The Old Station Nursery Wellesbourne is located on the Wellesbourne Campus, making it convenient for those working or living near Warwick University. The nursery offers exceptional care, enriched by unique learning opportunities for your child. One such experience is child-friendly cooking classes, helping to equip children with valuable skills and deeper knowledge of the cooking process.

The nursery has been carefully planned to provide children with opportunities to develop and grow, and each room is equipped with age-appropriate resources to support children's development. The Pre-School children have their own separate building where they can create a strong foundation for school readiness and grow in confidence through independence.

The nursery's garden has a Forest School enhancement where children can learn to care for the environment, build dens, and care for any bugs or animals they find, as well as plenty of space for creative play and running around. This provides multi-sensory experiences in the outdoors stimulate sensory development, early education about ecological systems and sustainable practices and opportunities for active play and exploration, promoting overall physical fitness.

Children also have the opportunity to grow, tend and harvest their own produce as part of an Organic enhancement and the nursery also has a Cookery enhancement to promote children's love for preparing food.

My son has been at the nursery for just a couple of weeks, but I can already see the benefit it is giving him. His eating has improved, and his acceptance of strangers too. I totally trust the nursery that they have his best interests at heart, and I truly believe he loves it there.

The old station nursery is just such a fantastic setting, my daughter loves going there, the staff are particularly welcoming and caring, they go above and beyond, whether it is providing excellent activities and resources for the kids to learn about seasons, making a birthday card for a family member
at my request, celebrating culture or discovering wildlife etc. my daughter always comes home with something she's done, from baking bread to making creative pictures. My daughter has been there since 9 months old and since day 1 she has warmed to the staff as they are very approachable & calm. Their forest school is excellent and they seem to be focused alot on outdoor play and experiences which is one of the reasons I chose the nursery, due to the extensive outdoor space. The manager and Katie are excellent in regards to communication & I've never had a problem or dispute & feel my queries have always been acknowledged. 10/10 nursery !!!

The manager and all her team are fantastic. My son is in the toddler room and thriving! One staff member in particular is a ray of sunshine and shares his love of the outdoors and it shows! All the ladies are ready for all weathers to spend time outdoors and the children have such a brilliant space
to explore at forest school. Feels so safe in the location on the Warwick campus

Our child has been attending for 18 months and has thrived here so far. The staff in each of the rooms we've experienced are caring, supportive and stretching of our child's development. The outdoor space is great and the team definitely make use of it and it's great to see the children outside regularly
with weekly trips to forest school a huge highlight for our child.

With two children at the nursery, we couldn't be happier! The staff are all so caring towards both of our children and they really encourage their development. They also work with us on areas such as potty training, so it's a really joined up approach. Couldn't recommend them enough!

My daughter loved her time at The Old Station Nursery Wellesbourne. I was really impressed by the amount of outdoor and forest school time she had, she's a very outsoorsy kid and doesn't mind rain, wind and snow so it's been brilliant for her development! Her key person was a wonderful minder, who our
daughter instantly bonded with, and we felt confident every day leaving her in the care of the staff in the toddler room.

Our daughter absolutely loves going to this nursery and this is testament to the excellent staff (she is currently in the Toddler Room) and the wide range of exciting activities. She particularly loves going to forest school, which we believe to be an excellent opportunity for her to learn and get
messy, and the extras such as yoga and cookery go far above and beyond the usual activities of painting, playing etc. Her development has come on leaps and bounds since being at nursery and she has built lovely relationships with both the staff and other children who she cannot wait to see each day.

My daughter started at Wellesbourne in December and I was very apprehensive and full of a lot of different emotions. However the team at nursery and in the baby room have made it such a wonderful experience and it has been such a joy. I can see the positive difference and improvement in my daughter
every week, and to know when I leave her in the morning that she is safe, happy and totally cared for is all a parent could wish for. I'm so grateful to the team and my daughter is so settled and happy.

Nothing but praise for the fabulous Wellesbourne team. The baby rooms team are phenomenal, and when we drop off our little one, she reaches out for the room team with such eagerness and barely a look back as we leave, it's testament to how fabulous her nursery days are. Lots of outside time was one
of our priorities when choosing a nursery, and the direct garden access and forest school enable lots of play outside and getting muddy - a perfect day! The variety of play as well as the continuous educational opportunities are second to none. Thank you all for giving our little one such enriching days.

My two boys joined the nursery at the start of the year after relocating to the area. They both settled quickly and always appear to have a fabulous time when there. The staff are all very welcoming and clearly care a lot about the children. There is so much great outdoor space which initially attracted
us to the nursery. Both my children have come on leaps and bounds since starting and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice of nursery!

Since our son started nursery aged 7 months, we have been very impressed with the team, manager and nursery set up. They were very accommodating to our changing circumstances and made us feel at ease when starting our son at nursery earlier than we initially planned. The team in the baby room have been

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My daughter always comes away happy and smiling. The staff are brilliant and super friendly. The forest school is amazing and makes me wish I could be young again. Loads of parking meaning there is always a space at drop off/collection.

My son has been attending The Old Station Nursery at Wellesbourne for over a year now and it has been a fantastic experience for him throughout this time. The staff are brilliant. Clearly experts at what they do, but also friendly, approachable and with a genuine interest in supporting the children.
Facilities-wise, it's in a great location with plenty of outdoor space for the children to explore, which is evidenced through the regular updates provided by the nursery during the week. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This nursery is beyond brilliant! Both of my children have gone here with my youngest still in the pre-school having started in the baby room. My eldest came on phenomenally in the 12 months that she was in pre-school here after we moved her from another nursery. I wish we had moved her here sooner!
The facilities are fantastic and the outside space is amazing! The staff are like family! They are knowledgeable, kind, caring, fun and exactly what children need in a nursery setting! The manager is lovely, so approachable and will always take the time to speak to myself and my family. Honestly cannot fault this amazing nursery and would 100% recommend it.

Our daughter really enjoys her time at nursery! We, as parents, love all of the experiences that she's offered - forest school is a particular favourite of hers as well as all of the messy activities! The staff are really welcoming and we know at drop off, that she's going to have a great day!

My child really enjoys attending the nursery. All the staff are caring and compassionate. We love the outdoor space and forest school. She has really flourished in this setting. The nursery manager is friendly and approachable and has made some wonderful improvements to the nursery.

My daughter is about to finish her time in this setting after attending since she was a baby. The staff across every room have truly been amazing and have helped put our minds at ease knowing she is in great care. The manager will always make time for us and is very approachable. The enhancements have
been a great addition to the setting. My daughter loves helping in the organic garden and now the setting has a newly renovated kitchen it will be great to cook from their own veggie garden. She is in her element at Forest School as he loves being outside and getting stuck in with nature. Thank you again to all who have looked after my daughter over the past few years.
