Overall Experience

Both my daughters are really well settled, they have made good friends with staff and children.
My eldest's talking ability from being involved in the nursery has come on fantastically.
My younger daughter's all-round confidence and development has come on leaps and bounds.

The setting is so homely and staff are so welcoming.

The nursery staff were very friendly and accommodating of my daughter's excesses. They were kind and gentle and gave the kids lots of encouragement. I highly recommend.

I am satisfied that the child is well cared for every day. He is very happy.

Staff are very good. They make my day easy. As I work night shift and I need to sleep in the mornings. They help me.

All three of my children have attended the ABC123 - Home from Home Parkside Day Nursery. Each child has had a brilliant experience. My daughter, that attends currently, has developed so much confidence with the help of the wonderful staff.

Overall Experience

At the time my four-year-old started at Home from Home, I was alone with my two kids. Home from Home gave me flexible hours so I could get my lectures and work while my daughter was at school. The carers are friendly and experienced with kids. My daughter also loved the outdoor play and the fish.

Very nice and understanding carers. Great job done looking after my daughter. Very tolerant. Transparent too. I appreciate all the effort they put into looking after the kids. I saw a lot every time I went to pick my daughter up. I would definitely recommend Home from Home Parkside without reservation.

Overall Experience

Before joining ABC nursery, my son has been at another 2 nurseries facing communication difficulties (as we are bilinguals). At ABC, he started to speak English language and interact with other kids.

Before ABC he was struggling with communication and interaction with other people and kids as well. The staff are one of the best I could wish for him. He turned 4 in May, but I wanted him to stay in the nursery until year 1, which sadly wasn't possible. I asked, to be honest, that my son is learning this year the nursery, as he started to feel so happy here.

Overall Experience

Our child has had a wonderful experience during their time at home from home nursery. The staff, especially the key workers have been great and ensured our child is well taken care of. It is clear that their approach is very much centred around their experience and as a result, our daughter has flourished in all areas of development.
