My daughter has been coming to Tiny Toez since January this year, she started off being shy and barely interacting with any staff or children, 6 months later she has come out of her shy shell and has so many friends and she absolutely loves her teachers now! Staff are brilliant, so kind and lovely,
every single one! I used this nursery for my eldest daughter as well and I couldn't fault it so I didn't hesitate to bring our youngest here as well and it was the best decision, she has another year to do yet and I can guarantee she will love another year with her teachers and some of her friends who are also staying for another year. Highly recommend this nursery.

My son has only been at Tiny Toez for nearly 3 months but he absolutely loves it and is really thriving, I have really seen a difference in his confidence, his talking and everyday he learns something new. It's lovely that Dad can drop him off and the atmosphere is so comfortable and staff are very
approachable if you have any worries and are always happy to help and very down to earth. My son absolutely loves one childcare practitioner in particular who has been fantastic with him from day one of his taster session when he was a bit worried and the childcare practitioner reassured both me and my son. It is lovely to see a setting with a male staff member as well as the lovely females who work here.

Our daughter has been at the setting for 3.5 years. There have been some turbulent times for the nursery but with proper guidance, these have been overcome and this is a testament to how much the staff care for the children. We are really happy with the care of our daughter. They provide opportunities,
and a safe environment, for her to play, learn, use her imagination and even cook!

My daughter has been going to Tiny Toez since she was 10 months old and she is now 27 months. There have been a lot of changes and I initially had a lot of reservations. However, the main reason I kept her there was she walked in happy and walked out happy. I had a lot of conversations with management
and senior management which helped my anxieties regarding the changes there. We were recently invited to parents evening which really confirmed how hard the staff work there. I for one am very pleased I continued to leave her there as I saw for myself how well the staff care and treat the children. You can tell the children are at the centre's priority. The rooms are up to date/the curriculum is up to date and the biggest thing is the staff are so great with the children. A big thank you for all you have done even when the parents have not been the easiest to deal with. My daughter has come on so well and a big factor is the help/guidance from you starting from Little Ferns to Oaks.

My child has been going to Tiny Toez for a couple of years now and loves going. No major issues which any other nursery doesn’t face, the staff have always been great and the new management has really added a strong learning structure which is superb. The app is updated regularly and his key worker
is like his best friend. The nursery is friendly, safe and a happy place. It has undergone some staff changes recently but the new staff members are very good and have brought in some fantastic learning strategies and play ideas.

Terrible care. Staff knew nothing about our child on pick up every day.
Never completed any updates on the app and the staff was unaware of what my child had to eat that day - so unsure if my child had anything to eat at all.
Didn’t ever see a piece of art drawing or information about what they
were doing during nursery time.
Staff changing constantly, told me my child’s key worker no longer worked there and they couldn’t talk about it, only to see her three weeks later.
My child started having night terrors after nursery days only. And since joining a new nursery these have stopped.

My son has been at Tiny Toez @ Cannock Chase for two years now and entering his final year there.
Overall a fantastic nursery, he skips into the nursery and looks forward to every day he goes there, which as a parent is the most important thing. The nursery staff have been excellent from when he was
12 months old to now 3 years old in developing his life skills, vocabulary, learning ability etc.
The classrooms are large with plenty of things for the children to do and the playgrounds are also very good.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Tiny Toez.

My daughter loves going to nursery and gets on really well with her keyworker and always likes to tell her what she’s been up to. We get regular photo updates too via the app to see what she’s up to at nursery.

My daughter has only been attending Tiny Toez for a few months. Due to joining in the middle of a pandemic, we only viewed the nursery online, however, after only the trial sessions I felt very reassured by the management and staff that my daughter would find nursery an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
The staff treat every child as an individual and are very flexible to a young child's ever-changing needs.
They show an interest in the children's outside life and hobbies and my daughter already feels very 'at home', especially with her key worker.
The nursery provides so many different opportunities and engages the children in a range of tasks to help their developing skills too. What I find particularly great is that the nursery acknowledges every religious, cultural, and national holiday and encourages the children and parents to engage and celebrate as well.
The manager is very responsive and what I find wonderful is that she also takes the time to get to know each child by name

I'm really pleased with how the staff have helped my daughter settle into nursery, especially as I was quite anxious about leaving her, to return to work after maternity leave. I receive full feedback about her afternoon when I pick her up and the staff are always professional and communicative.

My child started in June 2020 and loves going to nursery. Very welcoming environment, teachers are amazing with the children. Always give you feedback at collection time. My child always comes home from nursery happy and tells me what he has learned.

Tiny Toez is a wonderful nursery. Every staff member I've met has been friendly and kind. They seem to really care for the children. They are always willing to answer any questions you have, and they are good at keeping you informed of your child's development. My son has developed so much since being
there. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

My child absolutely loves going to Tiny Toez Cannock Chase. The activities (daily and seasonal) (indoor and outdoor) are fantastic, and we have a wall at home for all the artwork my child brings home. The care and attention provided to my child has always been brilliant, and communication to us as parents,
excellent. The staff are so friendly and approachable. Meals nutritious and varied. Children are always happy, and the environment is extremely safe. Couldn’t choose a better nursery!

My daughter loves this nursery. She has settled in so well and loves all the staff. Her speech has come on amazingly, and so has her confidence. I would recommend this nursery, and I will be sending my baby there when I finish maternity leave.

All staff are very friendly and professional. My little boy has settled really well there; he loves going. It's a lovely, well-organised setting, and babies and children are well looked after there. They have handled the pandemic well, changed procedures accordingly, and I have felt safe when taking

We enrolled my daughter in the middle of the first lockdown. Had a virtual tour due to restrictions. The settling in sessions put us at ease, and the staff were very understanding. Our now 16-month-old daughter absolutely loves her days at Tiny Toez (she's been full time for 8-months), and we will be
enrolling my son once I end maternity leave next year. Wonderful staff who go the extra mile to get to know you as well as your child. The meals are nutritious and varied as well as the activities. They also have a huge outside space, which is great. You can really see that the staff care and are passionate about their job.

Jackie is the room leader of our Little Ferns room which is from 3 months to 2 years, Jackie is Level 3 qualified and has worked for Tiny Toez for 18 years.


Jackie loves to support the children learning and developing their all-round holistic development, whilst making their day filled with fun and laughter.

Job Title: Room Leader Joined: 2014

Kerry works in the Oaks room and is Level 3 qualified, she has worked for the company for 10 years.


Kerry has a wide range of knowledge of child development and brings all her experiences into practice.

Ella is Level 2 Qualified and joined the company as a part-time member of staff. She has been full-time since August 2022 and is a valuable staff member in our baby room, Little Ferns.

Allanah has been with the company since 2022, she is Level 3 qualified and currently works in the Oaks room. Allanah however does support the Little Ferns teams on certain days and loves watching the different capabilities the age range shows and develops.

Joanne is a Level 3 Practitioner and has two children of her own. She joined the team in late 2023 and has settled into Tiny Toez ways and team amazingly, Jo works in the oaks room and loves to explore and develop the awe and wonder for the children to develop their curiosity on the activities.

Beth has worked for the company for 7 years now, joining in 2017. She has two children of her own, works part-time and loves to be part of the children's learning and development.
Beth currently works in the acorns room and is Level 3 qualified.

Callum

Callum Jennings

Job Title: Childcare Practitioner Joined: 2022

Callum joined us in July 2022 as an Apprentice and has currently completed his Level 3 in the Early Years of 2023 becoming a qualified practitioner.


His passion is to work with children, he has a wonderful relationship with the children and the children love to learn and develop in his presence. Callum currently works in the Oaks room with the Preschool children.

Chelsey

Chelsey Painter

Job Title: Early Years Practitioner Joined: 2014

Chelsey has worked for the company for 10 years and has recently returned after being on maternity leave.

Chelsey is Level 3 Qualified and is a valued member of the staff. Chelsey currently works in the preschool room alongside the preschool staff, but has recently taken on the role of SENCo of the setting and has just joined up and started her Level 3 qualification in SENCO.


Chelsey currently supports the children within the setting with additional support and who need a little more 1-1 time.

Susan

Susan Howdle

Job Title: Nursery Chef Joined: 2023

Sue recently joined the team in 2023. She has many years in Nursery cooking and cooks all the food from scratch taking into account all the children's dietary needs, allergies and parents' preferences.


Sue has fitted into Tiny Toez well and is an important part of the nursery team, she has recently just started a weekly cooking lesson with the children which is lovely to watch, seeing the children's experiences and knowledge around food grow.
