Kids Planet Astley Bridge! The team provide outstanding childcare in the heart of Astley Bridge. The nursery's traditional cottages provide a home from home environment with a picturesque outside space that children adore. They are amazingly proud of their staff team that give it their all, every day of the week. Many of the staff team are mums themselves, who provide genuine care for your child, understanding first-hand the love and support needed. The Pre-school is lead by a Qualified Teacher who ensures that your child has the very best start to school. They run their own curriculum that ensures your child takes their first steps to school with confidence and resilience. Their environments are great fun and they provide activities that inspire children to develop and form strong friendships.

Such a lovely little nursery. My son has really enjoyed his time so far which was a huge relief for us after struggling to find the right place for him. His learning and development has come on massively in his short time here and he’s always happy to tell us about his day.

My child has attended this setting since he was a baby and he has thoroughly enjoyed his time here and is always happy, safe and comfortable. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The staff are always polite, chatty and friendly and are easy to approach with any questions or concerns.
The staff take great pride in their care and the children are well looked after and nurtured. The food is nutritional and they have a wide variety and the children are always up to something fun! The only suggestion I have is family often collect my child and they do not know who they have spoken to, so perhaps name badges or an introduction to staff as there seems to be a few new faces. The only real complaint I have is any admin issues like invoices or amendments, anything that requires a timely response is a long drawn-out process and I often end up going directly to try to resolve it as I have minimal response via email. Overall, this nursery is a good nursery and I would recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, my son loved every minute of his journey there. I knew he was safe, cared for and happy! All the staff are amazing, friendly and approachable. The best decision was to send my son there.

My daughter has attended this nursery for the last 3 years and has loved every minute. At each stage of her development, I have been informed about what they are doing to help her achieve her milestones and the staff go above and beyond to look after my daughter. All the staff are really friendly and

My child has been coming to nursery since March, the transition to coming to nursery at a very young age (5 months) has been smooth. Thank you to the baby room for settling my child in and making it bearable for me to go back to work. My child has come on so much, sitting up and clapping, she loves

My son has been attending Kids Planet since September 2021. When he first started he was very shy and clingy. He has come out of his shell massively and is learning so much thanks to the staff. All the staff are amazing, especially the girls in the baby room who take care of him. They are so kind and
caring to him, and he always goes into nursery with a smile on his face knowing he is happy there and well taken care of makes it so much easier to leave him. Thank you.

My son is in the baby room and has been since a young age (5 months). I didn't have any hesitation about leaving him. Was no problem, he was well cared for.
Any problems with him, the staff always know and give me advice and show care towards my son.

Our child seems to enjoy being in nursery and does not hesitate to go in when we drop him off. We are kept up to date through the parent app and it is a joy seeing evidence of his great time at nursery. He is also learning and displays his new knowledge when he comes home. The staff are also quite happy
to give a verbal update of the day's events inspite of having an app so I am grateful for that.

We are very happy that we found Poppy & Jacks for our daughter to attend. It has a lovely, warm, and inclusive atmosphere, and our daughter has made strong and secure attachments and relationships with all of the staff members. She loves to go to see all of her friends and is particularly fond of her
key-worker. We find that our relationship with her key-worker is very helpful as she is an absolute star and is always willing to listen to any issues on which we might need advice. She is very attentive to our daughter's needs and development and we have confidence in the care and education she is receiving. We feel it is setting her up well for onward education settings. I would happily recommend the nursery to family and friends and indeed have done so leading to our daughter's cousin now attending based on our recommendation to his parents.

My son is thriving at Poppy and Jacks Nursery, he is becoming a funny, chatty little boy who loves nothing more than to explore. He is always doing lots of fun and interesting activities and the girls are amazing with him. The variety of meals is great, he is always enjoying something new. The staff

This is a safe environment working in a school setting myself, I know how important it is to choose the right safe loving environment to help children learn aspire and achieve and I'm glad as a family we made the right choice here at Poppy & Jacks staff all amazing.

Such a great environment for children to learn and develop. The staff are absolutely fab. They provide a wide variety of activities to really enhance the children's skills but make sure they are always having fun. Would certainly recommend this nursery to everyone.

Love the nursery, amazing staff and setting. My little boy has attended the nursery from 4 months and is now over 1. He has an allergy to dairy, and they have been fantastic with his foods, and he always has a lovely selection of meals. I am kept up to date using the parent app and also sent pictures
of him playing and doing different activities.

My child has been attending Poppy & Jacks for nearly a year now. And he absolutely loves Wednesday's (he only goes 1 day a week).
He adores every single member of staff and always has a brilliant time.
It's amazing how much he learns and progresses given that he's only there 1 day a week.
The
nursery has an on-site chef making all the meals from scratch. Very balanced meals with lots of good stuff. And the nursery will take on board any dietary requirements that children may have too.
I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.
