I really like Kids Planet nursery, the staff are all always very helpful and I hope it continues. There is no difference at all with the children and I think that is very important and very good amazing

All the staff at Astley Bridge are amazing, my daughter absolutely loves going here and has done since being around 9 months old. They always go above and beyond daily! The ladies there are amazing at their job, couldn't ask for better staff.

Overall happy with the nursery, my eldest attended the nursery and now so does my youngest. Nursery has progressed in terms of technology over time which is nice to see. The staff in the nursery room are brilliant and I can't fault them. I have to mention Sabira and Jessica who really take care of my little one and meet his demanding needs.

My son has attended this nursery since he was a baby, he is now two. He has got such a beautiful relationship with all the workers he has contact with. It gives me so much joy and a huge peace of mind when I drop him off and he is excited to see the girls at Astley bridge nursery & comes home telling me (in his own language) all about his day. The only niggle I have with the nursary is the lack of flexibility to swap days when child is due on holiday. Even if you give plenty of notice & you are charged for a Bank holiday when the nursary is closed & it falls on a day when your child is due to attend. However I can not fault the staff at Astley bridge kids planet. They are all very very good at Thier jobs and sedm to be genuinely passionate.

Such an amazing nursery, the staff are all wonderful, down to earth, experienced and extremely knowledgeable about childcare and development. No child is ever left behind or treated differently. My son loved this nursery. He started in the baby room, he lived it but was quite quiet. As soon as he graduated into the 2 year+ room, his confidence grew and it was if he was able to find his own voice. They always have activities to do and always updated the app with nappy changes, meals and observations. With any issues I had, Dominique, Ellie and Tanya were always there to help and resolve them. I was able to trust them and all of the nursery staff with my son. When my son had an incident, the nursery manager acknowledged it and investigated it, going through CCTV and asking staff, she did a great investigation to solve the issue and put our minds at ease, it showed she cared. I would recommend Kids Planet Astley Bridge 100%.

Very happy with the nursery my child loves going. I love hearing what she's been up to during the day and how it relates to her learning. Would like to have maybe more healthier options for breakfast not just Weetabix - maybe porridge . The app is getting there, at first there were slight issues re not showing the alternate options but a work around is in place now.

Lots of fun, engaging and educational activities throughout the day. My son is happy when being picked up and now he has settled is excited to go into nursery. Staff are friendly and inviting. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a nursery, is a fabulous and nurturing environment.

Since my granddaughter Saoirse started last year she has flourished so much with all the help support from staff, I can not praise the ladies high enuf for there support & compassion not just to saoirse but also myself, saoirse enjoys goin to nursery & the nursery as a whole are excellent & I cannot recommend it high enuf to other parents & guardians, I'm at ease when I drop her off, I know she's in the safest hands, the ladies do an amazing job not just with my saoirse but other children, thank you ladies if you see this your amazing

Our son started back in January in the baby room prior to Mum going back to work. The staff couldn't do enough to reassure Mum and I that he was going to ok even giving Mum permission to ring to check if he's ok as much as she liked. We have seen how much he has grown and improved thanks to the help of everyone. The way the staff care about the children is brilliant. Also interacting with the parents ensuring that everything is catered for in your child's development. Keep up the amazing work.

The staff here are lovely and very friendly, my son has made some connections with some of the women in his class. He has come on so much since starting here in October and I'm so glad he has formed good connections with staff and children. The food that the children get given is amazing and I've even introduced a meal they make in school at home three bean chilli and they all love it.

My experience of this nursery is really good for my child as he gets fed his breakfast lunch and tea and he gets to play with all the toys he, has good friends and they are helping him develop his speech and walking and he has started talking kind of and walking near enough and he is doing really well thank you to the nursery

My son has attended Kids Planet Astley Bridge since August 2024, he was 18 months old when he started and having never been in a nursery setting or environment I was very worried about how he would be. The Management and deputy management was very reassuring from the very start and have kept up communication with me along the way. The girls from the toddler room welcomed him in with open arms and respected his boundaries in terms of how to handle him, They waited for him to be comfortable in the room before prompting him into joining in, luckily this didn't take long. He is thriving and the girls have picked up on anything they think he may need help with along the way and communicated well with me on his next steps. The app that staff use to communicate with parents is very useful and I'm updated daily on what my child has done that day. We're informed about any activities upcoming and any events that happen. I couldn't be any happier with my child attending this nursery and I would 100% recommend.

Very nice and supportive staff, the environment is welcoming. I am sure my daughter is well taken care of. The staff are very friendly and they respond to parent's questions appropriately and kindly. I will surely recommend.

My children have been coming to nursery for a while. The staff genuinely love the kids and want to do the best for the child. My children enjoy it, feel safe and are developing well. It's not a 5 star in my opinion because communication between staff is sometimes an issue.

My child has been attending Kids Planet for seven months now and has come on so much, she really enjoys her time here and has made lots of friends. The staff are very professional, helpful and very kind and each morning my child shouts 'yay' when she arrives, which says how much she loves it. She is developing further than I believe she would due to this nursery. I would recommend Kids Planet to anybody.

Staff are very friendly and made me feel very comfortable leaving my young baby in a nursery setting for the first time. She always comes home smiley and happy and I am very confident knowing she is being well looked after.

My daughter has been at Kids Planet Astley Bridge since January 2023 and we have been so pleased with all the staff, my child’s development and how the nursery staff accept feedback. My child is thriving and so happy in her setting and any minor issues we’ve had, we have been comfortable to voice to the relevant staff. The team are attentive to my child’s needs and we have worked collaboratively when encouraging a certain new skill for my daughter i.e.: when we have been working on learning shapes at home and mentioned this to her key worker, they have encouraged it during her nursery days and we feel she has learnt the skill much quicker. The staff are always friendly and happy to help and we would highly recommend this nursery. My daughter had been at a different nursery for 4 months prior to starting at Kids Planet and there is just no comparison!

My daughter has been going to Kids Planet since April this year. It took her a while to settle in but she seems to like it now. They send me photos of her playing which I love. The food she eats always seems to be a good variation. They update the app of what my daughter has had to eat, sleep, play etc. The only thing I would say is I would prefer for a camera to be at the front door so staff can see who’s at the front door before opening so that if they're not sure who it is they can speak to them through an intercom system rather than just opening the door to them. Other than that, my daughter seems happy here.

Amazing nursery and amazing team! The team have really gone over and beyond to help my daughter thrive and assist her special needs. My daughter joined Kids Planet and has gone from the baby room, through toddlers and is now in pre-school. She has come on so much thanks to the nursery. Thank you for all of your hard work, I am so grateful.

Staff always happy, warm and welcoming. My child learns a lot whilst at nursery and tries loads of fun new activities, arts and crafts and playing every day. The food is always healthy and gives my daughter a chance to try new foods we may not make at home. I would highly recommend this nursery.
