Busy Bees Leicester Oadby

I have sent both my children to Busy Bees Oadby due to the excellent care for my children. Natasha, the nursery manager, is extremely accommodating and understanding. She will listen to any concretes you may have and act on them as soon as she can. The staff are very personable and listen when it comes to the needs of the children. The new app is great to keep up with the children's day and payment is also in the same place making it extremely convenient. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a caring, supportive, and nurturing place for their child.

Most importantly, my daughter is always happy and excited to go, which says everything. I would highly recommend this nursery!

After the wonderful experience we had with our first daughter, there was no doubt we would put our second daughter at this nursery. We can visibly see the the growth and development in our children. All the staff are excellent and take care of the children as if they were their own.

Busy bees has really helped my little boy come along so much, staff are very helpful and understanding, he comes home everyday happy, smiling. So many activities and choices for the children to learn from.

The staff are all nice and friendly. The nursery is clean and has lots of activities for the children. I would recommend Busy Bees Leicester Oadby to anyone who wants good quality care for their children.

I am so happy that the manager has come back. She has ensured a smooth running of the nursery, issues get dealt with promptly, nothing is too much trouble for her and her genuine interest in my child puts my mind at ease. The manager and the team make my son's time at nursery a pleasure and he is flourishing and learning so much which is very important to me and my family.

My child has been attending the nursery for several months. I have seen a massive development in socialising, speech and confidence. I have been very happy with my daughter's learning development and love that staff are able to see the development also which highlights the attentiveness of the staff. The staff are very open and honest when talking to me at the end of each day and are happy to answer any questions. When talking to staff, different activities are completed throughout the day/each day which is nice the children get a wide variety. The staff often share which activities have been enjoyed by my daughter during the day which has been helpful for me to develop her interests at home. Although there is a small outdoor space, it is well utilised. When weather appropriate, I find that the children get the opportunity to spend a lot of time outside. Meals are provided and are varied and healthy.

Just wanted to use this to thank everybody at Busy Bees, Oadby Nursery. As a team, you are all amazing and awesome. You made us and still make us feel very welcome and at ease. You are very supportive, friendly and kind to both children and parents. I pick up my daughter every day and I see how happy she is and how well she is learning and developing at your settings and it's just amazing. I drop her off every day and I know she is in safe hands and she will be cared for and loved. I want to thank all of you for looking after our precious little girl. Your help and care means a lot for us and we will always be ever so grateful. Many, many thanks.

My daughter currently attends the nursery three days a week and absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing and always on hand if you need them or have any worries. The nursery is very welcoming and have never encountered any issues in the two years that my daughter has been there. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Both my children have attended Busy Bees Leicester Oadby. I cannot recommend them highly enough. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and caring. They look after the children as if they were their own and care for them to an extremely high standard. The centre director is very helpful and accommodating. The nursery’s app system means you know how your child is through the day and I know my children are always happy and looked after. They are always brilliant with communication and cater to children’s individual needs where necessary. Thank you to you all for always being amazing.

My little girl has been with this nursery since she was eight months old, she is now nearly four and she absolutely loves going. She is excited to go in and play, explore and learn and I look forward to her telling me excitedly about all she got up to during the day. The nursery has been flexible to her needs, as a baby she had food allergies and the nursery treated this with so much care ensuring that her diet was closely monitored. She has built special bonds with her carers and talks about her key carer with so much love and adoration, she missed her carer and nursery a lot during the covid lockdown and was so delighted to return. There has been a high turnover of staff in recent years, my daughter has not been impacted by this other than missing people who have left, however, I feel 2020 has seen this stabilise. If I call the nursery during the day, the team are always happy to talk to me and let me know how my daughter is doing as well as answer any questions. I would recommend.

My son went to the nursery from the age of 18-months until lockdown. He hasn’t returned as he has now started school. We saw a lot of changes over the years, but the nursery finally felt settled and happy before lockdown in March. The manager runs a lovely nursery and is very approachable. Special mention to one lady (preschool) who my son adored before he left. My son always came home with a piece of work or baking. Lots of toys and interesting areas in the rooms. The nursery is very clean, and the meals were always enjoyed (and smelt nice). My son will miss nursery (as will we) and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other families.

Wouldn’t even give it one star! My son attended here in September 2019. This nursery was by far the worst I’ve ever endured in my life. I was left going to work with fear my son was not safe. I am so glad he was only here for eight weeks and even then I was unsure on whether to send him most days. My son took a fall which resulted in facial bruising and it took the staff 45 minutes to contact my partner. The reason given for the time taken was that they were on the phone, and it’s the only phone available in the nursery. The manager was patronising to say the least and unwilling to even let you get a word in edgeways. I have since heard she has been dismissed! You meet a new staff member every day with how fast this nursery gets through them. AVOID at any cost!

My son has attended this nursery since he was 9 months old and has always enjoyed coming in with smiles without any hesitation. He will always happily talk about what he’s done throughout the day and loves coming home with stuff he has made. He has made lots of friends during his time so far and has definitely built him up to be such a confident little boy who has been able to learn lots already since attending the setting. He has already formed some good relationships with the staff who have recently implemented lots of new ideas that engages him well.
