As grandparents and Special Guardians, we've felt incredibly supported by Radmoor Nursery throughout the whole SGO process. The staff have been understanding, patient, and genuinely caring, not just with us but with our granddaughter too.
Since starting at Radmoor, our granddaughter has really come out of her shell. Her confidence has grown so much, and it's clear how happy she is there - she loves going in every morning, which says everything about how safe and settled she feels.

We're really grateful for the kindness and consistency the team have shown our family. Radmoor has played a big part in giving her stability, and we appreciate all they've done.

From my initial enquiry to my daughter starting and then beyond, Radmoor have been amazing. The staff are responsive, caring, friendly and professional, just what you look for in a nursery. My daughter started after moving house and I was worried about all of the change, but she has settled so well in her new setting, better than any room changes at the her previous setting, which is down to the fantastic staff.

Radmoor Nursery has been an excellent choice for our family. Both of my children have attended (one still does), and our experience has been consistently positive. The staff are genuinely caring, highly attentive to each child's needs, and they build strong, trusting relationships with the children, something I have seen firsthand with both my daughter and my son.

The management team is also very supportive and accommodating. They are approachable, responsive, and attentive, making communication easy and ensuring parents feel listened to and reassured. Overall, Radmoor provides a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, settled, and happy, and I would confidently recommend it to other families.,

Recently moved to the area and so had to find a new nursery for our crazy 4 year old. So impressed with Radmoor, the activities, updates in the app and general communication are all excellent. Its so much better than his previous 'well known chain' nursery. Was worried how he'd fit in but they could not have been better with him. Delighted, wished we'd never been anywhere else

Our children been attending Radmoor Day Nursery since 2018 and have absolutely loved it. The staff are excellent with the children, there's always plenty of activities and outside space to play. It's well run by clearly passionate staff with great communication in both directions. Would 100% recommend.

I've had my neurodiverse child with autism, global developmental delay and pica here and I would like to say the nursery went above and beyond for her met all her needs consistently, with regular meetings to discuss progress and how to create a safer environment for her to feel safe and more secure whilst in their setting whilst she was there. Without their added input she wouldn't have left for primary school saying single words and being as independent as she possibly could be, they went above and beyond for her and I am massively grateful to the Radmoor Day Nursery family for this. My son is currently here and he is growing from strength to strength, with great input and meeting milestones, he loves his dinners from Radmoor and playing outside with his friends, he is also talking a lot now considering his delay speech when he first joined Radmoor. Honestly these ladies deserve an award, they aren't just early learning educators they have become our extended family.

My child started here, first nursery, they was very unsettled but has grown with the staff to love the nursery and staff. It took me a while to find the correct one. My friends child goes to Radmoor Day Nursery too and recommend me here and with her recommendation I couldn't have chosen a better nursery. The admin staff are the first people that let you in with your child and are so happy lovely lovely people, they are fantastic at their jobs and so understanding. With my child starting nursery it took more settling in sessions than normal and they even said more than usual sessions to settle in more would benefit my child which was so much appreciated. The staff in the coloured rooms are absolutely amazing, they also have a sensory room and a therapy dog which is amazing. Thank you so much Radmoor Day Nursery and their staff for going on and beyond with their care compassionate and support they all offer.

My daughter has only just started at Radmoor Day Nursery this January and my partner and I couldn't be happier with the support, communication and overall brilliance of the staff there. We get updates daily about activities (including photos), food eaten, nappy changes, naps and general information regarding the nursery which is great.
They have been outstanding since the first time we stepped in for a visit, to my daughters trial days which were fantastic and increased in amount of time spent at the nursery each visit, to my daughter now being there for a month and we are so happy.
All staff are friendly and approachable so we would feel very comfortable discussing anything with them.
They send us updates about our daughter's progress so we know exactly where she is in terms of friendships, other relationships, her academic abilities and how she has felt throughout the day.

Well done to all involved in the day-to-day running of Radmoor - it is phenomenal!

All staff here are absolutely brilliant, can't speak highly enough of them. My two boys have absolutely loved it here. They are always smiling and happy to be there and that's because of the staff and how well it is run. They also update the app regularly to show what your child has been doing keeping you informed of their journey. So glad I chose here for my children to go.

Started in the toddler room and have moved to the 2-3 yr old rooms. In both my daughter bonded so well to the staff and was happy to see them in the mornings. She gets introduced to an ever evolving list of activities and I especially love the inclusion of culturally relevant activities and lessons. The kids are being shown how to be kind and interested in diversity and difference which is wonderful and important to us. Staff at every level have always been super attentive, responsive and helpful. They will do as much as they can for your kid and your family.

Both our children have attended Radmoor Day Nursery. Our youngest is very well looked after in the pre school. The staff have got to know her well and understand her needs. She looks forward to attending and is always keen to talk about what she has been doing. When our youngest was receiving external support for her physical development, the nursery staff came along to meetings and used what they heard to support our child even further.
The staff also did a fantastic job of helping to prepare our eldest to start school.
All staff are kind, caring and fun.

We would highly recommend Radmoor Day Nursery.

Radmoor Day Nursery has been fantastic for our child. From the start, the staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely caring, making the transition so easy. Our child loves going in each day, growing in confidence and making great friendships.

Both of my kids have been here since they were 11 months old. Went on a visit and had a look around. Really knowledgeable staff and had a friendly vibe in all of the rooms we saw and how the staff interacted with the kids. The app is really useful for keeping a track of what they eat and how they are getting on in nursery along with pictures throughout the day on how they are getting on. The Reception Staff are friendly and approachable to for any extra info your ever unsure about which is really helpful too. Highly recommended nursery especially with the recent Ofsted inspection results to give you extra assurance over your little ones.

Great staff morale. Friendly team from management to classroom-based staff. Classroom staff and key workers are very understanding of my child's individual needs and accommodating. For example dietary requirements, fussy eating, toilet training, emotional and social wellbeing and overall encouragement with life skills. Sendco and Management - provide excellent support for parents of children with additional/special needs. Supportive both in the classroom environment and also when reaching for help via external resources and local council authorities on behalf of parents and children. Excellent link with Loughborough college facilities ie free student theatre performances - enhancing educational and cultural experiences. Enriching little children's lives particularly those who may not experience theatre, arts and culture otherwise (due to social class, cultural backgrounds and parents restricted for time in general)! Finally PE instructor - great for physical activities!

I joined Radmoor Nursery in April 2019, and I work within all of the groups, as well as previously working at Outwood's Edge out-of-school club. I hold a Level 2 in Childcare and Young People's Services and a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

I have previous childcare experience, such as working as a student at Cobden Nursery and being an apprentice. I am also a leader at the Girl Guides.

I enjoy working with children because it is different every day, and it's rewarding seeing the children grow up through the groups, eventually going on to "Big school".
