Our son has been at Stepping Stones since he was just under 1. We’ve seen him grow into a confident and friendly little boy, no doubt due to his time at nursery. His language and social skills have come on hugely in the last year. The staff are lovely, and because it’s a small nursery, we feel the children
get a lot of individual attention. The meals are all cooked on site and the children go on regular trips out to the library and park. He’s really enjoyed his time at Stepping Stones and it’s often very difficult to get him to leave when we pick him up in the evening!

My child has attended this nursery since she was 10 months old, she is now 33 months and of the 3 nurseries she attends (countryside living problems!) stepping stones offer the most. The children are regularly taken on little trips to the park/to feed the ducks/to the library. There is an on-site kitchen,
that has catered well for my child's gluten-free spell. The outside space is well equipped for all sorts of fun play as is the inside, with the displays being regularly updated. The app and verbal updates from staff are always warm and informative. After a positive change in ownership, the nursery had a tough spell with ill-fitting managers for a few months. However, the current manager is excellent with my ideal wishlist for a manager, with equal parts 'loving mum' and educator.
