Great nursery, lovely staff.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable teaching team. We are so pleased with how my child is coming along and we have Nelly's Nursery to thank for that! He loves coming to nursery and the stimulating environment you provide. We can't thank you enough.

Our child has attended nursery from seven months old to three and a half. She feels happy, secure and has made lots of lovely friendships. The staff are excellent and have nurtured her learning and participation. They are responsive to all our needs as a family and offer kindness and care in our daughter's learning journey. We are grateful for all the adventures and activities that support imaginative learning and confidence.

Nelly's have been a fantastic place to send our child. He's been there for over two years now and has enjoyed every single day. The staff are fantastic and we can't wait for our second son to go to Nelly's too. The development since nursery has been really visible and our son enjoys going every day.

Amazing place for kids. We have noticed so many positive changes in our little boy since starting at Nelly's. Staff are always very warm, kind and supportive.

Since our son started at Nelly's the progress he has made and the care he has received has been phenomenal. When we were first nervous about leaving him there we were reassured by the staff and regularly receive updates as to how he is doing. They plan such lovely and educational activities for the babies in their care and make is such a happy place for our son to be.

Our son has been going to Nelly’s for three years and has loved his time there. We’ve seen him come out of his shell and watched his confidence grow. Every day we’ve sent him just seems so well planned, with a theme for learning and a breadth of materials prepared to help facilitate that learning. We’re actually amazed that the staff never seem to run out of ideas. Our son adores the staff, and when asked who his favourite is, he just says ‘all of them’. A super pleasant environment for children, and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Nelly’s.

My little one has come on leaps and bounds and the socialisation he gets is brilliant. The staff do so much varied activities with him and the other children. They also pick up on things they like to do and enforce learning through play.

My little girl absolutely loves Nellys Nursery - she started at 12 months in September 2022 and she settled incredibly quickly thanks to the support from her key worker and the other nursery staff. She gets varied play (indoor and out), lots of attention, good food which she eats (much more than at home!) and there is great communication with us as parents. I would highly recommend.

Top class care. All members of staff are highly professional but with a strong sense of family. The leadership down it has a clear ethos and commitment to caring for every single child. Couldn't recommend more

Absolutely fantastic nursery, we currently have our daughter and son there. They both love it. The care of the staff is wonderful - going above and beyond to ensure they are happy, interested in the activities and their general well-being. We love sending our two children here, knowing they are being looked after by caring staff. Would highly recommend Nelly's Nursery to anyone.

Honestly could not recommend enough! My son has been going here since he was 1 year old and is only leaving due to starting school. He was a very clingy baby, however, after being at Nelly's only two months, he transitioned into such a bubbly, independent child. His speech has developed to the maximum and he is always happy and excited to attend. Even when he leaves, he gets upset in the car for the teachers! Everyone is very welcoming and always smiling and always there to help out no matter what the question. Thank you all so much for being a massive part of my son's childhood!

Our 3-year-old twins have just left Nelly's Nursery, to start at the school nursery (where their older sister attends school). Having had all 3 of our children attend Nelly's Nursery, I can’t thank them enough. Our eldest (5) left to attend school and is growing into a beautiful young lady, inside and out, with influences starting at Nelly's Nursery. Our twins (boy and girl) have been challenging from day 1, Nelly's Nursery embraced the challenge and made massive steps in teaching them their age-related social skills (which helped at home also). When we decided to move the twins to the school nursery (purely a logistical decision) Nelly's Nursery gave time and effort to meet with their new teachers at the school nursery to aid in the transition for continuity, a step even the school found amazing!

We love Nelly's Nursery! Our fourth child is currently attending Nelly's so it has been a huge part of our lives for many years. We find the staff to be friendly, approachable and incredibly attentive to our children's needs. All of our children have enjoyed their experience at Nelly's and I really feel that it has provided them with a fantastic start to their learning journey. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to others.

Nelly’s has been absolutely amazing. My child’s welfare always comes first and they adore the staff. I have witnessed the positive impact and influence that attending Nelly’s has had. Learning, play and exploration of the world around them is strongly encouraged and it is truly a joy to know that when I drop my child off, they go eagerly knowing that they will have a fun day. Equally picking them up is a pleasure and hearing what fun activities they have gotten up to. I really cannot recommend Nelly’s nursery more.

Our little boy is extremely happy at Nelly's Nursery. Now almost 3, he has attended since he was 13 months old and we have nothing but praise for the nursery and its staff. Our son is developing so well and the wonderful staff at Nelly's have played a huge part in this. When choosing a nursery we wanted our son to learn through play and this is exactly what we get. Lots of effort is put into the activities in order to engage the children. When he first started they gradually and seamlessly transitioned him from his home routine to nursery always taking into account what we wanted for him. He has a wonderful relationship with his key worker and room staff and jumps into their arms in the morning, talking regularly about them at home. The management and staff ensure he is reaching his potential and have helped with potty training and anything else we needed. Our daughter will be starting with them next year and we know she will be just as happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have been very impressed at the provision provided for our daughter and what every week brings. She has the opportunity to take part in multiple and different activities (her many paintings and projects on our fridge attest to that), and we love the fact that we get to see what she has been up to on Parent Zone. All of the staff have always been polite, professional and friendly and we would highly recommend the nursery to others.
