For over 20 years, Radmoor nursery has provided high quality care and education for children aged six weeks to five years of age. The nursery consists separate rooms that are designed and resourced for different ages.

Through a thoughtfully designed curriculum, children learn and develop through play enabling curiosity and exploration, producing happy and engaged learners. The stimulating environment allows children to flow from one area to another encouraging a sense of ownership and responsibility, with open ended play.
The nursery ensures a close working partnership with parents allowing personalisation of a child's learning, working together to share knowledge and a child's interests to discover how best to support learning. Radmoor Nursery have direct access to the outdoors including a private forest which provides an extension to learning outdoors.

The nursery promotes equality and diversity ensuring inclusive practice which adds to the life and wellbeing of the local community.
Through reflective practice Radmoor are able to maintain and continually improve the quality of care provided, having the child at the heart of all that is done.

The onsite qualified chef provides healthy, nutritious and well-balanced meals and snacks ensuring all requirements are catered for. The children enjoy a self-service meal time system promoting independence.

    A registration fee for a Nursery space is £50 plus a £100 deposit to secure the place if required more than two months in advance. The £100 will be deducted from your first invoice. These charges are non-refundable if you decide you no longer require the place. We require four weeks notice to withdraw your nursery place.

  • A full day includes breakfast, lunch and tea. A morning includes breakfast and lunch. Afternoon sessions include tea.

It's a fantastic nursery, wouldn't send my child anywhere else. The staff are so caring and go above and beyond every day.
Management are so supportive of the parents too!

Great staff morale. Friendly team from management to classroom-based staff. Classroom staff and key workers are very understanding of my child's individual needs and accommodating. For example dietary requirements, fussy eating, toilet training, emotional and social wellbeing and overall encouragement
with life skills. Sendco and Management - provide excellent support for parents of children with additional/special needs. Supportive both in the classroom environment and also when reaching for help via external resources and local council authorities on behalf of parents and children. Excellent link with Loughborough college facilities ie free student theatre performances - enhancing educational and cultural experiences. Enriching little children's lives particularly those who may not experience theatre, arts and culture otherwise (due to social class, cultural backgrounds and parents restricted for time in general)! Finally PE instructor - great for physical activities!

Lovely nursery.
I transferred my children to Radmoor from another nursery and they have settled in fantastic. I'm very impressed with how they treat all children individually and help those who need extra support. My daughter and son are always excited to go to nursery and run down the corridor to
their rooms when we arrive. I've also noticed they spend a lot of time outside exploring nature which my children love. Overall we have had a great experience here.

We are so pleased that we decided to send our child to Radmoor. The staff have been an absolutely brilliant support to my child and me. We will really miss all of the lovely staff when we leave to start school! I highly recommend this nursery.

I really enjoy sending my little boy to Radmoor Nursery he has learned and developed so much since starting the nursery. The staff members are really friendly and welcoming. We are also so grateful for the support they have given us.

Both of my children have been to the nursery, they supported us as a family through the years, and feel so comfortable and happy with the communication and friendly atmosphere at the nursery. It's like a family there. My kids love going and it's been a very important place for us for the last 4 and
half years, providing help advice and general support to not just the children but to us as a family. Which means a lot to me.

Absolutely the nursery setting all children should be attending. We moved our little boy to the nursery from another setting and couldn’t be happier. The staff are attentive, caring, loving and welcoming. My little boy loves his nursery and it has had such a positive impact on our home life. From potty
training to settling him it couldn’t have been smoother. He knows all of the staff and has a great relationship with each and every one of them. The staff make you feel very welcome and go above and beyond what I have ever experienced in different nursery settings. They are very loving towards the children and my child has developed more than I thought. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them all for their amazing work and dedication to the children and parents. The outdoor space is great, they get to experience so much in the forest area. The activities the nursery does for the children are amazing for skills and development. The best nursery in Loughborough.

I highly recommend the nursery for its nurturing environment, dedicated staff and engaging curriculum, providing a wonderful foundation for early childhood development. It's the only place I'd recommend without hesitation. The nursery truly deserves an outstanding rating from Ofsted.

Radmoor is an incredible nursery. We researched a lot, went to one, and moved here and could not be happier. My son loves going and has made some really close friends already. He has learned and is learning so much from his days here and we are very impressed. We get lots of updates and amazing photos
of what they’ve been up to throughout the day. They do so many wonderful activities to help with all areas of their development and clearly take time to think of these activities and take the time with each individual child. The staff are all so friendly yet professional and are open to talk to whenever you need or want to. Key workers and other staff members in your child’s class give you thorough handovers at the end of the day and are there to give you useful tips to help/aid your child if requested. The safety aspects of the nursery are amazing and super reassuring. And the meals are always fantastic. I can not recommend the nursery enough. 10/10.

Excellent nursery. Staff are friendly and caring and my son's development has progressed very well since joining Radmoor.
The nursery has an excellent outdoor forest area that my son loves.
The online app is brilliant as I can see my son's progress throughout the day and keep on top of his meals.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the nursery, I am more than happy with the care and support my son has had whilst attending.

All three of my children have been here, my youngest still is. I absolutely love this nursery and I've never had any complaints. They get back to you when you need them to. They are welcoming and friendly, I also feel like I've made friends and they are not just staff. I recommend this nursery so much.

This is a fantastic nursery and the staff are lovely. What I find amazing is how much they do with the children, every day is filled with activities and they always make an effort to celebrate different holidays and important dates in the calendar so the children get to learn about lots of different

Our little boy loves Radmoor Nursery, he started there at 10 months and they have really helped him to flourish. We love that the nursery has a large outdoor play space that he can use and he loves attending the nursery! We could not be happier with the care he receives there and will be sending our
