Would 100% recommend this nursery to everyone. The staff are all professional, caring and kind. The outdoor space is amazing! There’s so much for children to do and explore in a safe environment. There’s an excellent menu with a huge array of freshly cooked Nutritional meals. My kids love it here and I know my children are well looked after by the incredible staff here.

My children have been attending RAFA Kidzone since they were 8 months old. The care they have received has been nothing short of exemplary. The staff are very supportive and caring and they have built up excellent bonds with my children. Because of this, they feel safe and secure and love to run into nursery in the mornings!! The facilities are outstanding (especially the incredible outdoor area!) and every day is full of varied activities to help them grow and develop in many ways.

I would also like to mention at such a time of uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the nursery has been exceptional with communication to parents, supporting parents and children and putting systems in place to adhere to the measures, whilst keeping the children, parents and the RAFA Kidzone team safe. I was very concerned about sending my baby to nursery but RAFA Kidz team really helped me with that worry, they keep me updated with everything my son does and I never feel like an over-anxious mother when I ring to see how he’s doing ( I do that a lot!). The meals plans are excellent, which has led to my boy eating anything and everything! My son loves the nursery, he has come on so much ahead of his friends who attend other nurseries, the close-knit team here have given him encouragement and care beyond what I expected.

Nothing I say will show how much we love RAFA Kidzone. We have used the setting for the past 4 years for our two girls. Being a forces family isn't easy, especially with deployments, it can be a difficult time for the children, but all of the staff are brilliant and made it so much easier for us as a family. The 'parents' and 'grandparents' tea parties are always great, lots of extra activities for the children with a brilliant outdoor play area for them all to enjoy. I honestly have nothing bad to say, my girls have always loved it. The way the setting has dealt with COVID has been exceptional. Amazing home cooked healthy food, clean, professional and fun! such a friendly, personal, happy place, made this way by the staff. Thank you for all you do.

RAFA Kidzone has provided the highest level of care for my daughter for 3 years. She will continue to attend the wrap around care they provide once she starts school. The unique meals and vast outdoor facilities are unrivalled by any nurseries in the area.

I have a two-year-old and five-year-old who both attend RAFA Kidzone. They both love it and have thrived being there. The outdoor area is huge with lots of different areas for the children including a forest school and friendship garden. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The Senco team have been amazing with my son and have made me as a parent feel very supported. Most importantly both my children are happy at RAFA Kidzone and look forward to going. Couldn't ask for more.
