Kids Planet Rugeley

Since joining Kids Planet Rugeley and starting in their Baby's room my son's confidence, social skills, and cognitive development have all increased massively. All of the extra activities the staff do with the children is brilliant. The care, helpfulness and personal bonds all the staff have made with my son are fantastic. Each and every staff member are a credit to the Nursery. I'd highly recommend any parent placing their children in this nursery.

Great nursery my son has come on so much since starting here in Jan 2024. Staff are amazing and very caring. They do so much with the children from little trips out to different activities each day! My son loves it here and all the staff even asks to go on the weekends!

Myself, my husband and my little boy couldn't speak highly enough of Kids Planet Rugeley. My son is now 27 months old and has been attending this nursery since he was 9 months old. He absolutely loves it. The staff absolutely make the nursery a wonderful place, the manager is amazing, she is always happy to listen to feedback, and help and support to make sure that our children are happy at the nursery. She is caring and compassionate but also very professional. The other staff in the nursery are also excellent, they provide the most amazing learning opportunities whilst showing care and compassion to all children. The staff know each child so well, knowing their likes and dislikes, always supporting the children to thrive. The nursery is amazing, from the staff; the healthy meals; the online app to keep us updated; the wonderful toys and space. We are so grateful that our son has had such a lovely start to his learning life.

I regularly pick up my granddaughter from Kids Planet Nursery and I am always impressed. The staff are most welcoming and the children are always happy and content.

Seeing the difference in my daughter from attending this setting is amazing. She’s learnt so much and has grown in confidence, and independence and her personality is shining. This is thanks to all of the staff and everything that they do. The activities that they set up and provide for the children are lovely and focused on the children’s ages and interests. The staff go above and beyond in all areas and this has shown from the bond my daughter has with the staff there. The staff also upload photos, food, sleep and nappies each session which allows parents to see what they have been up to whilst working which is lovely to see and gives peace of mind. I honestly couldn’t ask for anything more.

I couldn’t fault this nursery! My child loves going in each day. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and the room is always inviting and clean! She gets a good balanced diet there and is coming away happy each day! The communication is great and all staff are always willing to go above and beyond! All the staff, from when she was a baby, have understood her and cared for her! It is a real weight of my mind knowing that she is happy and loved each day when I drop her off and go to work! They are exceptional!

Wouldn’t want my son to be at any other nursery. Always doing lots of activities, and the staff are amazing and always go above and beyond. I can’t fault this nursery on anything - my son loves going there.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 14 months old. He loves going. The staff are caring, kind and nurturing and the activities are tailored to peak his natural interests and develop his social, emotional, behavioural, and cognitive function. This is really important to us because he was born premature. We can't thank the staff enough for everything they do for our little boy. Knowing he is happy takes away the mum's guilt.

The nursery is absolutely amazing, all the staff go above and beyond and do anything they can to help and support families and their little ones. We are so thankful to all the staff; they are all wonderful people and do an amazing job.

After first using the nursery for my eldest who left two years ago it felt like returning to family when it was time for me to return to work and send my youngest to nursery. Lovely to see so many familiar welcoming faces when we visited. All of the staff get to know the children well and nurture them to develop as individuals. Both my children have been very happy there. I would definitely recommend Kids Planet Rugeley to anyone.

Very happy with this nursery, my daughter always comes home very happy and tells me all about her day. The staff are amazing and do a great job and look after the children so well. I would recommend this nursery if anyone is looking for a nursery for their children. Amazing job everyone doing keep up the amazing work.

Kids Planet Rugeley are undoubtedly amazing, all the key workers are so professional and show the utmost care to the children. My daughter has been there since she was 8 weeks old and the support they have shown has been endless. They supply all the main needs for the children including nappies and milk (which is a super big bonus!) and have constantly kept up to date my daughter's needs. Big well done to the nursery.

My child is extraordinarily happy at this nursery. The staff keep me updated with any changes to their nature and give great advice. They offer stay and play days on occasion so I have the chance to come and see them in the nursery environment. Can't express how happy we are with the nursery and everything they provide, alongside their support.

Fabulous nursery, the staff genuinely care for the children and my daughter is excited every time she goes to nursery and comes out beaming. The app is brilliant, I love that we are kept up to date throughout the day of all the activities she’s been doing and even her nappy changes, naps and meals.

Parents are well-informed about things that will be happening in the upcoming weeks.

The nursery staff do an absolutely amazing job and really care for the young toddlers, babies and pre-school, they are a credit, always welcomed with a smile and will help out as much as they can to the needs of the children. Thank you.

Excellent nursery and wouldn't want to send my child anywhere else as I know she is well cared for. She is always busy doing lots of activities and there seems to be lots going on lately such as cooking club which I think is fantastic.

I am so grateful to all the staff who always welcome my son with a smile (even when he is crying at drop off). It really is a lovely little nursery and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to send their child to nursery.

Lovely bunch of staff. Me and my daughter were made to feel very welcome, the staff are very professional! The structure and the equipment of the baby room is fab, would 100 per cent recommend this nursery.

Overall, it is a wonderful nursery and I’m so pleased my little one is able to experience it.
