Kids Planet Newbold

I would and have recommended this nursery to parents asking for my experience with the service.

I am confident that he is well looked after whilst I'm at work, and would definitely recommend.

The care this nursery has provided for my daughter so far has been outstanding! She is absolutely thriving. The staff are approachable, kind, caring and supportive. My daughter loves attending which as a parent is so reassuring.

My little boy goes three times a week, always happy to go and always happy when I pick him up, he loves the activities the staff do every day. Especially the water ones. All the staff are lovely and smiley.

My son absolutely loves coming here, all staff always welcome him with open arms and smiles. The staff are very friendly and always keep me up to date with how his day has gone. The nursery has amazing facilities always clean and safe and just a joyful place to be in. The staff are absolutely brilliant with my son, the outdoor space is awesome lots of things for kids to do. I can honestly say all the years my children have been in preschool this is the best one.

My 1-year-old started at this nursery in November and the staff have been so supportive with getting her settled in. She is gaining confidence now and seems to enjoy going to nursery. They have been accommodating with her dietary requirements and really seem to care about her well-being when she has been poorly. They seem to have a good range of activities for her to enjoy while she is there as well.

My daughter is welcomed with bright smiles and cuddles every day, in the toddler room right through to preschool. She can be a bit shy sometimes but once they encourage her to come to play she runs off without turning back. Her speech has come on leaps and bounds since being at nursery, and she’s flat out when she gets home. The staff are brilliant and nothing is ever too much for them. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars out of 5 is that the afternoon kids don’t seem to get to do as much as the morning children/kids that attend all day, like visits from pantomimes, took to the park or the visit from Santa, this might just be the fact they can’t book them after certain times though, however, I don’t mind too much as I can do this with her myself, but it would be nice to see the afternoon kids get chance to enjoy it with their friends. However, the stay and plays are always lots of fun I look forward to them.

The staff at Kids Planet Newbold are amazing! My son started at 11 months old and has been excited every nursery day since then. My older son went to a more expensive nursery in the area with slightly better facilities and food options, but in reality, Kids Planet Newbold is perfect for my younger son as a smaller facility. He has such a great bond with all of the lovely baby room staff, which, to me, is the most important part of finding the right nursery for your child.

Kids Planet have been amazing in all aspects. My little girl cries most weeks when I drop her off at nursery, but all the staff are welcoming and offer to comfort her with a cuddle, which really helps with drop-off. We have also recently toilet trained her and the staff have been amazing with helping her use the toilet and letting me know when she has had an accident. I am updated throughout the day with what my little girl has been up to and what she has eaten throughout the day and how much she has eaten. They also do tasks with her to check on her development and update me on the app along with photos. I couldn't ask for a better nursery. The staff are great!

My son has been to this nursery since 2021. Every transition through each room the staff have been fantastic at settling him in. He loves talking about all the staff and always mentions how nice the food is.

The toddler room has welcomed my daughter beautifully over the last few months. She has additional needs and they have catered for everything - nothing has been too much trouble. I'm really happy and my daughter loves it!

My daughter is quite shy and still gets upset each morning when arriving at nursery. The staff are always quick to settle her and talk to her in a way that calms her down, this is very reassuring for me as her mother to know that she is with such caring and attentive people when I leave. She always says that she has had a good day when I come to collect her and tells me about the things she has been doing. She often mentions staff and the games they play together. Our overall experience of being with this nursery is nothing but positive.

This nursery has made my daughter feel very welcomed and me as a parent too. My daughter loves going to this nursery she’s always very happy to go, she hasn’t been with the nursery long but she loves it and the staff. They work well with me as a working mum and very flexible, all the staff are very polite, don’t think I could have chosen a better nursery for my daughter

I wouldn't recommend any other setting. They are truly amazing.

The staff are all family-orientated and help our son explore new and exciting activities. He always comes home having learnt something new or having experienced a new fun activity. We are always amazed at his progress week to week an how nurtured and safe he feels in their environment.

Great staff, really helpful and go above and beyond for all the kids. Great food and snacks and good facilities. The kids learn so much from all the activities they do and love the singing and dancing they do. A highly efficient nursery with a great manager, well done all of you.

The staff in the toddler room are fantastic. They make my daughter feel loved, safe and happy when in their care.

The nursery is well kept and the staff are always friendly and happy. Our son seems to love it.

The progress my 2 kids have made is nothing short but remarkable. The Newbold team have been nothing but amazing to myself and my partner but also my children. Special shout out to one member of staff in particular as my daughter loves going to see him, and all the ladies in the baby room, my son is certainly spoiled.
