Kids Planet Brampton Park

The staff are really friendly, the location is perfect and the park outside is a bonus.

The new app is brilliant, we get photos everyday now and are really enjoying seeing the updates.

Our little girl has been attending from 7 months old and has been full time since she was 1. She's almost 3 and loves it. Shes doing brilliant in all areas and the nursery are supporting with potty training. She loves the staff and children and loves to tell us about everything they do. The app is a great window in to her day that is updated with meals, toilet info and pictures/stories and events as and when. Thank you

The staff are absolutely brilliant, so personable, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do. They take the time to get to know each child as an individual and build strong, trusting relationships. As a parent, it's incredibly reassuring to know your child is surrounded by such warmth.

My daughter has been with Kids Planet since she was 10months (3.5years now) and we think the nursery teachers and management within that Brampton Park are excellent. Caring, warm, and friendly and now she is at preschool stage where she is learning so much and not just reading and writing but everyday doings.

Great friendly staff and amazing support within me and my child,my son has come on leaps and bounds in all aspects since starting nursery I couldn't be more happier with his progress thanks to this nursery.

When I visited this nursery looking for a place for my son I knew right away that this would be the place My son loves going there, he loves his teachers, he loves the toys that are there. He comes home happy every day, although he would like to stay there longer. We love it, we love it, we love it

I've had 2 daughters (close in age) attend the nursery from Feb 2021 with my eldest & my youngest still being there, graduating next month. The nursery manager is the heart of the nursery & has always made it stand out, from the moment we met her on a visit prior to signing up, to seeing her day to day to say hi and right up until the end of our journey. The staff recruited are amazing and are clearly carefully selected to fit in with the amazing culture the manager has created. The nursery practitioners are so personable, take real care and attention to each child and genuinely enjoy watching them develop; you can tell it's more than just a job to many. Shame I can't mention names as I would have a handful to mention :-) I took my eldest out of her original nursery after a few weeks as we didn't feel confident with their care. Within a day of attending kids planet the Brampton my eldest was so settled (she never was at her old nursery), the staff were so good at understanding her.

Since starting at kids planet, my son has had a wonderful time and is thriving. All the staff obviously show him and us a lot of care and share the joy of every new thing that he learns.

It's lovely to know the staff take such good care of him when we have to be away from him.

The atmosphere and feel of the nursery is so welcoming and the staff are so friendly.

If we have any concerns or worries they always listen and provide regular updates throughout the day!

It's lovely that it's also on Brampton Park so they have use of the grounds when it's warm.

I honestly wouldn't take my little girl anywhere else she absolutely loves it!

Brampton park is a fantastic nursery! I couldn't ask for more for my little girl. She has come on leaps and bounds in the setting. She comes home to tell me what a fantastic day she had had, how much she loves her friends and the staff in the room. The care is exceptional and the staff are so kind, caring and knowledgeable. They do so much with the children throughout the day. I really couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much!!

I am extremely happy with Brampton Park, my son has been here for just over a year and I have had no issues the whole time he has been there. Communication via the app is brilliant, always quick to update the app with photos of his activities what he has had for his meals. The outdoor space is amazing and well utilized. They go outside a lot for picnics and play which is great. It's clear they genuinely care about the kids, especially the staff in the tots room. The smile on my son's face and his excitement when he goes into the nursery speaks for itself! :)

My son has been going to Kids Planet at Brampton Park since September 2024. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff and how my son is cared for. They go above and beyond, making it a fun and safe place. My little one has come on so well with his development since starting there! Special thank you to the staff in babies and the staff in Tots! you're all wonderful.

We really appreciate the support provided for my child's milk intolerance and reflux needs when she was younger. The staff celebrate every milestone with excitement and are a huge part of our daughter's life. It's also wonderful to see how staff from different rooms interact with the children, fostering a sense of community and aiding in smooth transitions as they grow. Whenever she experiences the emotional ups and downs that can come with teething, sleepless nights, or just feeling overwhelmed, there is always a friendly face and a warm hug available to lift her spirits. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care and dedication demonstrated by everyone at Kids Planet. Thank you for creating such a safe and loving environment for my child to learn and grow!

I was overall happy with the nursery I did find that communication went a bit downhill after Kids Planet took over, there were very few pictures of my children I couldn't really see what they were up to through the day whereas previously this was very good. My children had no problems there and I never had to raise any concerns with the staff at any time. The rooms were always clean and staff-friendly.

Kids Planet has lovely staff who really take care of my child and spend time getting to know him. They always escalate concerns which I am very grateful for. My child has settled in well, enjoys his activities and is kept safe. Staff are kind, caring, polite and loving. I would like more updates regarding learning opportunities and activities that take place in the day to monitor development but this doesn't often happen on the app. My child is well fed and enjoys his food however I have noticed a lack of vegetables being provided and often has the same meals. Overall good nursery I am pleased I picked it. My son seems happy.

I've had a great experience with this nursery so far. The staff are really helpful, caring and give me lots of updates on the app which is great to see. My baby is really enjoying it there and is learning lots of new things every time he goes. I'm so happy that my baby is settled here and that we have chosen a lovely nursery.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. Lovely caring staff, my little boy loves it and is so happy there. The updates I get each day of what’s happening and what he’s done is amazing too. He’s come on so much already and he’s only been there 3 months. I would recommend this nursery to everyone living in and around the Newcastle Under Lyme area!
