Tiny Toez @ Cannock Chase is a fantastic nursery. My little boy has settled really well and looks forward to going to the nursery every morning. The staff in the acorns room are lovely and very helpful, and my little boy has bonded with them very well. The staff give great feedback after every session
and couldn't be more helpful. I have already signed my other little boy to start in September. I have no complaints, and I am very happy and content with my little boy going to this nursery.

I have had 2 children under the care of this nursery. Overall it is lovely. The food is tasty and varied. It is clean and organised. I do feel over the last few months the staff look exhausted, possibly understaffed? My son seems to enjoy himself but I don't feel the staff have the time to educate him.
It is more play-based. My first son used to come back with lots of crafts and evidence of things he'd done but my second son rarely comes back with anything. Hopefully, this will improve. I don't like to moan. I know they do their best.

The team at Tiny Toez have been nothing but supportive, kind and nurturing to my little boy since he started coming to nursery here. My son has additional needs and the girls do a wonderful job with him at nursery, he loves it here and we wouldn't be going anywhere else, such a clean, friendly nursery.

Such a friendly nursery. My child loves going and loves the staff. I feel that it is kept clean and the staff are very welcoming and treat my child like their own, providing cuddles when needed etc. The activities seem fun and they are really helping with my child's needs. 10/10 - we love it.

My son has been going to Tiny Toez since September 2019. The staff are so lovely and they helped when he wouldn't settle but he now loves going. I get observation updates on the parents app with photos and he is always doing something fun. He has progressed so much and all the staff are so friendly
and welcoming. Thanks girls.

An excellent nursery that my child enjoys going too. The staff are friendly and approachable and have great relationships with the children. We are kept up to date on my child's development and alerted to any concerns. It's good that they send pics via the parent log as this is reassuring when they
first go.

Lovely kind staff. They build fantastic relationships with the children, my little boy always smiles and laughs as soon as he sees the ladies in the baby room. The staff at Tiny Toez @ Cannock Chase have made my sons experience an enjoyable one.
From the initial meeting on enquiry to now - nothing is too much trouble.
We will miss the nursery when our child starts school in September and I'm sure he will too. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to other families

Our little one loves attending the nursery. All the staff members are friendly, approachable and they make sure there are plenty of activities for the little ones to take part in, activities which are fun whilst aiding development. Our child has been at Tiny Toez @ Cannock Chase for around six months
and has blossomed!
We would definitely recommend Tiny Toez @ Cannock Chase to other parents, we have had no negative experiences, it has all been fantastic.

Our son has attended Tiny Toez from 11 months old to present day. He has gone from Little Ferns into Acorns room and now into Oaks in readiness for when he starts school. All rooms have been and are great. The staff are fantastic and help with the progression of our son. With the help of the staff our

Tiny Toez have been excellent with our little boy. He started nursery at 18 months old and took a while to settle in but they were patient and reassuring. They always keep us informed and up to date with his care and as parents, we feel very comfortable leaving him in their care.

Excellent nursery which my daughter loves!
Her key worker helped enormously during the settling in period and now my daughter always has a big smile on her face when walking in.
My daughter is constantly developing and learning new skills and all of the staff always take on board any comments we may
have and are super helpful.

Completely faultless. A place I have always had my heart set on sending my children after hearing so many wonderful and positive things over the years. My daughter has been at Tiny Toez Nursery in Cannock since she was 14 months old, she is now 4 years old. The staff are like family to us. She receives a high level of care and takes part in activities. If I have requests they are dealt with promptly.

Tiny Toez is the best nursery around Cannock. All the staff including the management are brilliant. They are all fantastic with the children. I know when I drop my son off that he is well looked after by all members of staff. They always greet you with a smile and spend so much time and effort with
each child who attends Tiny Toez. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent. It is spotlessly clean and the children are always fed great food. I love the fact that they send you pictures and videos of my son doing various activities each day. My son's main carer in the Little Ferns Room is amazing. Thank you all for being amazing.

After viewing 3 nurseries, there was absolutely no question about which we would choose. Tiny Toez @ Cannock Chase gave us and particularly me (mummy) a huge sense of comfort knowing our little boy would be cared for by a great team of people.
We/little boy had a lovely welcome as we did a few settling
in days and it's not just the children they care for, they make sure you're OK too.

Since our son started at Tiny Toez we have noticed a huge change in his development both physically and mentally. The staff at Tiny Toez are so caring and create a safe and fun environment for our child to grow. He is challenged each day to learn new things in a fun and enticing way.


We are kept

updated on his daily progress via the use of his home diary and also the Eylog App which as a parent I find very reassuring.


Our son is excited morning when we take him into nursery and we can see the bond he has built with his key worker and the other members of staff. Thank you to everyone at Tiny Toez Cannock.

I have commented in relation to my daughter who has excelled in her development since attending the nursery one day a week.


- Hard working staff, who attempt at individualising care to each child and their needs. Especially my daughter's.
- Friendly management team, who are available on the telephone

for any issues, which is really helpful when getting started, i.e e-vouchers, emails and passwords.
- The online E-learning is good, but sometimes doesn't work and takes a while to upload images/videos. This could be subjective to internet service but feel it may need maintenance. Otherwise, a great way to see what your child is up to.

Jackie is the room leader of our Little Ferns room which is from 3 months to 2 years, Jackie is Level 3 qualified and has worked for Tiny Toez for 18 years.


Jackie loves to support the children learning and developing their all-round holistic development, whilst making their day filled with fun and laughter.

Job Title: Room Leader Joined: 2014

Kerry works in the Oaks room and is Level 3 qualified, she has worked for the company for 10 years.


Kerry has a wide range of knowledge of child development and brings all her experiences into practice.

Ella Jones

Ella is Level 2 Qualified and joined the company as a part-time member of staff. She has been full-time since August 2022 and is a valuable staff member in our baby room, Little Ferns.

Allanah Morris

Allanah has been with the company since 2022, she is Level 3 qualified and currently works in the Oaks room. Allanah however does support the Little Ferns teams on certain days and loves watching the different capabilities the age range shows and develops.

Joanne is a Level 3 Practitioner and has two children of her own. She joined the team in late 2023 and has settled into Tiny Toez ways and team amazingly, Jo works in the oaks room and loves to explore and develop the awe and wonder for the children to develop their curiosity on the activities.

Beth has worked for the company for 7 years now, joining in 2017. She has two children of her own, works part-time and loves to be part of the children's learning and development.
Beth currently works in the acorns room and is Level 3 qualified.

Callum

Callum Jennings

Job Title: Childcare Practitioner Joined: 2022

Callum joined us in July 2022 as an Apprentice and has currently completed his Level 3 in the Early Years of 2023 becoming a qualified practitioner.


His passion is to work with children, he has a wonderful relationship with the children and the children love to learn and develop in his presence. Callum currently works in the Oaks room with the Preschool children.

Chelsey

Chelsey Painter

Job Title: Early Years Practitioner Joined: 2014

Chelsey has worked for the company for 10 years and has recently returned after being on maternity leave.

Chelsey is Level 3 Qualified and is a valued member of the staff. Chelsey currently works in the preschool room alongside the preschool staff, but has recently taken on the role of SENCo of the setting and has just joined up and started her Level 3 qualification in SENCO.


Chelsey currently supports the children within the setting with additional support and who need a little more 1-1 time.

Susan

Susan Howdle

Job Title: Nursery Chef Joined: 2023

Sue recently joined the team in 2023. She has many years in Nursery cooking and cooks all the food from scratch taking into account all the children's dietary needs, allergies and parents' preferences.


Sue has fitted into Tiny Toez well and is an important part of the nursery team, she has recently just started a weekly cooking lesson with the children which is lovely to watch, seeing the children's experiences and knowledge around food grow.
