My child is always happy at the nursery because of the care the teachers give to her. I am also pleased about the service the nursery staff give to my little one. Well done and many thanks to you all.

The staff are always so welcoming, my two children love coming to nursery. Whenever there is something nursery need to be aware of, all the staff listen and help any way they can. My children have made some amazing friends and learn so much. We would recommend them to anyone who needs a nursery for their children.

Lovely friendly staff who always go out of their way to help and accommodate. Always feel happy leaving my son there he absolutely loves it, as did my eldest who was there a few years ago. I see huge jumps forward in my son's development and this is down to the fabulous staff at Head Start.

The nursery has a term-time option, which is great as being a parent also working in a school environment.

Amazing standards at a super friendly nursery. I have used this nursery for 15 years now. It is superbly located, the staff are friendly.

My daughter loves coming here, she has made lots of friends, is learning lots and is well looked after. The weekly booklets they have for additional learning and development at home is brilliant and will set her up for an easy transition into reception. The staff in the Wise Owls are fantastic!

We feel our daughter has developed a great bond with staff at this nursery, the staff appear to be very happy and positive in their work which is an important atmosphere for any young child to be in. Children do not hide their emotions so we know our daughter has been very happy at this nursery and we feel that she has developed so much through her time spent here. As parents, we are of course ever so grateful and proud of how far our daughter has come and a lot of this is due to the care, attention and support provided by the staff. This will be our daughter's last term at nursery and we feel that she is confident and well prepared to move on to the next stage of her young life when she starts primary school in September. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff involved with our child's development so far, you have been great in many ways, keep up the good work.

My son has been at this nursery since he was 9 months old. He has been looked after like one of their own. He absolutely loves going, staff are friendly, the manager is very approachable and goes above and beyond for all the children. Activities such as rugby tots is a great touch and the thoughtful gifts they make for birthdays and Easter, Christmas, Mother's and Father's etc day are lovely keepsakes. Thank you Head Start for taking such good care of him.

My daughter was at Head Start Day Nursery and my son currently attends. The nursery staff are so caring and attentive and have become a huge part of my children’s lives. I couldn’t ask for better role models and teachers.

The setting is beautifully clean and they have put a lot of time into renovating the setting as well. There has been investment in new toys for the babies.

The children are creative and are able to express themselves.

There are lovely outdoor areas for the children to play.

All in all, I couldn’t recommend this nursery highly enough! We love it!

We have been using this nursery for the last 7 years and it has grown from strength to strength. Both of my (very different) sons have loved their time at the nursery because the staff get to know the children and help to encourage their development by tailoring their learning to their individual interests. It is always a lovely and warm atmosphere.

Communication is amazing as well as their patience and understanding. Highly recommend.

Great space outside for all ages, yummy home cooked food, good hours and overall a lovely nursery.

My son has been going to Head Start from five months. He is only ten months now and as a single parent you do have concerns leaving your baby at such a young age but I needed to get back to work and I’d already chosen a different nursery for him and a relative said to have a look at Head Start first, as this is one of the best she had seen so far. I went to visit and put my son in for a trial session and knew straight away this was the nursery for me. The staff were amazing (and still are) from the first day he started so this is where he will remain until he starts school.

We visited a couple of nurseries before choosing the one to send our firstborn to and I have to say we have no regrets sending them to Head Start. The staff are attentive and really seem to care for the children which gave us peace of mind that our little one was at the right place. They've come on leaps and bounds since attending and have created their own little personality, which we know has been enhanced by being at Head Start. Anyone that asks us about the nursery gets a glowing reference from us and we're happy with the choice we made.
