My daughter has attended Radmoor 4 days a week since she was 12 months old and is now 2 and a half. From day 1 the care received has been exceptional and I am so grateful to each and every member of staff. There is genuine warmth and love shown and I can see that my daughter is truly happy, thriving
and has made so many wonderful connections with both staff and the other children. The team are so helpful and supportive in her journey and individual needs and I'm always kept updated on what's happening each day both through the app as well as handovers . I am so happy we chose Radmoor

We are extremely happy with this nursery. The staff are caring, professional, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing and development. The environment is warm, safe, and stimulating, and communication with parents is excellent. Our children love attending every day. A truly outstanding nursery
that fully deserves its recognition

Radmoor is an excellent daycare. As a parent, you want your child to be happy - even excited - to spend their day at daycare. You want them to be full of stories and excitement when you collect them. This is true for my child where she has found a welcoming and caring community at (including other children
+ employees). The nursery is organised to take care to include, nurture and educate in fun and interactive ways (e.g. instill their nursery's values through learned behaviours).
Thank you for all your hard work.

I love Radmoor for its professional and kind staff, the way they really know and - I feel - love my son and help him with emotional and creative development in a way that there just isn't time for at school. A really human nursery where people care so much about the kids holistically - and it really
shows. Thanks to everyone so much - especially the camp energy team - we appreciate you so much.

Radmoor nursery have been amazing with our child. Not only does she love her time there, but it's a pleasure seeing how much the staff also love interacting with the children. As well as being amazing with our daughter, they have been so supportive to us as a whole family, really going over and above
in their care for us. The nursery feels like a real community and gives a sense of belonging that I've not experienced in other places. Couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough (and regularly do to friends who are looking!)

My Son is on the SEN pathway and Radmoor nursery have gone above and beyond to get him the support he needs. The staff are amazing and it shows how much they really care about the children and families. My son loves nursery and has made beautiful relationships with the staff. He's excited to attend
4 days a week and I'm sure he will miss all his friends (peers and staff) when he moves to school in September.

It's only been five months since my child started at the nursery, and he arrived from another country without speaking English. Today, he understands and can communicate very well. He says he has friends, loves the nursery, and all the wonderful staff! Thank you so much for all your care and dedication.

The nursery is very supportive. My child.comes home happy everyday and shows or tells me about the activities they did. The staff help her get confident and i can see a massive improvement in her language skills.
Both staff and management contact is very good and we always know what's going on, what
needs doing/bringing in or what they are celebrating.
I am grateful they celebrate and show various celebrations national or religious

We have had a brilliant experience with Radmoor Day Nursery with both of our sons. The staff are wonderful, so caring and friendly and our sons genuinely love all of them. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, and both our children really do want to go to nursery in the morning. They get to do some great
activities and have made some lovely friends. Communication with parents is very good, we get multiple updates every day and if there are any concerns these are updated with us regularly. We are very happy that we chose to send our boys here and can't thanks the staff enough for the care that they show to them.

Ranmoor has been amazing for my son. He started in October 2024 at 2 years old and is still thriving in the setting at 3.5 years old.
The continued care throughout each room and office staff is so lovely to see, everyone really works as a team which makes it feel very inviting.
As a first time nervous
mum, I couldn't have been more happy with how the nursery put all my worries at ease and my son was always happy and eager to go back.
My son also has SEN needs and the staff including the SENCO have been absolutely amazing. I had no idea where to start with anything and im feeling listened to and supported.
I can also mention that I was pleasantly surprised about how minimal the staff turnover has been, seeing the same members of staff throughout has been comforting to me.

As we come to the end of this chapter, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done for Zara and for our family.

Entrusting you with her care when she was just nine months old was a huge step for us, and from the very beginning you made it

one that felt safe, reassuring, and full of warmth. Over the years, you have not only looked after her, but helped her grow, learn, and become the confident, curious little person she is today. Knowing she was loved, supported, and genuinely cared for every single day meant more to us than words can truly express.

You have been such an important part of her early life - her first friendships, her first routines, her first achievements - and in many ways, part of ours too. The kindness, patience, and dedication you show every child is extraordinary, and we feel incredibly lucky that she was able to spend these formative years with you.

Both of my children (aged 1 and 2) attend Radmoor nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been welcoming, caring, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing. The environment is safe, stimulating, and thoughtfully set up with a great balance of learning and play.

The staff are attentive

and it's clear they take the time to understand each child as an individual. Communication with parents is excellent - we're always kept up to date on daily activities, development, and any little milestones.

The management team are exceptional. They are professional, approachable, and deeply committed to delivering high-quality care and education. Leading by example, they create a supportive and positive environment for staff and children alike. Their organisation, proactive approach, and focus on continuous improvement are reflected in happy, confident children and a motivated team.

Team Radmoor all the way

The staff at Radmoor are exceptional. Harry has thrived and has loved every minute of his time there. Each room he has been in and the different staff who have supported him have gone above and beyond.
It is sad to think he will transition to school in September and his nursery / pre-school adventures
will be no more.
Harry's transition to school will be smooth I am sure and that is all thanks to the staff at radmoor.

As grandparents and Special Guardians, we've felt incredibly supported by Radmoor Nursery throughout the whole SGO process. The staff have been understanding, patient, and genuinely caring, not just with us but with our granddaughter too.
Since starting at Radmoor, our granddaughter has really come
out of her shell. Her confidence has grown so much, and it's clear how happy she is there - she loves going in every morning, which says everything about how safe and settled she feels.
We're really grateful for the kindness and consistency the team have shown our family. Radmoor has played a big part in giving her stability, and we appreciate all they've done.

Current Review Score: 10.0 (9.972)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 10 (9.972) out of 10 for Radmoor Day Nursery is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 39 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 39 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.972 for Radmoor Day Nursery is calculated as follows: ( (452 Excellents x 5) + (13 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 465 Ratings = 4.972
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Radmoor Day Nursery is based on 39 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 80 number of registered child places is 16, which has been reached with 39 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

I worked with children ages 2-12 during my time as a mental health carer and was part of a team that organised/took part in family day events and fun-filled activities usually for grandparents and grandchildren to enjoy together. I also spent some time volunteering with the young offender support team during my time at university and helped support young people and their children with their education and other needs.

I thoroughly enjoy the challenges and uniqueness each day brings, no two days are the same and each challenge presents opportunities to learn something new about the role. I also really enjoy seeing; helping and encouraging the children to develop their learning abilities and personalities in new and exciting ways.
