My son has never left my side for almost 3 years (since being born). My friends recommended this place to me and I was quite hesitant for a while, we came for 3 trial days and everything went smoothly. He's now coming into his second month here and he's absolutely loving it and the staff are amazing!
They fill you in with all the daily routines and everything else they have been up to. Drop-off is quick and easy, pick-up is amazing as I look forward to hearing from the staff about what my little one has been like through the day. I've had many questions and queries, just a quick email away and they replied very quickly. Cannot recommend this place enough as it's helped my son come out of his shell and into an amazing routine. 5 stars is not enough for this place! I never have a single worry when he's there as I know it's a safe and friendly space.

Serendipitys is a fantastic nursery. We moved here from another nursery and it's been a brilliant decision. The staff are all friendly, helpful and caring. Our daughter has been moved through each of the different age rooms, starting with babies through to toddlers and now she is in preschool. She has
loved all of the rooms and we can see how much her confidence has grown.

My child has come on so well. She is confident and happy and her movement has really come on. Her eating is better and she's learning to share. When I pick her up she's always happy to see everyone. Really happy overall, makes me feel good knowing she's in safe hands and happy.

Cannot speak anymore highly of the staff at Serendipitys. Always friendly and caring and they make drop-off a smooth process even on the days when my little boy could be feeling emotional. My son has thrived since he's been there. I find the activities are very much catered to the correct age groups
which has massively helped forward my son's development. I feel completely relaxed knowing my son is safe in their care.

My little boy has come on mountains. Serendipitys has brought his speech on, he couldn't really speak properly but since going here, I've seen a major difference in him. Highly recommended.

Serendipitys Day Nursery and Preschool at Newark is the best nursery in Newark. They have very qualified staff and they care about the children very much. They provide fresh and healthy food and very good quality learning toys. I recommend this nursery to everyone.

My child has settled in wonderfully thanks to the lovely staff who clearly have children's best interests at heart. They have provided excellent vegan meals also! Couldn't recommend any more. Excellent.

It is not easy to leave your little child in care. As a working single mother, I am grateful for the flexibility that Serendipity shows. I also can't forget to say that they teach my little one with great ease. I am impressed with how quickly she has progressed in so many ways. I recommend this place

Excellent staff, great support provided for both our children.
Our eldest joined in pre-school 2 and a half years ago, best decision we made.
It was a no-brainer for us to send our youngest here.

The girls who look after my child are outstanding. So friendly and caring. I trust them so much. He smiles every time he sees them and that means the world to me. They are so caring and attentive to his needs. He does lots with them which is great for his development. They always update me and I can't
