Footsteps Stafford Nursery & Pre-School

Both my children go to Footsteps Stafford Nursery & Pre-School and they both love it. My eldest walks herself into class in the morning and is always excited to go to nursery. She has learnt so much in the 18 months she has been going, the staff take great care and always informed me of everything. My seven month has just started and so far he is settling in well and isn't having issues.

So far we have had a very positive experience. Our little boy enjoys attending. The activities they do look great. The only shame is that we can not go into the rooms to see them, we have to wait outside but this might change.

Footsteps have been really supportive and helpful with our daughter's first nursery experience. We are really grateful.

My sons love coming to nursery. When they started last year it was during the pandemic restrictions but all the staff made me and my sons at ease with the transition. I have one in Babies Room and one in Rising 3s. All staff are friendly and approachable and always answer any questions I have.

I would recommend this nursery to friends and family.

Daughter has settled into the nursery setting really well and has formed lovely bonds with the key workers in movers. She is always so excited to arrive at nursery.

Great nursery with fab facilities, especially the garden. All the ladies are great and so friendly. They eat interesting foods and do some really fun stuff. Sometimes my child comes out with a face of dry crispy snot, blocking nose and shoes on the wrong feet with dirty pants and I do wonder how much the ladies (who are lovely) are looking after them of they should be helping in the toilet and wiping noses.

Brilliant staff, great environment. My child is always happy to attend.

Footsteps has brought my son on immensely since he first started especially with speech and language.

Over the last two years, that my daughter attended this nursery, she developed amazingly. Her growth and development was noticeable day to day. Great vocabulary, basics of maths/numbers and most importantly the capacity of developing relations through interactions. The staff efforts really paying out when we observe our daughter's interactions.

My daughter loves all the fun activities that Footsteps plan for her. She has really come along with her speech and movement being there. She loves all the staff as all friendly and loving.

The staff in the baby room at Stafford have been amazing. I had my first child just before the pandemic and was very nervous about sending her to nursery as she hadn't really been with anyone but us, but the girls made us both feel so welcome. Always smiling and happy to see us, my little girl settled in like a dream and came home full of smiles, I knew she'd had a great day at every pickup. Couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you, ladies.

Both my wife and I were very nervous about our son starting at any nursery. Having looked around all of them in Stafford, there was one stand out. Footsteps were the most welcoming and had the most child-centred approach. The rooms both inside and out are immaculately clean and are packed with lots of engaging activities and most of the toys are wooden which for some reason seemed more pleasing than plastic. When our son started they made the process very easy and he loves going and gets excited when it's his time to go. The learning book and attached photos help you as a parent see what your child is doing and how happy they look. The staff genuinely care and form real and lasting relationships and I am sure our son will remember his time at footsteps with happiness. We have recommended to several other parents and they have all been really pleased with the level of care provided.

My daughter returned to nursery after New Year break and she loves it there. I can tell she enjoys going and helps her routine. Staff are amazing in accommodating her allergies and unpredictable behaviour. Cannot recommend enough.

The covid precautions in place are excellent and the situation has been managed really well. The nursery is very good at communicating and giving updates.

My son has returned to nursery after a break during the covid 19 pandemic, and has settled in really well into a new room. He loves the staff and really enjoys his days at nursery. They do a variety of indoor and outdoor activities that he often tells me about. The staff are very friendly and appear nurturing with children. He has good varied meals and good resources at nursery.

Both of my children are really happy here. The staff are always enthusiastic and helpful. My older child talks about all the fun things they do and my baby gets excited when we enter the car park. The children seem to go outside almost every day, which is great. The information provided regarding the Covid-19 situation has been excellent and it's clear staff are doing all they can in this difficult situation. I look forward to when restrictions ease and they can do Jo Jingles again, as my son loved this!

Excellent nursery. My son has been here for nearly 3 years and from the beginning, I have always felt so comfortable leaving him. The facilities are amazing all of the staff are so friendly, kind and caring. Can't thank them enough for all their hard work and caring for my son.

The staff in the pre-school room are always welcoming and more than happy to spend time discussing any issues or concerns. They interact well with the children. I find the management of the nursery poor. There is bad communication and queries and emails often go unanswered.

My son recently started at Footsteps. The staff have done an amazing job and thanks to them and the staff my son really loves nursery.

Lovely nursery, greats setting and an amazing outdoor space. The staff are very friendly and approachable and seem to really care about the children. My daughter has a great relationship with all of her teachers and seems very happy.
