We are very happy with the care our son has at Cherubs Longdale. He always goes in and comes home with a big smile on his face. His confidence has really improved whilst he has been at the nursery, we would definitely recommend.

We've been so happy with my son's experience so far at nursery. His key worker is brilliant and we really appreciate the updates via the app, especially the cute photos of him around the setting.
They're also accommodating with his cloth nappies which we appreciate.

Our daughter loves coming to nursery. She's very happy to see all the ladies that care for her each day. Everyone is so caring and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. They appreciate your precious child means everything to you and treat them as so.

The staff are really friendly, and my child loves nursery. The staff seem to really care about her. The app is really helpful to track how much she has slept and eaten. We really like the nursery and would recommend it to a friend.

Leaving your children to work is such a heartwrenching decision but the anguish of this is made so much easier knowing that I am leaving them to be cared for by the staff at Cherubs Longdale. I honestly can’t put into words how amazingly caring they all are and I feel as though I am leaving them with
extended family as opposed to just another child care provider. I trust the staff implicitly and have firsthand experience of how vigilant they are in noticing any changes in both my children which they alert me to immediately. Both my children settled so quickly which again is testimony to how brilliant the staff are at tuning in to your child’s needs and finding a way to make them feel comfortable and happy. My eldest daughter was diagnosed as having additional needs in 2019 and once again, the staff not only supported me but have also been willing to do whatever it takes to promote her development. I cannot thank everyone at Cherubs Longdale enough.

I cannot praise the nursery staff highly enough. My son is currently attending and my daughter attended previously. The staff are extremely kind and caring and go above and beyond for the children. Although my son is under 18 months he does some amazing activities at the nursery and you can see from
the photographs they provide how much fun he is having. I would highly recommend.

Very happy with the nursery. Staff have been excellent in settling my child in and helping him part from me at drop off. He's always very happy when I collect him and seems to have very full and exciting days. It has been a great environment for getting him used to being away from home, playing with
other children in preparation for school.

Our little girl has attended Cherubs Longdale since she was a young baby and is now in preschool. We have always been very impressed with the level of care provided and how much our little one has developed during her time here. Hello, I'm Rachel - Head of Nursery at Cherubs Longdale. I decided to pursue a career in childcare as I grew up with lots of siblings and family friends. As I grew older, I did lots of babysitting which inspired me to work in childcare. I have always enjoyed working with children and watching them grow and develop.


I have been in childcare for a while now and with Cherubs Nurseries since 2014. I have gained a huge insight into childcare by being fortunate to work at a few Cherubs settings including Cherubs Sutton in Ashfield and Cherubs South Normanton. On a day-to-day basis, I ensure Cherubs Longdale is effectively run by ensuring we provide a high level of care and always putting the children, parents and families at the heart of everything we do.
