My overall experience of the nursery since my son joined in Sept 25 is that the staff are caring, communicative, friendly and always happy to give me a daily update on my child. They listen to feedback and act accordingly, my son is very settled and has made some fantastic relationships with the
team there, allowing him to settle quickly and enjoy his days whilst at nursery. The menu is varied and my son eats very well so it must be tasty also. I love how they update the app in real time so that I can see what he's eating, when he's gone to sleep etc. Very reassuring for parents. Overall I haven't had any issues since my son started there and I would reccommend this nursery to other parents if considering Country Park - Kids Planet.

I couldn't be happier with the care and support my daughter receives at this nursery. From the moment we first walked through the doors, the staff made us feel welcomed, reassured, and confident that we had chosen the right place. The team is incredibly nurturing, patient, and genuinely invested in
each child's happiness and development.
My daughter has grown so much socially and her speech has come along too. The learning environment is fun, creative, and thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity and independence.
Communication with parents is excellent-clear, consistent, and always friendly. I love receiving updates, photos, and insights into her day. It's evident that the nursery prioritizes safety, wellbeing, and high-quality early education in everything they do.
We feel incredibly grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery.

Since our daughter has been attending kids planet day nursery we've seen a huge progress in all areas of her learning. Her social skills and speech have came on leaps and bounds in such a short period of time. She has built fantastic relationships with all staff who are always so friendly and
helpful to not only our daughter but to us as parents too. Our daughter accesses a wide range of activities that she always loves to get involved in from singing, signs to messy play in the indoor/outdoor environment. She is always so happy and excited to arrive at the nursery which always helps as first time parents knowing our daughter is content and safe.

Our son joined the Kids Planet in September 2025 having previously attended another nursery but having a poor experience. From the initial visit and additional transition days, the experience has been completely different and now our son actively enjoys his time at nursery.
The support from the
staff since he started has been excellent and attentive throughout. As a family we feel confident knowing that whatever the weather, the staff will endeavour to find a range of activities both indoors and outdoors to not only occupy but develop our son's skill set. We have been very impressed and would recommend this nursery to other parents.

Paige and the rest of the baby team at Kids Planet Country Park have been amazing. Our son started at 10 months and was very upset to be left. The staff assured us he was fine at all points and encouraged him each day. Within a few weeks he was eating well and settling in great. The staff encourage
him to try tons of different foods and experiences which is amazing to see.
Nursery is so much more than somewhere for him to go while we work, it's amazing for his development and we can't ask for a better experience.

My little boy has been going here now since April and I couldn't be happier with this nursery, I looked around a few prior to him starting but as soon as we walked round this one I just knew this was the right fit. The facilities outside & inside are fab with so much space for them! The staff are
absolutely amazing, I couldn't ask for more from them, they genuinely care about each & every child and always update me thoroughly on how he's been throughout the day. The best part while I'm at work is the little updates you get through the app with pictures to see what little ones are up to!
I feel so comfortable in leaving my little boy with every single member of staff here as they're all so lovely & attentive, they always seem to have a smile on there faces which puts one on mine instead of worrying! His development has also come on leaps and bounds since being here, I can see a massive change! Thankyou to each and everyone one of you, I couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

Lovely nursery, our son has thrived here. The staff are caring and supportive of childrens development.
Lots of outdoor play and activities which we loved. They also provide monthly home learning bags which contain a different activity to do ar home. Even our older child got excited about these!!
Id definitely recommend kids planet Country Park!!

My son started nursery in September and the process of settling in was made very easy by staff in the baby room. He bonded quickly with a member of staff who has now become his key worker. I really enjoy seeing the photos and updates on the nursery app, it helps keep me informed about his day. The
staff are very approachable and I feel comfortable talking to them about my son's preferences at drop off and pick up. The baby room has lots of wonderful provision areas to support development & the garden space is fantastic!
I feel very comfortable leaving my child in the care of the staff at country park. I'm glad I found this nursery and can't wait to see how his development progresses once he is fully settled in

When we visited the nursery for my little boy we just knew it was the one. The feeling is just so homely which is what we wanted. As for the staff I couldn't ask for more. They are so supportive not only of my little one but of me, especially when he first started which was quite possibly harder for
me than him. My little one has come on such a long way since starting I couldn't be more happier with a nursery for my little boy.

As soon as I viewed this nursery I knew I wanted my child to go there. All the staff were so friendly and took the time to say hello and talk to me and my baby.
I feel that the staff really listen and take a real interest in my child and his day to day routine and every day that I drop him off
he's genuinely excited to see the staff and to be there.
He's settled in so well, very quickly and it's made the wrench of having to put him into nursery much less daunting for me.
He had plenty of settling in sessions prior to starting at the nursery and I feel the transition could not have gone smoother.
All in all, I'm very happy with the nursery so far and I'm very glad I chose to send my child there.

Amazing team!!! My first experience with the team was back in 2020 with my first child! I just knew I had to return when I had my second! To see the same familiar faces after almost 3 years was so refreshing.
Special mention to one of the members of staff who has been great over the years so nice
to her progress at the nursery! Likewise with the manager both ladies are fab! All the staff overall cannot rate them enough!! I would give them 10 stars if I could ! Very very pleased!

Both my girls have attended this nursery both going through toddlers room into preschool room. They have both loved attending this nursery. My eldest loved forest schools and taking trips into the forests when she attended.
The main thing that makes this nursery amazing is the staff - 4 staff
members in particular are amazing ! My girls adore them ! They go above and beyond to make sure the children are happy and settled.

My eldest daughter attended this nursery from February 2021 to August 2024, my younger daughter currently attends (after starting in September 2024). I highly recommend the nursery as both of our girls love(d) it, and I have been consistently impressed by the staff and their dedication to the
children. They are so positive and enthusiastic, and they have so many creative ideas for activities.
I also really appreciate how much time the children get to spend outdoors here, my younger daughter is in the baby room and loves playing in the baby garden. My older daughter really loved going to Forest School regularly with the nursery, and still often talks about it.

Our daughter started nursery in November as I was returning to work.
I can't praise the staff enough, I was a nervous wreck about leaving her but everybody was so reassuring and I got lots of picture updates.
Even if I called multiple times a day, they showed no annoyance!
Our girl has
honestly come on leaps and bounds after starting, she's so talkative!
The feedback we get at the end of each day is honestly the highlight of our days, if I don't do pick up, they feed back to me at drop off.
They've always been so accommodating of her needs, following a vegan diet, taking extra time and care if she's grumpy with her teething.
They've always know her inside and out and really tailor their care to knowing what she responds to.
I recommend our nursery to anyone I get the opportunity to!

I have used the nursery for both of my children and overall have always been very satisfied with the care they have received.
The staff have always taken the time to get to know my children, their interests and preferences. The nursery have provided a safe and engaging environment for the children
to develop and challenged them to progress in their learning.
My eldest was well prepared for school when she left the nursery, having confidence to go into a new environment with all new people and excel.
My youngest is in the baby room now and enjoys attending nursery and is always excited when she sees the baby room staff.

We've been with this nursery since 2020. I'd recommend this nursery to anyone with a baby, toddler or pre-schooler.
I've rated everything 5* because my experiences, with both of my children in this nursery have been and continue to be excellent.
As a parent, the transition for Hollies to Kids
Planet has been unproblematic. Communications have been appropriate and relevant. Even regarding payments, it's felt easy, I've felt well-informed. The staff have adapted to the change brilliantly. Meaning consistency for parents and the children.

Both of our children have attended Kids Planet (previously Hollie's) Country Park. My eldest successfully graduated in the sweetest ceremony and is now managing well at primary school, thanks to the team at nursery for helping to prepare her for this transition. My youngest still attends and
thoroughly enjoys her time here. Knowing they are comfortable and happy makes leaving them so much easier. On the occasional times when I have had any concerns regarding either child, the staff have stepped in to help support and overcome any issues promptly, showing their dedication to the children, families, and nursery. Staff have always been friendly and approachable. A particular thanks to the long-standing staff over the last 3 years who have made our experience more personal... 5 members of staff in particular.

Our son started here in Feb 2022 and has come on leaps and bounds. He has made great friendship groups with both children and staff and has been really happy through each room he has moved into. We will be sad to leave but feel he is now ready for the next step in preparing for his new school in a
new location. A big thank you to all the staff at the Arnold Country Park site.

Our son has been at Kids Planet Country Park since he was 6 months old and now at 3 years old, it's time for him to move on. We couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery.
Every member of staff has been fantastic with special thanks for their incredible dedication and support. They've created a
loving, stimulating environment where our son has developed socially, emotionally and intellectually.
Kids Planet has been fundamental in helping him grow into a happy, confident and curious boy. We'll always be grateful for the care and attention they've given him and highly recommend the nursery to any parent.
Thank you for giving him such a strong foundation for the future.
