whenever he doesn't and he's a bit upset the staff will comfort him and put a smile back in his face. Anything we ask of the staff is never too much trouble, they're great. They're attentive to our sons needs and also to the parents queries about his day too. Being comfortable and happy with where Tom is and that he's safe and happy means the world to us and we truly think the staff at kids planet care

My child has been attending little lever for 2yrs+. During this time they have worked so well with him and the family. Helping him with his speech, development, and encouraging him to thrive to his full potential. There are too many individuals to name that have help through this amazing journey with kids planet little lever, but our hearts thank you all xxx

Great nursery where the staff are always friendly and lovely to the parents and the children. Never see an upset child there. My son is always looking forward to being there. They have activities planned for learning and social development which is great as we would struggle otherwise.

We always receive a warm welcome when entering Kids Planet. The staff are all friendly and helpful, giving information at the end of the day. If for some reason I need to rush off or the staff are busy looking after other children or talking to parents, I can find information on the app about my son's day. My Child is still a little unsettled when he enters but has gained confidence and now puts his arms up to his key person. The meal choices are a great variety and my son likes to take a piece of fruit which is available in the foyer at home time. The staff are very experienced and I really like the fact that many of the staff members are the same from when my now 10 year old went to the same nursery. The staff are currently helping my son with his speech development and I have seen a vast improvement.

Overall great place to take my three year old, he has been attending since he was 18 months old,his sister also attended at the same age. The staff are fantastic,food and facilities are outstanding. The staff really care about the children.

We love kids planet little lever nursery, staff are always amazing, friendly and loving with my 2 who attend. Couldn't wish for a better nursery, always having fun with plenty of toys/activities and learning being done.

My little boy has come on leaps and bounds since joining Kids Planet. The level of care is superb and I feel constantly updated at all times with the use of the app. I'd recommend Kids Planet to all parents.

My son absolutely loves kids planet little lever, and loves it even more in the baby house. He's always happy to go, and it's great to see all the amazing things they do with him whilst hes in their care!! I'm more than happy with the staff he has and the care he receives!!

We couldn't be happier with our daughter's experience at this wonderful nursery. From the moment we first visited, the warmth, professionalism, and care shown by the staff have been exceptional. Every member of the team is nurturing, enthusiastic, and genuinely invested in the children's development and wellbeing. Our daughter has absolutely thrived here. She particularly loves the focus on outdoor learning, creativity, and developing independence in such a supportive environment. Communication with parents is brilliant too. We always feel informed and included, whether it's through regular updates, photos, or chats at the door. It's clear how much time and thought goes into everything they do. It's a joy to see our daughter so happy and excited to go to nursery each day. We're truly grateful for the positive impact this nursery has had on her early years. Fantastic nursery, my children adapted very quickly with the help of the staff. His confidence and speech has improved since starting at the nursery. Staff are all very lovely and caring couldn't ask for more .

My little girl absolutely loves going to kids planet! She has made lots of friends and has good relationships with staff members - Staff are very friendly, approachable and treat children like their own. I feel fully supported by staff and have peace of mind knowing she is in safe hands whilst I'm at work. My daughter is thriving, especially since starting pre-school. Thank you to all staff, you are very much appreciated for all the hard work you do!

My little one is really settled here, he is confident with the staff and happy to go to nursery everyday. The staff are lovely and caring and he is making good progress. My only gripe is I never receive any information about the day, we used to receive pictures and updates of what the children have been doing. I don't rate the app and it's updated so little it's a little pointless. I don't know if this is due to him being in preschool and no longer a smaller child but it would still be nice to see what he's been doing during the day.

Both of my boys have attended Kids Planet Little Lever. One of which is diagnosed with Autism. Kids Planet have been extremely welcoming and patient with my children, they really look forward to their days at nursery. My little boy with Autism has had a lot of wonderful support from everybody at Kids Planet. They have helped me immensely with reviews for his peads team and assessments at nursery to ensure they are meeting his needs to the best possible standard they can. I would recommend kids planet to every parent who is considering them for their children. There's nothing negative I could possible say. Thank you Kids Planet Little Lever for taking exceptionally great care of my children.

I am incredibly happy with the care and service my daughter has received. The staff are so approachable and always make us feel welcome, which gives me great peace of mind. Wynter has made lots of friends and is genuinely excited to go every morning. It's heartwarming to see her enthusiasm! I've noticed how much she's learned and how beautifully she's been developing since attending. Her confidence, skills, and overall growth have been remarkable. Thank you to everyone for creating such a positive and nurturing environment for my daughter. I couldn't ask for more.

Both of my children love attending Nursery which shows that they enjoy what they do when in the nursery and the staff that look after them. They are progressing well and I receive regular feedback on both my children.

A great nursery. My son is completely thriving under Kids Planet care since he started at 9 months old, and I am confident and relaxed that he receives as much love and attention as he does at home. I love the all-inclusive nature of the site - it is just one less thing to think about. He is exposed to a varied diet, and he is kept busy, entertained, and challenged through various plays throughout the day. All the staff are so lovely in the rooms and office. I particularly like that the nursery is signed up for forest school, and through the app, there are regular updates on the day-to-day, as well as capturing special moments and is a really useful tool for communication throughout the day. It felt like a huge decision choosing a nursery to provide care for my little one and I am wholeheartedly confident that I made the right choice.

My little boy absolutely loves coming to Kids Planet Little Lever. They have really brought on his learning skills and he has made lots of friends. The staff are lovely, and approachable and make you and your little one feel welcome. I couldn't have picked a better place for him to go! Highly recommended!
