Kirby Muxloe Day Nursery

For our first child, we really couldn’t have picked a better nursery.

After maternity leave I was very anxious about leaving my little boy, we had spent all but the first 10 weeks of his life in lockdown and he was very used to our home routine and it being just me and him. All the girls made me feel a lot better about leaving him with them, they follow his routine that we have at home and he absolutely loves it! It’s lovely that he is getting to engage with other babies still at this strange time (lockdown) and is getting very used to me leaving him which I thought would be hard work, the transition was surprisingly very easy! We also love Tapestry and seeing all the fun things he does whilst at nursery as well as sharing photos from home aswell.

Wonderful nursery. The staff are caring and considerate and keep parents informed at every stage of the children’s development. I could not be happier with the level of care that my child receives. Thank you.

Both of my children attend Kirby Muxloe nursery and have loved it from the beginning. I feel so grateful to all of the staff for supporting them and making it such a happy place to be despite the current situation we’re all in. I’m confident that my children are being looked after well and have both learned so much through the staff and being around other children. Both my children have gone through changes since being there (weaning, potty training etc) and have been supported totally.

We have used Kirby Muxloe day nursery since 2014. Both children have attended since they were 6 months old and this nursery has been such a positive experience for us all. The staff have felt like family and cared for both kids with the utmost care and love. I feel sad thinking about when my daughter leaves for school in the summer because our journey with of them will have come to an end but we still continue to recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Whatever phase we are going through, or development stage, whatever problems I have, I can count on the nursery for advice and support.

The transition and changes I’ve seen in my boy are amazing which really goes to show that the nursery is doing a great job with his development!

The children there all seem really happy every time o go to pick my daughter up and she’s started to be very excited about going there every day.

Kirby Muxloe has been a wonderful start to my child's start at nursery. They have been nothing but accommodating and wonderful in all matters. Nothing ever seems too big or too small for them to deal with and the difference in my child since attending has been wonderful to see.

My son joined the nursery in November 2019 after having spent over 2 years at another nursery full time. The staff have made him feel very welcome and settle in quickly. He talks about both of his teachers and looks forward to seeing them. He has made lots of new friends. He has learnt new things, his learning journey is always up to date and his observations very detailed and a pleasure to read.

The managers are very approachable and helpful and have good relationships with all of the children. There are regular parents evenings held during the year, where we can find out what he's been doing well at and what he needs to work on. I would confidently recommend the nursery to any of my friends and family.

A great nursery for my little boy, he loves to go here, staff are brilliant with him, there are always new activities to do and I think attendance has enhanced his development - I would absolutely recommend.

The staff are extremely welcoming and excellent. My daughter sometimes goes in unsettled and doesn't want to leave me. But the staff comfort her and she has an amazing day. She comes home talking about the staff in her room and is very happy.

Great place for any child. Highly recommend it! The staff is well prepared and the environment is very welcoming!

Just an all-round lovely nursery and not have to worry about leaving my little boy for the day they are also available on the phone when I call to check on him.

My son has attended this nursery for the last 3 years. I viewed a number of nurseries before choosing this one. We received a brilliant welcome and I got an instant good feeling. The staff are lovely, I like that everything is included in your fee and there is a big lovely garden. My son has been very happy there and I’ve seen his confidence grow and learning develop since attending more regularly. I have recommended this nursery to friends already and my daughter will also be starting later this year.

My son always has a good day at nursery I feel that his carers show a genuine interest in him and his development has come on leaps and bounds. I would have no hesitation in recommending the nursery.
