The children are cared for in four age appropriate rooms and the majority open out onto exciting and challenging outdoor areas.
A team of highly motivated, qualified and experienced practitioners provide well planned and resourced play and learning experiences that reflect and respect each child’s individual interests and learning styles.

We couldn't be happier with the care and support our son has received at nursery. The staff are warm, patient, and genuinely invested in helping every child feel safe, happy, and included. Since his diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes, the team have been incredibly supportive and willing to learn everything needed to help manage his care confidently. Knowing he is in such understanding and capable hands gives us enormous peace of mind.
He absolutely loves attending nursery and has built lovely relationships with both the staff and other children. It's been wonderful watching his confidence grow in such a nurturing environment. We are so grateful for everything the team does each day and would highly recommend the nursery to any family.

My son has been with this nursery for 2 years now and he has loved every room he has been in. We have felt comfortable that the care has been exceptional throughout and by every member of staff.
He has learnt so much through the different structured activities and is also given lots of opportunity to play, read, run around and everything else that is important for toddlers.
As parents we have felt able to raise any concerns we may have with his development and discuss these with his key workers to ensure they are being addressed at home and nursery. We have also appreciated all the support around milestones such as losing the dummy and potty training.
The food they get is great and he eats far more than he does of our cooking at home! They are very accommodating of any special requirements too.

My son has been at Corner House Nursery Lawton Road since he was 10 months old and will be until he is at school age. I have nothing but positive feedback to give for the nursery as a whole. The staff are caring and attentive at all times - more often than not the staff go over and above to care for the children's needs and their happiness. My son has had no problems there in any of the rooms or with any of the staff. I leave my son confident in a morning that he will be absolutely fine, even if sometimes he goes in unsettled (as children naturally do). The children's best interests and wellbeing are at the heart of everything they do, at all times.
From indoor to outdoor play, the activities are always tailored toward positive and healthy development for their bodies (fine and gross motor skills, physical activity) and minds (learning, language, social development etc).

Both our children attend the nursery and we have been extremely happy with all aspects of their nursery life. They have made lovely friends and really enjoy their time there. They have both been involved in exciting activities that go on throughout the year, like World Book Day and weekly projects like learning about different countries and cultures - drawing pictures and eating their cuisine. Townhouse is an exceptional nursery. My daughter has been at the nursery for 2 years now, starting in the baby room and has been through toddler 1 class and currently toddler 2. The staff are all amazing and go above and beyond, it feels like one big family. Whenever I have had difficult periods with my daughter suffering from a bit of separation anxiety, the staff have taken extra steps to help us. My daughter is so excited in the mornings to go and play with her friends that it was a no brainer to put my son's name down for when I finish maternity leave. Would recommend it to anyone.

We visited several nurseries but felt Townhouse had the best facilities and overall feel.
Townhouse have been wonderful with our boys who are 16 months apart and have always helped them along their journey at nursery. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Really inclusive nursery. Went out of their way for our son with SEN, ensuring he really enjoyed his time at nursery and learned in his own way. Extremely good at helping him to integrate and make friends. The children make a wonderful relationship with each other and the staff.
