Kids Planet Cheadle Stoke

I would highly recommend this nursery to my family and friends.

The meals are always healthy and my children always come home very happy.

All the staff put on a great graduation ceremony for the preschool children, it was really lovely so thank you! Will be sad to be seeing my son leave Kids Planet Cheadle, he’s settled in really well and has come on leaps and bounds since starting, especially in the pre-school room.

Can not fault the staff and also can not fault my child’s experience. The nursery go above and beyond and we are extremely grateful that our child is developing so well. It is reassuring to know that we can leave our child and know he will be happy.

We wanted to thank each and every member of staff for looking after both our children over the last few years. Our son has especially enjoyed his time with you, and always looked forward to coming in and spending time with you and his friends. He’s a confident, polite and caring little boy and we have you to thank for a lot of that, as he spent much of his time with you. You’ve always done fantastic things for the children but I can’t thank you enough for what you’ve done to celebrate their graduation, everything has been perfect and it’s so thoughtful of you all, and I’ll never forget such special memories.

My little girl has been going to the baby room for a few months now and it's safe to safe that she absolutely loves it. I was quite apprehensive at first when signing her up at such a young age, but the whole process was brilliant and put us all at ease. I love the updates on the app, with the pictures and meals.

My child has come on so much after spending time with the team in the baby room, we love the different ways that they keep her entertained and help her develop.

My child is extremely happy at the nursery. The staff go above and beyond to cater for the children's needs. All staff are approachable yet remain professional. I know exactly what my child is doing throughout the day through the app, which is fantastic. Well done, you are all fab!

An amazing nursery that continues to provide fabulous care for both of my children who are in the setting. They are extremely knowledgeable and have helped both of my children with many life skills that they both need. I could not have wished for a better set of influences in their lives whilst I am working. They love it here.

My son joined Kids Planet Cheadle Stoke at 9 months old. Having gone back to work earlier than expected I was nervous about losing the final 3 months of maternity with him. I looked at the top 3 rated nurseries in the area. Kids Planet Cheadle Stoke was miles ahead and due to Covid measures, I never got to see the setting to make that decision. The manager answered all of my many questions and worries about food allergies and I felt so reassured that he would be happy and well looked after there.

Due to moving from the area, we've had to pull my son from the nursery after a year and it's been one of the hardest decisions to make.

My son bonded with his key worker immediately. Through the care, attention, development activities and sense of security provided by the team my son has developed to be a happy and confident little boy with language and other skills far surpassed anything that I could have imagined at this stage.

All I can say is thank you, I'm immensely grateful and so is my son!

The girls in the baby room are wonderful they were really good when we started. Great transition and eager to hear how he’s been before arriving. They are all so caring and want to make sure the babies are safe and settled.

I have been a teacher for 27 years working with children aged 4 to 8. I have been the key link for nursery schools in the Cheadle area for many years before retirement. I can honestly say I never saw anywhere with such high standards, dedicated staff and a wonderful learning environment. The children who attend this nursery receive the best start possible in their learning journey.

Our little girl joined Poppins earlier this year when she was 10 months old. Being a "lockdown baby" I was so worried about leaving her and how she would react to being left somewhere new. I needn't have worried as she settled in so quickly and that is all thanks to the amazing staff in the baby room! I can't thank them enough for the love and care they give to our little girl and all the other children on a daily basis. I always look forward to reading about her day in her diary and seeing the notifications on Tapestry. The activities are always fun and educational and I have seen her thrive and come on leaps and bounds since starting at Poppins. Her confidence has improved and how she interacts with others as well. The care she gets at Poppins is second to none and I wouldn't want her to be anywhere else!

As a parent, I have found the service very professional and nurturing. Communication is excellent. Verbal handovers are provided at the end of each day informing me of my child’s well-being and progress, as well as issues or concerns if they arise. Staff knows my child well. Each member of the team is aware of health needs and allergies and implement this not only into the diet but also when baking and treats. Activities are always learning and development based. Updates via tapestry inform of development milestones that are achieved through activities and learning.

Our little boy joined Poppins earlier this year at 9 months old. From the moment we found out our son had a place at Poppins we were welcomed and made to feel at ease immediately. The care and support provided at Poppins by all members of staff is above and beyond. We are so happy with the outstanding care our son receives. Already we can see vast progress with not only his developmental milestones but how he also interacts with other people. He's already demonstrating care and consideration for others modelled by staff at Poppins. Weekly updates online along with daily contact enables us to be involved as parents in what our son is up to at nursery. We cannot recommend this fantastic nursery enough and we cannot wait for our son to grow and flourish over the next couple of years.

Poppins is an amazing setting where children thrive! The staff is fantastic! They provide stimulating and educational activities within a caring and nurturing environment. Both of my children really enjoy attending Poppins and come home so happy. I really do mean this when I say Poppins is the best!

I have been very happy with the care received from Poppins nursery, my little Girl has settled well into the baby room and has a great rapport with the staff. I always enjoy seeing what she gets up to in her diary and on tapestry. I think the planned nursery activities such as Halloween parties and carol singing all seem good too.

We have used this nursery since August 2021. Our son is currently in the 1-2 year room, and attends 4 days a week. The staff at Poppins Day Nursery really care about the children and form close relationships with them, understanding their likes and dislikes. I have always found the staff to be friendly, flexible and responsive to any queries I have had. The security they have in place is fantastic and secure. I always feel reassured when leaving my son in their care, and he has formed a great relationship with his key worker. The Tapestry Journal is very informative throughout the day, which gives me reassurance whilst at work. A huge thank you to all of the staff and management at Poppins Day Nursery.

Poppins nursery had been amazing for my children. My little boy had always needed an extra bit of support and all of the staff have been amazing at understanding his needs and are always willing to listen and help. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough and I’ll be so sad once my children move on to the next stage. Thank you to all of Poppins for your amazing work.
