Enjoyed watching how my child enjoys and plays at nursery, playing with her friends and enjoying all the activities around her. Had a great time interacting with the day's activities, lots of fun and smiles everywhere.

I attended the Harvest Stay and Play where I got to see and experience my little girl's happy little face. It was so reassuring that I'd made the right choice to not only send her to nursery but to attend Footsteps.

My daughter is happy here and developing well, she loved Sports Day.
She always seems happy when we pick her up and we get a daily update of what she has eaten and been doing that day.

Overall we have had a fabulous experience with Footsteps Nursery. Our son has attended since he was ten months old and he is now in Pre School. The staff are fantastic, friendly and supportive. My son has developed amazing social skills during his time here and has great relationships with the staff
and other children. The facilities are excellent, especially the outdoor spaces cushion my son really enjoys.
The extra classes such as Jo Jingles and yoga are always a favourite too. Since the change of management and staff changes, the stability of familiar faces has helped our son settle quickly during room changes. The ladies in PreSchool are exceptional and express genuine interest and concern in the development and wellbeing of my son. They have always gone out of their way to listen to concerns and are continually supportive and caring and my son has gained lots of confidence with their support.

We have enjoyed watching our son develop in many different ways, the nursery has provided him with many learning opportunities. The staff have given me peace of mind knowing my son is in the best nursery in Stafford, they deliver high standards of care day after day. Each night staff give a brilliant
insight on what he has done during the day. Management are quick to answer and reply to any questions such as adding extra sessions at short notice. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. All staff so kind and polite.

The staff are very friendly and bond well with the children but the communication from the nursery isn't good. I wasn't informed where to look for different notices so missed a lot of events and information. Previously wasn't informed about students caring for my child. I haven't received any information
on my child's development for over a year (I was told it was due to staff changes, my son's key worker changed twice in a few months). I also noticed the hygiene slipped quite a lot lately, which may explain why my son gets ill a lot. Sadly it's not the standard it was up to last year.

My daughter seems very happy at Footsteps Nursery & Pre-school (Stafford). The staff are very kind and caring and deliver a wide range of fun and educational activities.

My son has enjoyed his time at nursery.
Staff are always friendly and give great feedback on what my son has been doing that day from the daily report sheet, the menu offered to the children is great.
From the activities I have seen in the rooms for the older children when collecting my son, I think
he is going to have a great time as he grows.

I am very pleased with this nursery.
Staff are very friendly and show concern over my daughter, behaviour, activities, sleep routine. I like when they explain in detail about the activities she does every evening when I pick her up. It gives me confidence that they do focus on her a lot. Whenever I
visit the nursery, it always looks very tidy and clean. I have been noticing a few good behavioural changes in my daughter like she's being more social.
Only thing is, I expect to have more variety in her meals. I understand it is not easy since she is a vegetarian.

By far the best nursery in Stafford. My son has attended from the age of 9 months and is now 4 years old.
Each room has helped his development, been supportive and encouraged his learning at every stage.
I'd especially like to recommend the lady in preschool. She goes above and beyond, not just for
my son but all the children lucky enough to be in her care. This lady has given thoughtful, helpful advise if I have questions, supported my son and myself through his development and been an absolute star through some trying times.
Absolute 5-star setting. Will be sad to leave in September.

The staff at Footsteps in the babies room are absolutely brilliant. Caring and attentive with the babies. My daughter loves coming to nursery and I can already see a change in her behaviour and development in just 3 months since she started. There is always so much for the babies to do and the room
is so interactive and fun. I especially love all the extras like Forest School and Jo Jingles. And the baby room is wonderful.

Overall, we have had a very positive experience. My daughter settled in very well and is very happy. The staff are all great and really care about the babies they look after.
She is developing well and growing in confidence daily, thanks to the efforts from the baby team.

Really enjoyed the Easter egg hunt and painting. Was nice to experience activities my child does whilst at nursery.

Our son could not have been placed in a better nursery to aid his development. He thoroughly enjoys every day he spends there. From the attentive, caring nature of the staff that look after him right through to management, they are a delight to deal with. Leaving your children with others is very difficult
but necessary at times, Footsteps make it much easier. The sheer variety of activities provided for the prices paid are incredible. It’s cleanliness and the facilities used outweigh anything in the local area. I would highly recommend Footsteps to anybody looking for childcare in the area.

My child has attended Footsteps since August 2018 and thoroughly enjoys going each day. The facilities they offer are fantastic, especially the garden. The staff within the baby room have been brilliant at catering for my child’s needs, my child who always comes home with lovely artwork he has enjoyed
doing. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone!

I have been very pleased with how the nursery have looked after our little boy. He started nursery at six months old and clearly loves all the carers in the baby room and goes in smiling and comes out giggling and happy. He has made a bond with all the team in the baby room not just his key worker.
It's clear he gets lots of attention while he's there but they also support hi8m to be more independent, which is great. Thanks to all the team.
