This setting has been so brilliant in everything. They support and care for not only my daughter but myself as well as working together to make my daughters development and time fantastic. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Big thank you to all for everything.

My son has learnt so much since joining nursery and has grown in confidence. His social skills have been enhanced tremendously and he continues to develop every week. Longdale has been brilliant. Staff - all staff, whether directly involved in my daughters care or not are brilliant, always friendly, always show interest in the children around them.
My child has come on a lot since attending and that's only one visit a week. I am very glad I chose Longdale. The
Blossom app that is used is also really informative, keeps me up to date with specific details of her day e.g., naps or food eaten - and the staff add on photos of my child's day and development so I feel really involved and aware of her time here.

Our child has been going to Cherubs Longdale for nearly a year and he has progressed really well in terms of his development since he started as a baby. He seems to enjoy spending time at the nursery and loves eating the food here. Updates provided on the blossom app are great in keeping parents posted
on the child's day and we find it a good way to post at home too. Also, a mention to the staff who are always friendly and take excellent care of the children.

Extremely happy with the care our child is getting. The staff are welcoming and comforting. It was hard enough returning to work after maternity leave but our child is well looked after, made it a lot easier.

Cherubs Longdale has such a friendly and fun atmosphere. The staff are always helpful and greet you with a smile. My little boy loves going to nursery and forms such lovely bonds with his key workers and the other staff.

Very supportive tea. My son has settled well and enjoys his time here, he has made friends really quickly and enjoys the activities he gets to join. We also love the Blossom app to be able to get insight into his day.

My little sister attends the holiday club at Cherubs Longdale. She thoroughly enjoys her time there. She tells me all about the staff and what activities she has done.


She has attended Cherubs Longdale since she was 2 years old and has formed some strong bonds with staff and peers.

Fantastic nursery. Always lots of quality activities and themed days to keep my active 7 year old happy at before and afterschool and holiday club.
He is very fond of all the staff and they always make that extra special effort in knowing his interests.
I wouldn’t take him anywhere else.

We were extremely anxious to swap nurseries and breakfast/after school club for our two boys.
One of our children has multiple allergies, Longdale was more than happy to help/ accommodate this.
We cannot speak highly enough about the staff and their support.

Hello, I'm Rachel - Head of Nursery at Cherubs Longdale. I decided to pursue a career in childcare as I grew up with lots of siblings and family friends. As I grew older, I did lots of babysitting which inspired me to work in childcare. I have always enjoyed working with children and watching them grow and develop.


I have been in childcare for a while now and with Cherubs Nurseries since 2014. I have gained a huge insight into childcare by being fortunate to work at a few Cherubs settings including Cherubs Sutton in Ashfield and Cherubs South Normanton. On a day-to-day basis, I ensure Cherubs Longdale is effectively run by ensuring we provide a high level of care and always putting the children, parents and families at the heart of everything we do.
