Kids Planet Cheadle Stoke

A calm and friendly setting where my three different children have all thrived. There is a reason places are so sought after!

I have multiple children who attend Kids Planet, Cheadle Stoke, all of whom are settled and thriving at the nursery. The staff have done an amazing job at providing a safe and engaging environment, in which to help my children to grow. Key workers and the wider staffing team have spent valuable time getting to know each of my children well, enabling them to tailor and deliver individualised care and support to each of them. The nursery often invites family into the setting for planned events and every time they go above and beyond with the activities they offer. My children are happy to attend nursery and communicate that they enjoy the time they spend there. The management team are friendly and approachable and take the time to get to know each family. The nursery offer good communication, keep parents up-to-date and are open to offering and receiving feedback.

A fantastic nursery with lots of thought put into the activities that staff do with the children. Amazing resources to support children's learning. Lovely staff. Lots of opportunities to engage parents by inviting them in on key dates (for example, Mother's day, Christmas etc.). Communication with parents is great. Outdoor learning activities are also amazing as they implement the udeskole approach. Both children love the nursery and they have both improved in confidence since attending.

We're so glad that we chose this nursery to be the foundation of both our children's learning journeys.

Kids Planet is exceptional. Their attention to detail towards my daughter is second to none. As a first-time parent, I didn't know where to start when it came to finding a day nursery for my little girl but the nursery manager (who may I add is incredible at her job and the main reason I decided to send my little girl there due to her warm and caring nature but more importantly her commitment to her role) settled all the nerves I had and reassured me! The rooms are filled with everything the children need, it is extremely clean, the outdoor space is perfect/safe! The kitchen menu is incredible and the safety throughout is excellent. There is nowhere else I'd want my baby to go, she is so happy there and that is all down to the care and kindness of all the staff at Kids Planet. If I could give a thousand stars I would!

Kids Planet Cheadle Stoke is absolutely wonderful. I cannot fault the staff and the manager is amazing at what she does. My baby boy absolutely loves it here and the transition has been perfect to settle him in he now goes in with no tears and has the best time whilst he is there, I constantly get updated via the app with updates and pictures which I love. The manager makes sure we are constantly updated and she goes above and beyond with days like stay and play! 5 stars from me!

Genuinely could not ask for more in a nursery. Dropping our lad off with the ladies feels like dropping him off with family. All of the girls are very friendly and clearly good at what they do. They make the time to have a chat with us and genuinely seem interested, which makes for a really pleasant and reassuring experience. When he has been emotional at drop off, I know he is in safe hands and with people who genuinely care and want to help. I get the sense they are allowed the freedom within their role to best support each child and their individual challenges. The range of activities they take part in are varied and all designed to encourage children to learn. My son has come on so much with their guidance. Thank you to everyone who is involved.

As we near the end of their time at Kids Planet, we would highly recommend the setting to any prospective parents/carers!

Brilliant and helpful staff. Staff are always available for a chat and provide regular feedback on kids and are open to discussion when needed. My two kids go to this nursery and they love it! Even though they started a bit later after the summer of 2022, they settled so quickly and not even once refused to go. I could see the difference in my children's development clearly when they started the nursery and every time they transitioned from toddlers room to rising 3's and to preschool. Extremely nature-friendly environment. Last but not least, we visited all the nurseries in Cheadle and chose Kids Planet due to the way the managers gave us a tour of the establishment and discussed the concept that makes this nursery stand out from all others.

Both of our children attend Kids Planet Cheadle and we are extremely pleased with the care and love that they receive in the setting, in fact, we wish our eldest son didn’t have to leave to start school! We have seen such development with him and he has learnt so much from his amazing teacher/s in the pre-school room. All the staff are extremely caring and attentive and we receive daily updates including activities, meals, sleeps and nappy changes! We are glad that our little boy, who is in the baby room, still has a few more years to go at the nursery and we would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about using Kids Planet Cheadle. Thank you for everything you do for the boys.

I have recommended this setting to my family and friends with confidence and my youngest daughter will without a doubt be attending Kids Planet.

This is an absolutely fantastic nursery. My daughter is so happy here. All of the staff are kind, caring and thoughtful, with a great knowledge of my child’s needs. She has a great relationship with her keyworker and I am always fully updated throughout the day on the app of her activities, with a thorough handover at the end of the day. We have a lovely relationship with all of the staff and it is such a warm environment, where we always feel welcome. The activities are always varied and they get to spend lots of time outside in the updated play areas. The setting is always clean and tidy, with lots of age-appropriate facilities throughout. We have had numerous health issues with our daughter and the staff have always shown great care and understanding with interest shown in her progress and how they can help us. I cannot recommend Kids Planet Cheadle Stoke highly enough, the staff are their biggest asset, but the setting is perfect as well.

Lovely little nursery. My son has come on leaps and bounds since he started here last year. He has made tons of friends and absolutely adores his key worker. In particular, the graduation event that the staff set up for the children and parents was absolutely fantastic. The way the children all walked in separately to their own song whilst their key worker read out a paragraph about them was such a lovely touch. The hoodies that were gifted to the children were also lovely. Everything about it was just brilliant. Such a good day to make each child feel special and each parent feel proud. Thank you to you all for being so very caring and supportive to my son. I will never be able to thank you enough.

Kids Planet Cheadle Stoke is the most amazing nursery and I couldn’t recommend it enough! All of the staff are so attentive and caring, they go above and beyond to provide the most outstanding care. The activities that they provide throughout the day, both indoors and outdoors, are fantastic. I love looking at them on the app when I receive regular moments. Since my granddaughter has been attending her development has really blossomed, her speech is really developing and her social skills have vastly improved, this is down to all of the amazing staff. Thank you for everything that you do! Simply amazing.

Absolutely fabulous nursery. Every single staff member is amazing. Can't do enough for children and parents. The facilities are great. I didn't want to put my child into childcare due to concerns they wouldn't be treated well but I am extremely grateful to the staff treating my child as their own, with love and compassion.

We thank them so much!

She enjoys the activities that are available and has made lots of lovely friends.
