Nurtured @ Packmoor

My daughter attends Nurtured @ Packmoor and has since May 2024. Staff have been fantastic. Myself and my husband are extremely happy with the level of care my daughter receives and are so proud of my daughter's development since attending Nurtured.

My 3-year-old daughter has been attending for almost a year now. My daughter is a SEN child, the SENco and setting have been brilliant with her. They understand her extra needs and make provisions for her such as a sensory area and a quiet place for her to go when she needs to regulate, but most importantly allow her to be herself. They work well with other professionals who my child is in regular contact with and will advocate for her needs if needed.

My little girl has been attending Abacus since February 2024. She absolutely loves it there and has formed a lovely relationship with the staff. There are so many activities done with the children and the meals are brilliant and varied. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and they're always really pleasant. The app is also updated frequently throughout the day so I get to see how my little one is getting on.

Great nursery, easy to park, staff always welcoming, and fab handovers, so much patience with myself at handover times. My daughter has really progressed through nursery and loved spending time with the staff and friends at Abacus. No complaints from me. The nursery has been through a tough time this year which didn't affect me or my daughter, but I believe with the particular member of staff stepping into the manager role, and the staff working together, it has taken a turn for the best! The new manager is a fantastic manager. Thank you to all the staff at Abacus for making my daughter's experience of nursery good and looking after her from such a young age.

Would 100% recommend Abacus Day Nursery to anyone my little boy had the best time, made lots of wonderful memories, and also made lots of new friends. The nursery itself is fantastic but the staff are even better.

You know your child is going to a friendly, fun environment when they race to the door each morning excited to go. Our son's speech, development, and confidence have flourished since he attended Abacus and that is all down to the staff's wonderful manner and care. The staff draw on your child's likes and hobbies to support their development and they always have a smile on their face. It's a lovely setting for any child to attend!

I am sad knowing her time with you is coming to an end but she will have the memories you helped create forever.

I was so anxious about him starting this journey but even through the challenging times of him getting upset I always felt so reassured that he was in the best hands. He now goes in with a big smile on his face and enjoys every moment of his time there. A special mention to the ladies in the stars room who have been nothing but exceptional. I honestly can't thank you enough and would recommend Abacus to anyone!

The current management goes above and beyond to ensure the whole nursery is run to the best standard and that the parents and children are happy. Thank you so much for your hard work and care.

Our boy has been going to Abacus for 18 months now, this has been the best decision we have made. His vocabulary and social skills have improved no end. He enjoys going and drop-offs aren’t a big drama due to how safe secure and happy the team there have made him feel. The array of activities and time invested into the children is a credit to the nursery and the staff who provide and work with the children daily. Communication from the office is spot on. If we decide to have another child, Abacus will be top of our list of nurseries to go.

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Abacus Nursery. My daughter has been attending for nearly a year now. The improvement in her speech and her ability to count is outstanding. She loves going, the staff are amazing always there to help out in areas where improvement is needed. I would recommend Abacus to any parent.

Our son settled into the nursery quickly thanks to the friendly staff. He is becoming more independent and enjoying his time more each time he attends. We couldn't ask for a better nursery. Thank you, Abacus!

We travel from out of the area to bring our second child to Abacus after our experience with our first child attending was so wonderful. The staff at Abacus are caring and professional and have the children's best interests at heart. Over the past 4 years, we have been pleased to see continuous improvement of the great facilities. Both of our children have enjoyed their time and Abacus and I highly recommend them.

My little girl likes coming to Abacus and has bonded well with the other children. I do however have to point out that standards seem to be dropping and the staff turnover is concerning in a nursery environment. It is a good nursery overall but I would like to see improvements as it could be better.

My little girl started at Abacus Day Nursery around 6 months ago, she absolutely loves going to Nursey she can’t get through the door quick enough in the morning. Her speech and development has been amazing since starting. All the staff are so lovely and always happy to help.

Staff are constantly trying to help my daughter thrive in all aspects. Supporting me and her with potty training especially. Always contact if any issues or if she is acting out of character etc. Always able to call to check in and have the parent portal for updates if unable to call.

My child is happy to attend Abacus. They are provided with many different experiences and encouraged to try new things. The staff are polite and will explain in more detail about the tasks my child has taken part in if asked. Any concerns are dealt with as soon as possible.

Abacus have proven and shown that they care for my child, as he loves his school, Abacus sends out updates and daily reports of my child and what he has been up to, with accurate and true information, which is something I love. Thank you.

My 3-year-old boy has attended the nursery since January 2022 and since he has joined his development has massively improved. The staff are warm and friendly and always takes time to inform us how his day has been. Lovely and clean inside and lots of activities for children to do. Highly recommended.

All the staff have been absolutely amazing at Abacus Day Nursery to help get my son settled in. They keep me updated with what he has done and reassure me I can call and check on him throughout the day. I’m really pleased I picked this nursery, I would highly recommend.
