The Old Station Nursery Wellesbourne is located on the Wellesbourne Campus, making it convenient for those working or living near Warwick University. The nursery offers exceptional care, enriched by unique learning opportunities for your child. One such experience is child-friendly cooking classes, helping to equip children with valuable skills and deeper knowledge of the cooking process.

The nursery has been carefully planned to provide children with opportunities to develop and grow, and each room is equipped with age-appropriate resources to support children's development. The Pre-School children have their own separate building where they can create a strong foundation for school readiness and grow in confidence through independence.

The nursery's garden has a Forest School enhancement where children can learn to care for the environment, build dens, and care for any bugs or animals they find, as well as plenty of space for creative play and running around. This provides multi-sensory experiences in the outdoors stimulate sensory development, early education about ecological systems and sustainable practices and opportunities for active play and exploration, promoting overall physical fitness.

Children also have the opportunity to grow, tend and harvest their own produce as part of an Organic enhancement and the nursery also has a Cookery enhancement to promote children's love for preparing food.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My daughter always comes away happy and smiling. The staff are brilliant and super friendly. The forest school is amazing and makes me wish I could be young again. Loads of parking meaning there is always a space at drop off/collection.

My son has been attending The Old Station Nursery at Wellesbourne for over a year now and it has been a fantastic experience for him throughout this time. The staff are brilliant. Clearly experts at what they do, but also friendly, approachable and with a genuine interest in supporting the children.
Facilities-wise, it's in a great location with plenty of outdoor space for the children to explore, which is evidenced through the regular updates provided by the nursery during the week. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

All of the staff are amazing! So friendly, caring and compassionate.
They really put my mind at ease knowing my little girl is in the best care possible.

This nursery is beyond brilliant! Both of my children have gone here with my youngest still in the pre-school having started in the baby room. My eldest came on phenomenally in the 12 months that she was in pre-school here after we moved her from another nursery. I wish we had moved her here sooner!
The facilities are fantastic and the outside space is amazing! The staff are like family! They are knowledgeable, kind, caring, fun and exactly what children need in a nursery setting! The manager is lovely, so approachable and will always take the time to speak to myself and my family. Honestly cannot fault this amazing nursery and would 100% recommend it.

Our daughter really enjoys her time at nursery! We, as parents, love all of the experiences that she's offered - forest school is a particular favourite of hers as well as all of the messy activities! The staff are really welcoming and we know at drop off, that she's going to have a great day!

My child really enjoys attending the nursery. All the staff are caring and compassionate. We love the outdoor space and forest school. She has really flourished in this setting. The nursery manager is friendly and approachable and has made some wonderful improvements to the nursery.

My daughter is about to finish her time in this setting after attending since she was a baby. The staff across every room have truly been amazing and have helped put our minds at ease knowing she is in great care. The manager will always make time for us and is very approachable. The enhancements have
been a great addition to the setting. My daughter loves helping in the organic garden and now the setting has a newly renovated kitchen it will be great to cook from their own veggie garden. She is in her element at Forest School as he loves being outside and getting stuck in with nature. Thank you again to all who have looked after my daughter over the past few years.

Both our children attended The Old Station Nursery. There is a very caring, friendly atmosphere. Staff are thoughtful, kind and work so hard. Daily activities are fun and varied and we get updates on the app. They also post meal times, naps, photos etc. Our son is very settled and enjoys himself a lot.
His favourite part is outdoor pursuits and dancing/singing. I'd definitely recommend this lovely nursery that we are so lucky to have on our doorstep.

Absolutely outstanding service!
The manager and the team really get to know your child as an individual! They care about them and their development. We have noticed a huge change in our son since going to The Old Station Nursery; he is happy to go to the nursery and always has a smile on his face
when you pick him up.

The most wonderful nursery, with great spaces for the kids outside which was really important to us. They are so thoughtful and resourceful ensuring that the child and parents have the best experience.
My child loves it there and has bonded with all the staff so well, as have we. They show much care
and are so attentive to each child, we had a span when my child was afraid of the lawnmower on site and the team were so helpful in ensuring that he was comforted as well as showing initiative in ways to help!
Couldn’t be happier with it, would give more stars if I could, they are the most lovely team with an outstanding manager. They have gone above and beyond countless times helping me through some personal circumstances and I couldn’t be more grateful for the safe environment they created through the pandemic and to now.

We love this nursery and so does our little one. We have had issues with our daughter's health over the last 10 months and all staff have been super supportive, especially in making radical changes to her diet to allow her gut to heal. Staff have worked with us to help our daughter and she is now thriving.
Our little one loves going to nursery and puts her arms out to go towards staff when I drop her off which clearly shows that she has built relationships with the staff in the baby room. The range of activities is brilliant, I love the amount of messy play she does so we don't have to do this at home!! You can tell she is settled and enjoys her time at nursery, I love the app updates with pictures. The nursery manager is amazing, nothing is too much trouble and it's obvious that she's passionate about making the nursery a better place.

Wonderful nursery, my son loves going to the nursery every day. His development has improved greatly since attending The Old Station Nursery last year. The staff are caring, and approachable, and have gone above and beyond with my son’s specific needs. The manager is very friendly, and approachable,
communicates well with us and the staff all work as a cohesive team. They have made us feel welcomed very the very start. The outdoor space is wonderful, we are updated daily on what activities my son has participated in each day. Would recommend The Old Station Nursery to anyone in the area.

We couldn't be happier with how our son has settled into The Old Station Nursery and this is very much thanks to the manager and baby room staff. The time and effort that they have put in to ease his transition (from crying a lot at drop off to leaning over to be taken within a week or two!) and help
him to nap has been wonderful. The staff are friendly, attentive and caring, and his development over the short time he has been there is impressive. We are so pleased that we chose this nursery.

Absolutely Brilliant! The staff are all so friendly and approachable, both of my children love their time there. They were allowed to settle in gently which has meant that drop-offs are a breeze and they always come out smiling, happy and telling me all about the fun they’ve had. Staff always give you
a thorough rundown of their day as well as regular app updates. The play areas are spacious and well-equipped and my children love the outdoor space and get plenty of chance to explore this. My children’s development with speech and life skills have come on rapidly and noticeably since being at Old Station, and we’re looking forward to our parent's evening! All staff are extremely professional at all times and ensure nothing gets misplaced, and even though our children are allowed to get mucky (and are encouraged to)! They always come out with clean clothes and faces. The manager could not be more helpful, and time has been taken to establish great relationships with key workers.

I'm a triplet mum and my girls started July 2023, they were supposed to start in late September but due to ill health, the nursery kindly got them in earlier.
The manager is an absolute asset to the nursery and is never too shy to get her hands dirty and work both offices and floor, the dedication
she puts into her work doesn't go amiss.
The team are all very good and my girls bond dearly with them all, I'm a very anxious mum and the whole nursery made me feel at ease and very welcoming which made me choose them overall.
Would recommend it highly to friends and family.
