I couldn’t fault this nursery! My child loves going in each day. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and the room is always inviting and clean! She gets a good balanced diet there and is coming away happy each day! The communication is great and all staff are always willing to go above and beyond! All the staff, from when she was a baby, have understood her and cared for her! It is a real weight of my mind knowing that she is happy and loved each day when I drop her off and go to work! They are exceptional!

Wouldn’t want my son to be at any other nursery. Always doing lots of activities, and the staff are amazing and always go above and beyond. I can’t fault this nursery on anything - my son loves going there.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 14 months old. He loves going. The staff are caring, kind and nurturing and the activities are tailored to peak his natural interests and develop his social, emotional, behavioural, and cognitive function. This is really important to us because he was born premature. We can't thank the staff enough for everything they do for our little boy. Knowing he is happy takes away the mum's guilt.

The nursery is absolutely amazing, all the staff go above and beyond and do anything they can to help and support families and their little ones. We are so thankful to all the staff; they are all wonderful people and do an amazing job.

After first using the nursery for my eldest who left two years ago it felt like returning to family when it was time for me to return to work and send my youngest to nursery. Lovely to see so many familiar welcoming faces when we visited. All of the staff get to know the children well and nurture them to develop as individuals. Both my children have been very happy there. I would definitely recommend Kids Planet Rugeley to anyone.

Very happy with this nursery, my daughter always comes home very happy and tells me all about her day. The staff are amazing and do a great job and look after the children so well. I would recommend this nursery if anyone is looking for a nursery for their children. Amazing job everyone doing keep up the amazing work.

Kids Planet Rugeley are undoubtedly amazing, all the key workers are so professional and show the utmost care to the children. My daughter has been there since she was 8 weeks old and the support they have shown has been endless. They supply all the main needs for the children including nappies and milk (which is a super big bonus!) and have constantly kept up to date my daughter's needs. Big well done to the nursery.

My child is extraordinarily happy at this nursery. The staff keep me updated with any changes to their nature and give great advice. They offer stay and play days on occasion so I have the chance to come and see them in the nursery environment. Can't express how happy we are with the nursery and everything they provide, alongside their support.

Fabulous nursery, the staff genuinely care for the children and my daughter is excited every time she goes to nursery and comes out beaming. The app is brilliant, I love that we are kept up to date throughout the day of all the activities she’s been doing and even her nappy changes, naps and meals.

Parents are well-informed about things that will be happening in the upcoming weeks.

The nursery staff do an absolutely amazing job and really care for the young toddlers, babies and pre-school, they are a credit, always welcomed with a smile and will help out as much as they can to the needs of the children. Thank you.

Excellent nursery and wouldn't want to send my child anywhere else as I know she is well cared for. She is always busy doing lots of activities and there seems to be lots going on lately such as cooking club which I think is fantastic.

I am so grateful to all the staff who always welcome my son with a smile (even when he is crying at drop off). It really is a lovely little nursery and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to send their child to nursery.

Lovely bunch of staff. Me and my daughter were made to feel very welcome, the staff are very professional! The structure and the equipment of the baby room is fab, would 100 per cent recommend this nursery.

Overall, it is a wonderful nursery and I’m so pleased my little one is able to experience it.

The staff at Horn End Rugeley are amazing. My son has additional needs. They have been so supportive as we go through the different stages of diagnosis. The nursery has made adaptations to meet the needs of my son and they make sure he is progressing as well as being happy. The manager is knowledgeable and has advocated for my son to get access to the services he needs. The nursery are supporting my son to get an EHC plan which will ensure he can access the appropriate school and get the support he requires when it’s time to start school life. I really couldn’t ask for more from them. They are flexible, kind and compassionate.

The staff are always welcoming and friendly. If I have ever needed to contact them, they are available to discuss anything. The care my child receives is brilliant and I leave her at nursery knowing that she is in safe and caring hands. We loved attending the parent Mother’s Day afternoon and enjoy seeing the fun and exciting activities that my child is engaging in daily! Thank you to everyone - I wouldn’t send my children anywhere else.

My daughter started at Horn End nearly two years ago and started in the baby smalls group. She is now in Tommy Thumb's and absolutely loves it. It’s always daunting to think a stranger will be looking after your child but the ladies looking after her everyday soon became her favourite people. I can’t recommend Horn End, now Kids Planet enough to anyone. I love that I have daily updates as to what she has been up to with photos, what she’s had for lunch and how much. I feel she’s came on so much with her development and a lot I think is down to what she is being encouraged to explore at nursery. The nursery supported her to be independent and helped with potty training/eating healthy nutritious food. I will always be grateful to everyone at Horn End for giving my daughter such a loving and caring environment during a pandemic and continue to do so.

Overall a great nursery, my son loves it there and anything you're not sure about they are always there to help , very friendly staff too - 10/10. There is also so many different activities the children get to do, I think it's great as my son gets to learn something new every time.

Amazing nursery. My little boy has attended from 8 months and has come on leaps and bounds. Before that, my daughter attended until she started school and they provided the best pre-school environment for her. The staff are brilliant with a warm and friendly approach. 100% recommend!
