Great staff and support at all times. Excellent learning place for kids as the staff are professional and knowledgeable. Super facilities and all just have been refurbished, so it's very high standards and always clean and tidy. My little one loves this place and is happy after her session there. She learns every day something new, and we can see how fast she is developing. Staff and director are always polite and happy to share all information about the child's routine and progress. Always highly recommend this place to all.

Both my children attended this nursery and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The staff are friendly and helpful. My daughter enjoys the setting and is happy to attend. The new refurb and layout are fantastic. I think that the nursery is particularly thriving under its new management. We love Busy Bees!

Our son started PreSchool at Busy Bees in Spinney Hill. In the beginning, he was very shy, barely talked in English (our first language is Romanian). Step by step he started making new friends, as he's a friendly child, he came home every day with something new to show us, new songs he learned there, he even liked the variety of food he recieved there, telling us at home to make him this or make him that, because "that's what I eat at Busy Bees and I love it". And eventually, he started to speak more in English, which was our main concern. By the end of the PreSchool, he learned too many things, which made us very proud of him and very happy about choosing Busy Bees. His sister will start PreSchool soon as well, and we couldn't choose a better place for her! Thank you to all the staff at Busy Bees - Spinney Hill! We love you!

I had a lot of anxiety about sending my son to nursery, but even on the open day, I was made to feel at ease straight away. My son has built relationships with many members of the team, and he is excited to go and see his friends. His speech has come on leaps and bounds and is constantly talking about everybody there.

Wonderful! I have no minuses for this nursery. Staff are more than welcoming, helpful, friendly and caring. If I could give a rating of 100, I would give 200! My child learned a lot, she goes there with smile, confidence, actually running through the doors every morning. She built her adultery and responsibility, we absolutely love this place. Have no bad words for it. Always clean and tidy as well as kids are taken care of. Never picked my child with tears on her face or stains on her clothes. They have spare clothes if an accident happens, kids can eat second dishes if they are hungry, or can get meet free meals if they are vegetarian, always a cup of water offered. Even when she been settling in (first-week) her key person didn't leave her to cry for more than 10 minutes, they have their way to get to the kids, interactive with them and calm them down. All kids are equal here! I don't like them, I love them! Not enough words for Busy Bees. You are the best! I recommend Busy Bees to all my friends!

I highly recommend Busy Bees at Northampton. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and they show genuine affection and warmth towards my son. I am confident that they not only care for my son to the highest standard but are also committed to his welfare and development. I am so impressed with their handling of COVID-19; they are taking every precaution, whilst still providing a welcoming and caring environment. My child attends Busy Bees one and a half days. On arrival, he is greeted with a warm welcoming and energetic manner. All staff know his name. He is loved and cared for in his room. The food is exceptional! When contacting the nursery I am always listened to and supported. An excellent childcare facility!

Excellent nursery, very friendly. It was the first time my three-year-old had left my care and they made the process very comfortable.

My son has been attending Busy Bees, Spinney Hill for just over a year and he has changed so much. The nursery teachers are wonderful and he has really come out of his shell. They have taught him so much in a year. It's an amazing change and he seems to have a wonderful relationship with everyone.

The nursery staff are all lovely. Very kind and caring, my daughter's key worker has an in-depth knowledge of her like's and dislikes. She has a good understanding of how to settle her and push her learning forward. The pre-school unit has a wide variety of toys and equipment. Sadly the pre-school garden lets the setting down, it is very tired and dirty. Many learning opportunities are limited due to the lack of outdoor play experiences.

My daughter loves nursery and the staff are really good with her. We use reusable nappies which the staff have adapted to well.

My daughter has had a really hard time emotionally with separation from me and the nursery has been excellent in supporting us both and helping her gain confidence in herself and other adults.

We like this nursery because teachers are very kind. The atmosphere is very good and our son really likes to stay.
