Kids Planet Country Park

The staff are friendly and helpful. My granddaughter enjoys going to nursery she has settled in well and become very independent. The room is clean and has a wide variety of activities which are changed frequently. We enjoy looking at the pictures that were sent and find the sign of the week very helpful.

Home from home for our little ones. My little girl has been here since February and she absolutely loves it. I can't tell you how much reassurance that provides a parent when leaving their child. The staff are incredibly helpful, and caring and provide detailed updates on how your child has been throughout the day at handover. The staff not only know the parent & the child in the nursery but also have taken time to interact with her older brother when he drops off with me. Meals are varied making sure they have exposure to lots of healthy flavours & textures. The baby room has recently had a makeover and every time I go the children are so engaged it's so lovely to see. The extra activities they provide such as yoga and sign language is fantastic. My little one loves this interaction and also loves practicing her sign at home with the videos they provide each week of the words they have been doing. Would I recommend Kids Planet Country Park - absolutely!

My child enjoys the nursery so much and has settled so well over these last couple of months! He loves the outdoor play and the girls in the room make so much of an effort with him, it's so lovely to see and he has lots of regular pictures and observations that we love to see, can't recommend this place enough, amazing!

Staff members are helpful and caring and consider children's needs. They always have fun. The extra activities like sign and yoga are lovely to have.

Since our little one started at this nursery (formally Hollies Day Nursery), we have all loved the experience. From settling on sessions, handovers, photos, updates and general conversation the staff and setting are wonderful. The setting is calm, relaxing and engaging. The staff are kind, caring, knowledgeable and professional. Our little one has come on lead and bounds from the opportunities given, especially sign time!

I would like to share a review of the exceptional country park day nursery that my one-year-old son attends. As a parent, finding a nurturing and safe environment for such a young child is no small task, but this nursery has far exceeded my expectations. The level of care, the warmth of the staff, and the engaging activities they provide have created a truly wonderful experience for my son and for me as a parent! From the very first day, it was clear that my son was in a place where he would be genuinely cared for. The nursery staff have a way of making each child feel special, and they've taken time to understand my son's unique needs, his personality, and even his little quirks. They provide daily feedback on how he spent his time, whether he's tried new foods or interacted with new friends, and they're always open to listening to any concerns or updates I might have about his routine at home. My daughter has been attending the Country Park Nursery for just over 8 months and in that time, she's created an incredible bond with the team in the baby room. The whole team really care for my daughter and whenever I pick her up, she has a huge smile on her face! I have to give a special thanks to the nursery manager and another staff member. We went through a challenging period a couple of months ago and they both did everything they could to support my daughter and our family, going above and beyond.

My 1-year-old in the baby room loves the weekly hand sign session, the teacher also shares a video of the signs for the week so parents can learn too, this has massively helped with communication at home. The care and ethos of the nursery has developed the confidence and social skills of my little one, the staff take the time to invest in individual relationships and he misses going when nursery is shut! He eats everything and has a decent nap, there's rarely any drama at drop-off. The staff regularly update the app with useful information and photos of activities he's been enjoying.

This nursery is a great environment for both our daughters. Our youngest (18 months) is developing in leaps and bounds with her coordination and motor skills, not to mention her speech and social skills. Our eldest who has just started school had no issues at starting school which I put down to how the nursery and staff prepared them for the school environment as they got closer to school starting age. The staff are warm and friendly, always welcoming every child in the morning with a smile. In the evening we are given personal feedback of what our child has done that day, how they have been and any stories of what they have done. The staff genuinely enjoy their jobs and it shows, having nothing but a positive impact on the children in their care.

Kids Planet Country Park is an amazing nursery. It's a true home-from-home experience, which is very important to us when leaving our child in their care. They offer a wide range of activities that are constantly challenging the children to learn in lots of different ways. Everyone is so welcome and it almost has the feel of an extended family. The staff there fill us with the utmost confidence with the care of our child and I know all that they do is in the best interests of the children.

Our daughter has been at Hollies since November 2013, aged 10 months, and graduated in August, aged 4. I am so impressed with the love and dedication the staff show. Each and every day they welcomed our daughter would tell us about 'something special' she had done each day. Our daughter thrived in their care - benefitting from learning French, Spanish, baby signing, going to forest schools and trips into the local community. I wholeheartedly recommend Hollies and look forward to our newest arrival joining them next year!

It is a great feeling being able to go back to work and not worry about the care of my child, knowing she is happy where she is.
