Children can enjoy an outdoor classroom, cycle track, gardening areas, climbing equipment, sand and water play, and a dedicated woodland-style area.
Inside, babies, toddlers and preschool children each have their own carefully considered spaces, shaped around their age, interests and stage of development.
The nursery uses open-ended resources, natural materials and familiar objects from everyday life to make play richer and more meaningful. Children might pour from a china teapot during imaginative play, explore real utensils and household items, or sit together for meals using crockery and cutlery. These experiences help children develop care, coordination, confidence and respect for the world around them.
At Bright Kids Studley, learning happens everywhere: while growing something in the garden, balancing and climbing outdoors, sharing a story, investigating a discovery or working out how to bring an idea to life. Practitioners follow children’s interests and use them to introduce new language, knowledge and challenge through meaningful play.
The nursery provides care from six weeks to school age and is open from 7.30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, for 51 weeks of the year. A specialist nursery catering company supplies flexible attendance options to support working families, nutritious hot meals, and convenient off-road parking helps make drop-offs and collections easier.

Bright Kids have been great for both of my children. Staff are amazing, friendly and very approachable. Both of my children have been there from a young age until start of school, and thrive, both in edication and social side.

My twins have been attending Bright Kids Studley since they were 12 months old (they are getting ready to start Reception in September). They absolutely love their nursery. The staff are friendly, and show genuine interest in the growth and well being of my boys. There is a wide range of crafts and activities to keep my boys engaged, helping them learn through play. They cook, garden, play sports, paint, build, dance, play music, and so much more. The staff at Bright Kids Studley have been amazing at fostering curiosity and helping my boys prepare for the next stages of their learning journey.

The staff are kind, care about the children and it feels like home away from home. I've never struggled to send the kids off to school and they've loved going for the variety of activities, amazing garden space and seeing their best friends (children and teachers alike).

Fantastic nursery! My little boy has been here over a year now having and the staff are like extended family. They've supported my son so well and really try to match your home routines with naps, likes/dislikes, potty training etc (something I've found to be lacking elsewhere especially with naps and timings). They have wonderful staff in all of the rooms and provide such a warm environment for little ones to learn and grow. My son has some lovely relationships with the staff that have cared for him over the past year +.
Facilities wise the rooms are cosy and well thought out. They provide a great meal service from an outside caterer with a nice varied and healthy diet too. It's personal preference but a huge selling point for me was the large garden and that they encourage children to get out in the fresh air in all weathers (where safe). They also have lovely structured activities which my son really enjoys. Highly recommended!

Fantastic nursery. I feel so happy my little boy is happy and content at Bright Kids Studley. It’s so nice to go to work and know he is enjoying himself. The staff, every morning, are so welcoming and friendly. It’s such a lot of money to spend on child care, but worth every penny when my little boy knows where he is going and is genuinely so happy to go there. The staff are great with him, so much for him to do, and I love receiving daily updates/photos on the app of what he is up to.
I hugely recommend Bright Kids Studley to anyone thinking about it. Fantastic!

The managers have been absolutely amazing, as so has the other staff with adjusting to communication with my daughter. I'm so comfortable sending her here as I know she's so well looked after.

Fantastic nursery with caring staff that genuinely care and nourish your child. My daughter is 2.5 at the moment (has been attending since age 1.5) and she recently said to me ‘I love nursery mommy’, and there is no better review than that! My daughter is always talking about the staff and other children and has built some great relationships. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery and her speech has come on hugely, with her now being able to use words/sentences above her age range.

Loads of great activities and they don’t hesitate to change it last minute to follow the children's interests. They also have a fixed routine that helps a lot of the children. Both my sons have attended this nursery; my now five-year-old previously and currently my two-year-old. I cannot fault it! The activities they do are all for a reason and help develop the children, they encourage the use of natural objects, the staff are amazing and so lovely, they follow proper procedures and safety measures, the garden is amazing and huge! Kids get a great mix of indoor and outdoor play, my youngest son loves it so much he asks to go back when I bring him home! They go out of their way to accommodate requests and run fabulous stay-and-play sessions so kids can get used to the place beforehand. Love it, I’d sign up myself if I could.

Amanda joined Bright Kids Studley as Deputy Nursery Manager and is currently Acting Nursery Manager while our Nursery Manager is on maternity leave.
She has more than 20 years of experience across childcare, education and social care. Throughout her career, she has worked in nursery and primary school settings, where she gained her Teaching Assistant qualification and supported a small group of children with a range of behavioural and additional needs.
This experience inspired Amanda to continue developing her knowledge, and she went on to achieve further NVQ qualifications in autism and mental health. She is passionate about understanding every child as an individual and helping them feel safe, supported and confident.
She said: "Studley is a wonderfully unique nursery, with an incredible outdoor space that gives children the freedom to explore, investigate and learn through play. Our environments are thoughtfully designed to encourage imagination, curiosity and independence. By allowing children to follow their interests and learn through meaningful experiences, we help them build the skills and confidence they need for school and beyond."
