Busy Bees Daventry consists of six rooms that are resourced to support all areas of learning in a unique and exciting way, looking to inspire the imagination of babies, toddlers and pre-school children.

With dedicated outdoor play areas for each age group exploration is at the tip of children's fingers. The nursery is a short distance from Daventry country park where the children can enjoy collecting leaves and exploring nature.

A committed key person system is in place as the nursery understands the benefit of focusing on the individual child, supporting each child to pick up new skills at their own pace and offering regular discussion for parents.

Learning journals are compiled to show how children are meeting the objectives of the EYFS, and working towards their next steps for learning. Staff are highly trained regularly to develop new skills and use the most up to date styles to meet children's individual needs.

My son has been attending Daventry Busy Bees since he was 9 months old in 2017. He loves coming here and the staff have always made him feel welcome and comfortable. They are such a friendly team and always go above and beyond to help me with any queries I have or to make my son feel like he is at home.
Just an AMAZING nursery and would highly recommend!!

The staff at Busy Bees in Daventry are great and always cared for my sons. I have been with them since September 2028 and I cannot find them at fault. They show dedication and I can see that the children are so happy to be there, they create a lovely, fun and warm environment for children and they are
true kid lovers, which in my opinion is one of the most important characteristics for people working in a social setting.

What a brilliant nursery. My son started nursery here 2 months ago and straight away clicked with the staff, each day has a different activity that allows the children to engage and learn. The variety of snacks and dinners are outstanding allowing baby weaning to be successful. We are amazed at what

When my child became poorly with a seizure the staff was excellent from start to finish. They really were a Godsend. They have looked after him really well with going on courses and keeping his medicine on hand and just generally watching him like a hawk.

Both my boys have been at Busy Bees with the eldest now in reception year at school. My youngest is in first steps and thriving, his language and speech are developing fast and his confidence in climbing, running etc is growing every day.
He is happy to be left with the staff in the morning without
tears and they genuinely seem to look forward to seeing him and looking after him. I love the variety of food he has throughout the day and the various activities they have for the children. The staff are so understanding and supportive. I feel very happy that my boys are getting a great start in life there.

Brilliant nursery, both my children have attended here.
I struggled with getting my youngest settled, but the girls here are absolutely amazing and did such a good job of settling her in and making her feel very welcome.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. The staff are amazing, friendly and brilliant with the kids.
I've had the pleasure of attending two events at the nursery and seeing how the staff are with the kids at various parts of the day, was lovely. They are compassionate and enthused about their jobs.
Parents get a great handover with the good and the bad and will always ask how my son has been before he starts his session and if he's feeling a bit out of sorts, one of the girls will always take him off for an activity he likes to cheer him up as I leave.
The range of activities is great and the outside area is secure with great equipment/toys for the kids. The food is also of a high standard with the menu putting my parenting to shame.
The staff in the office are amazing too. They have been patient with us during our application and were considerate of the issues we had during our move (his start was delayed by complications moving house) and they adapted to our needs and requests.

Warm welcome from staff and my son loves going. He plays and learns - seems to be a good balance. My second child will be joining soon. I have noticed an improvement since management changed. Would recommend to others.

My son has been at busy bees since he was 8 months old and he is now 2, and coming on so well with the help of all the staff. He has an amazing relationship with his key worker and all the staff at the nursery this makes it so much easier to leave him on a morning knowing that he is so happy. When picking
up, the staff will always tell me what he has been up to in the day, what he has eaten and how much. (the food is always healthy and well balanced, and smells amazing) The staff at the nursery are always willing to listen and implement things you are trying at home, at the moment this is potty training, the staff have started a sticker chart for my son when he does his business on the potty (he loves this). The new management team are very approachable and always have a smile on their faces greeting you with a good morning (my son also loves). Overall in the time my son has been at the nursery, I have had no problems, and all my questions have been answered quickly and professionally.

Our son has been at Busy Bees in Daventry for three and half years (since he just turned one and he is now nearly four and a half). The stay and play option is an excellent way for the children to become familiar with the setting and staff, and also for the parents to experience the nursery, which
hugely helped with the settling in process for all of us. Our son absolutely loves going to nursery and all the staff are really friendly, but also give good feedback that enables us to support his development.
The food is cooked on site, there is a good variety and they encourage the children to try new things. The transition up between the rooms is handled well and not just at a specific age, our son is quite shy and they phased it over several visits which really helped. We would highly recommend this nursery as the care for children is outstanding.

My son has been at Busy Bees for the last 2.5 years and we could not be happier with the service we have received. Being a teacher myself, I did my homework on the local nurseries and after a number of visits, my husband and I chose Busy Bees hands down. The staff are friendly & engaging with the children
& always make the start of your day easier. (We've all been there when a 'drop-off' is difficult or emotional & the staff just make this situation a whole lot easier!) The activities he does on a daily basis are fun, varied & directed entirely at the appropriate level. We are always told on collection, what they've managed to squeeze into their jam-packed days! My son like most 3yr olds has a lot of energy & loves being both creative & messy, as well as practical & learning new skills. Busy Bees certainly caters for everyone! The food is also an area that has totally impressed us, with the variety & high standard. Our son is very happy here & I would highly recommend this nursery.

My child has been at Busy Bees Nursery since the age of 6 months and he has just turned 4. He has loved all of his time at this nursery and is very happy there. The transition through stages and different rooms in the nursery are always handled well so there is minimal disruption to the child. The
staff are brilliant and the range of activities is exceptional. The food offered is all cooked on site and is of a very high and healthy standard. The staff engage well with the children and the parents. There is a range of themed days and open days throughout the year to engage the children and parents which always goes down well. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to other parents and children. The whole nursery has just been redecorated and the outside areas are brilliant for the children.
