Footsteps Lichfield Nursery & Pre-School

The management has been incredibly helpful over the last 3 years and will always go above and beyond. Our daughter has been incredibly happy at Footsteps and I can't wait for our son to start in September.

All I can say is a big big thank you for your work, ladies!

Footsteps Nursery Lichfield look after our grandchildren in the most caring way any nursery could. We dropped them off periodically where they always enjoyed going in and always had smiles when they came out. All the staff were very attentive and caring. Both granddaughters are starting nursery and school in September and we know by attending this nursery it has put them both in good stead for their hopefully bright future.

Our son has been at Footsteps in Lichfield since he was ten months old. From day one he was looked after with the utmost care and love. He is only leaving now because he is going into reception. We cannot express how much we have loved having him here. The learning environment, teaching and overall experience have been outstanding. The staff are incredible and put their heart and soul into their job. Thank you.

A friendly caring/learning/play enviroment.

Absolutely faultless caring throughout all the years at nursery. Our son has fabulous relationships with all his nursery teachers and is a very confident, well mannered and happy little boy. Cannot recommend 'Hawthorn' enough to anyone looking for a safe and fun environment for their children.

Excellent nursery and preschool. Staff are friendly, knowledgable and form great relationships with the children. Both my children have attended Footsteps in Lichfield over the last four years and it will be a sad day when they finish. It's been a pleasure and I know my children love going each day.

Fantastic staff, excellent range of activities and day trips. My daughter has only joined a few weeks ago and is loving it - they have helped her settle and even got her sleeping better during the day, which has had a knock-on effect in the evenings when going to bed. Really good menu selections. Compares much more favourably than other nurseries in Lichfield when looking at value for money.

A lovely nursery with friendly staff. The feedback at the end of the day is great as the staff go into detail about what the children have been doing during the day. The activities that are set out look really fun but the children also get a lot out of them. It's nice to have the learning book for us parents to log onto and read about what our children get up to and to see pictures and videos.

I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone and highly praise all management and staff. Thank you to all.

Footsteps creates a friendly, welcoming environment for all children. The activities are always fun and my child looks forward to spending his days there. The staff are interactive and my child always speaks about his day at home. I'm happy that an outstanding service is provided.

Very happy with the staff and facilities. My son has settled in well and loves the forest school and all associated activities. I feel confident and comfortable leaving him and know that he is getting a good standard of care.
