Kids Planet Newbold

My child started in May 2019 and has loved every day. He’s moved throughout all 3 rooms within the nursery since starting. The staff are so supportive of my son and me and have been fantastic since the very first day.

The nursery has been excellent for my daughter who is now 2 years old. She has been attending once a week so far but will be moving to 2 days a week in the New Year, I feel the nursery and staff have gone above and beyond to provide a safe and superb learning environment for my little one who has Downs Syndrome. The staff are very attentive and my daughter has really bonded with her key workers and I would absolutely recommend this nursery.

Kids Planet Newbold has been such a lovely environment for our little one. They worked really hard to settle her in and she loves it. The range of activities are great and we love all the drawings and crafts she brings home. Her vocabulary and speech in general have come on leaps and bounces too. All in all a lovely environment for our little one.

Kids Planet Nursery - Newbold is a lovely nursery. My son really enjoys going there, he goes there twice a week. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional.

I have always found this nursery to be professionally run, the staff are friendly and approachable and my child enjoys being there.

Kids Planet Newbold is the best nursery I have chosen so far. All the staff are lovely and work very well and are patient with my daughter. She is always excited to go to school even though she hates getting up early in the mornings. She is always happy and very well looked after and they have been brilliant with me too.

My child attends this nursery and we find it amazing for him. He’s come on so much since starting here, he didn’t settle well at first but due to the staffs hard work, he now can’t wait to go to nursery. All the staff there are amazing at what they do and always welcome you with a smile.

Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Newbold is a brilliant nursery, far better than the previous nursery my daughter went to. The daily updates on the app of what she has eaten throughout the day and the observations that are also put on the app are easy to read and understand. The staff there have always got time to talk about how they’ve been and you never feel pressured to just get your child and leave. They have a lot of time for the children which shows when I pick my daughter up and she doesn’t stop talking about the teachers. Would highly recommend anyone to take their child or children here, five stars.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. My little girl loves it so much, nine months in and she has come on so well. The staff are amazing. They have been so supportive of my little girl as she had milk and food allergies as a baby, requiring detailed attention. The app is also so helpful and reassuring too, letting us know what she's had for meals, her nappies, her sleep and also what activities she has been doing, with an occasional lovely picture. This makes leaving her for work that little bit easier. I also feel a huge pro to this nursery is the separate baby room to the rest of the children. The separate sleep room with actual beds too is what attracted me to the nursery. Overall, I cannot praise the nursery and the staff enough. Thank you!

My son attends this nursery and although he hasn’t been here long he really loves it. He settled in straight away and has made friends already which is always really nice and reassuring knowing your little one is in a happy environment. The staff are all lovely and made us feel welcome from the start. My son has a milk allergy which the nursery have catered for well and I get updates during the day so I know what’s he’s eaten and what he’s been doing. I’d definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking.

I have used this nursery for both my children and have always been happy with the care they receive. All the staff are approachable and they are happy to talk things through/work things out together. My child has really enjoyed being back at nursery since the lockdown and the staff have tried their best to make this second transition as smooth as possible. They provide lots of different activities and the outside space is great.

It’s a fantastic nursery, the staff are outstanding, really helpful whenever you need help and the updates you receive during the day are really good and nice to see. No hesitations in recommending friends or family to use Kids Planet.

All the staff and other parents are all very friendly which makes it a nice environment to be in.

All the staff are polite, always tell you what's happened if there have been any problems. Happy to help with anything they can. My son loves going here and as soon as the door opens he is gone. The staff look after him and are helping him with his talking.

We have used Kids Planet for both our daughters and they have both absolutely loved their time there. The staff are fantastic and provide a wonderful, caring and stimulating environment for the children. We would definitely recommend the nursery to others.

Since my daughter started here, she has come on in leaps and bounds with her words, sentences and capabilities in every aspect. All the staff are great and reassuring. There's always good activities out for the kids. We just want to try and work on potty training now.

My twin daughters attend Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Newbold and have done for the past two years. The staff are just phenomenal. I sometimes struggle with having two, however, staff help and support me and nothing is too much trouble. The nursery needs a gold medal at times with some of the situations they have had to deal with, lots of credit and praise should be given! We will miss the friends and family relationships we have made.

My Son has been going to this nursery for 15 months and loves it! I was at ease leaving him there to go to work under the care of the fantastic staff knowing he was going to be well looked after and cared for. The staff are always friendly and approachable and my Son has formed strong bonds. The environment is always safe, inviting and brightly decorated throughout and always has stimulating activities for the children to access. They provide a healthy, well balanced menu which runs on a 3 week cycle and the children have both milk and water to drink. The outdoor play area is also well equipped and spacious. Overall my experience so far has been fantastic and would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. I have recently had another baby and she will definitely be going alongside my Son when the time arises.

Everyone at Cheeky Monkeys is professional, caring and excellent with our daughter. They provide interesting and fun activities which have developed our daughter into a confident and bright toddler. She has been at Cheeky Monkeys since she was 8 months old and loves all the staff and other children like one big happy family. She looks forward to going to nursery and always talks about what she's been doing and how they are all her friends. The nursery isn't that near to our house but I wouldn't hesitate to send any other children we have to Cheeky Monkeys as the outside areas are much better than the ones in town and the carers are all fantastic.

My daughter has settled in great. The staff have been excellent and very understanding when my daughter struggled at first. She has gone from disliking going to wanting to go. There is always someone available to talk to. The nursery itself is clean, activities are always set out for a range of choices. I feel well informed about events, my daughter's progress overall. I will be sad when my daughter leaves next year. Well done to all the staff for their hard work on maintaining a fantastic environment for early years.
