she absolutely adores going there. One look at the gates and she's struggling to get out of my arms and always greets her carers with the biggest smile. And she's still smiling at the end of the day. Honestly I couldn't recommend this place enough.

with parents is great both in person and via the app/emails. I receive daily updates with photos on my child's day which is both reassuring and I can see his learning/development.
Meals are included providing a varied menu.
Overall, I'm pleased my son is in such a wonderful setting and I couldn't ask for more. The management and staff are outstanding.

The highlight, for me, is the chance to see regular photo updates of my son's day and a clear understanding of how he spends his time at the nursery.

however, they were discriminatory when it came to her health needs. My daughter has sickle cell and during the minus 1 winter last year, I was told 'All children go out in all weathers'.
This alongside slightly bullying managers left me quite shaken up and afraid for my daughter's wellbeing, yet from the word go, the manager was hands down supportive. She was knowledgeable in sickle cell management and listened to my needs and expectations for my daughter.
Her warm and welcoming ambience and just her down-to-earth nature makes everyone feel more at ease.
My daughter is now in reception and she left Monarchs Childcare with more confidence and more knowledge than I realised! Thank you!

to work a lot calmer than I had anticipated. The management are amazing and are so supportive, no questions are ever an issue and they respond so quickly, my daughter loves coming to Monarchs and she has already learned so much from crawling to learning how to pull herself up, the setting is well laid out and the activities they set out are amazing (even I would want to play with them) definitely the best setting for us.

my kids would rather be at Monarchs then at home during the half term. They have definitely made a difference with my son in terms of support and learning. We have been attending Monarchs for nearly 10 years and would not go anywhere else. The standard of care is brilliant and exceptional.

always happy for a chat on the phone. There is a monthly theme where the children learn different aspects and we are always told ahead of time. Lots of the activities are also child-led. Food - excellent menu. My youngest has a dairy allergy and we have had no slip-ups, lots of communication on other options sent to us so he doesn't feel left out from his friends. They play outside daily - outside has had a revamp and is looking great! They complete activities outside - anything from writing, painting or a sports day and regularly visit the local parks, feed the ducks or go to the shops to choose their snack! The care they receive is wonderful. Thank you.

In addition to the outstanding care provided to my daughter, the staff are always on hand to offer guidance to parents when asked for it. The environment at Stepping Stones really is like an extended family.

always had my daughter's best interests at the heart of everything they do, whilst she's in their care and even when she's at home. if ever my daughter is poorly, a member of the team usually send a message on the app to check in on her which I really appreciate as it shows they really do care about the children in their care.
The communication is absolutely amazing and no request is too big or too small. The management is very knowledgeable and has a strong team providing superb care to the children. They also have an app which is a great way of communicating with the nursery and allowing parents to see exactly what their child has been up to throughout the day (with lots of photos which I love looking at). It also helps to keep track of developmental milestones and possible areas of improvement. Without a doubt, I would recommend this nursery - my daughter always happily runs straight in and leaves with the biggest smile on her face!

every day. My youngest has been at Stepping Stones for almost a year now, and after a slow start, he now skips into nursery happily. His key worker has put in a massive amount of effort with him, supporting him with his speech and taking time helping him to nap which has been a big change for him! The staff team they have now are nurturing and caring, food is freshly cooked on site which we appreciate, and our boys are kept busy and stimulated all day long. We are lucky to have a small friendly nursery to look after them. Thank you to the manager and team.

They send loads of photos every day through the app and update parents with regular newsletters! The staff are so lovely and welcoming and our children talk about them and all of their friends when they come home! Every morning they get so excited running into the nursery and are always so happy coming out and telling us all about their day! We appreciate the lovely staff so much for making great relationships with our children and taking such good care of them both. Highly recommended!

through the app to give us peace of mind, and she always comes home with a massive smile on her face. The team keeps us updated with her learning journey using the "birth to 5 matter", which helps us track her improvement and also allows us to try new things at home with her.

parents/carers. The communication is amazing, you get updates of what your child has done at the end of every day, showing the activities they’ve been doing and how it links to their learning. The progress my son has made in the 6 months he’s been there is insane. I 100% recommend Stepping Stones Nursery, and a massive thank you to all the staff there for being such wonderful people.
