I would definitely recommend Busy Bees Evesham, my son absolutely loves it, he gets excited every morning going in which really puts me at ease leaving him and has done since the moment we first dropped him off when he was 9 months old. All the staff are really friendly and do a fantastic job especially
through what’s been such a difficult year.

My child has settled in so well and his development has come on leaps and bounds. The staff have been great throughout Covid-19 and it’s been so reassuring seeing my child run into nursery happily in the mornings without even looking back!

As a family, we have been using Busy Bees at Evesham since 2018. We now have two children attending the nursery and have always been happy with the childcare provided. The way that Busy Bees at Evesham has adapted to the government guidelines in connection to coronavirus has been well thought out and
communicated well. The staff members are happy to answer any questions and seem to show a real interest in our children’s development and well-being. It is great to hear what they have been up to during the day! The meal plan is varied and it’s great that the food provided is not everyday food that would be cooked at home, it has taught the children to eat a variety of foods. Overall I would recommend Busy Bees at Evesham and will be sad when our children graduate for big school!

My daughter is in her last room now and due to attend school in September, having been at Busy Bees at Evesham since she was about nine months old. Also, her brother before her went to Busy Bees at Evesham and I have been so happy with their care and development of both children, both quite different
and both treated entirely individually with plans and work created to spark their interests. The staff are really engaged with all of the children and care about them all separately, providing warmth and support to them all whilst helping them develop independence. My children have both developed confidence and great social skills from their time at nursery and will both have left fully equipped for school, which after all is the aim. They are both incredibly happy at nursery, eat everything that is prepared for them on site and speak about the staff and their friends with loads of excitement and love. They clearly feel very secure and cared for and that shows. Highly recommend this nursery.

We’ve had such a positive experience with Busy Bees at Evesham, from viewing the nursery pre Covid-19, to my daughter starting in the baby room and moving up into first steps. The staff have really made it the best experience for my daughter, from answering silly questions I had, they didn’t make me
feel silly for asking and absolutely loving my daughter. When both your child and nursery staff are happy to see each other, you know they have a good time. I’ve found the staff really supportive towards me as a new parent and have really good communication with everyone at the nursery. Developmentally my daughter has come on so well with all the different activities and experiences gained at the nursery, that I just wasn’t able to replicate at home. The updates on the app are great too, seeing the photos of her from observations or just seeing how long a nap she’s managed that day is really helpful.

Our daughter has attended Busy Bees at Evesham from the age of eleven months old and she is now three years old. The staff most recently have worked so hard throughout lockdown to provide consistent, high quality care in a safe environment and it has been invaluable for families like us where both parents
are key workers. The staff are warm, friendly and our daughter enjoys her time at nursery because she feels familiar and comfortable with them. Her key workers are sparking her interest and imagination with the provision and there is a good system in place via the parent app to communicate all of this with us. The new centre manager is warm, friendly and welcoming. The centre director works hard to answer any questions and make her self available and approachable which is needed during the pandemic with restricted access. Most importantly, my daughter is happy and well looked after when she is in their care. She has made some great friends and the staff have invested time in getting to know her. Thank you!

The very best childcare provider I could have ever hoped for. Due to moving quite a bit this is our 3rd nursery and it truly is the gold standard! Our son has never been happier and has developed so much since being here, both socially and developmentally. Thank you to everyone at Busy Bees!

This is a fantastic nursery. My daughter has been attending since she was a year old and her speech and confidence has grown. She made friends and has a good relationship with the teachers. They learn something new every day and I love that they play outside in the fresh air every day, which I think
is extremely important.

Both my son and daughter have been at Busy Bees at Evesham. The staff are warm, friendly and always attentive to the needs of my children. Always there to give a bug and kind to them. There has been quite a staff turnover recently, which has been harder to see different staff at handovers. I love that
my child is happy going in and coming out of the nursery. It has been harder to not have the communication as thoroughly as needed at times. Overall, I loved the experience my children have, the number of staff are also great!

After the pandemic of 2020, my daughter spent many months at home (like many). She really struggled to settle back into a routine! The Busy Bees staff were amazing with her! They found little way to help settle her back in and also comfort her when she needed it most! We went from tantrums and utile
sleep to running through the Busy Bees door without been a goodbye! My daughter's key worker is amazing with her and has helped to understand her on a deeper level. We love Busy Bees.

Both my children attend Busy Bees at Evesham and we have been extremely pleased with all aspects of their care. The staff and managers are friendly, approachable and professional. They take the time to get to know the children and tailor activities to their interests and developmental needs. I feel
confident that my children are being well cared for when they are at nursery. I would highly recommend it to other families.

My little boy is in first steps and I cannot fault any of the staff members who work in this room. His keyworker and the room manager were key to him settling in and he is now a happy, confident little boy at the nursery. My little boy has developed so much after only being at nursery for 6 months.
He blows us away weekly by the new things he has learnt and we owe a lot of this to the nursery. I know that the staff in his room have his very best interests at heart and as parents, we could not ask for any more than this. All that is left to say is a big, heartfelt thank you to his keyworker and all of the staff for looking after our little one so well, we are so grateful.

Busy Bees is a fantastic nursery with a friendly, hardworking team of staff. My son has thrived in his time at Busy Bees and he has had excellent care. My son has had a great learning experience both physically and mentally and it's a joy to see his smiling face and excitement in telling me what he's
learnt at pickup. Thank you.

My 13-month-old has just started. The staff are very kind and caring whilst he is struggling having been left by me for the first-ever time.
They are great at finding what activities he likes best to distract him when sad and are thoughtful and considerate of any worries I have.
They also get him
to nap without breastfeeding and to take a bottle so they're miracle workers. We always get a comprehensive run down at pick up of what he's liked and not liked which is appreciated. A lovely team and environment and I feel as happy as I can leaving my baby in their care.

Such an amazing nursery with amazing, caring staff!
Our daughter has attended Busy Bees since she was 8 months old. Two years, on she is thriving and absolutely loving it. One of the hardest things when you return to work after maternity leave is the guilt of leaving your child with a stranger for
a significant amount of the day but this fear was alleviated almost immediately by their caring and professional approach.
Every day she runs into breakfast and is greeted with kind and attentive staff.
If she is ever poorly, the staff devote their time and care to ensuring she is looked after and that we are informed immediately.
Every day she takes part in a range of activities and clearly loves singing all the nursery rhymes!
Their experience, enthusiasm and professional approach has been the catalyst in our daughter’s thirst for learning and I cannot thank them enough.

I just want to say how loving and kind the staff are. My son found it difficult being left at his last nursery, he wouldn’t eat or sleep there but within a few weeks of just two half days per week, he is now more than happy to stay at Busy Bees. He eats well and has his nap. The staff are so attentive,
they always make an effort to greet my son and make him feel welcome. This has made a real difference to his confidence, he loves playing in/outside and has made friends. He really looks forward to going to Busy Bees. I can’t praise the staff enough for what they have done for him and me! I would definitely recommend Busy Bees.

I have always felt extremely happy leaving my son in the care of Busy Bees. The staff are lovely and have always kept me informed with my son’s progress. My little boy was so shy when he first started but he is now much more confident and enjoys all the activities and friendships he has formed. I really
feel he has had a great start being at Busy Bees and is ready for school. He will be sad to leave.

Current Review Score: 8.4 (8.411)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 8.4 (8.411) out of 10 for Busy Bees Evesham is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 4 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.6 out of 5 from 4 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.854 for Busy Bees Evesham is calculated as follows: ( (43 Excellents x 5) + (3 Goods x 4) + (2 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 48 Ratings = 4.854
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 3.557 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Busy Bees Evesham is based on 4 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 = 3.375
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 110 number of registered child places is 22. 4 Positive Reviews ÷ 22 = 0.182
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
