RGS The Grange Nursery

My little boy has loved his time in the nursery here. He was a bit reluctant to start with, but the staff were so good with him that it didn’t take him long to settle in. The activities and subjects they work on really do give them such a good start before they start reception. We’ve noticed such a leap in all aspects of his development. The 'forest school' is amazing too. The grounds of the school are such a nice place to be. It really is excellent and the staff really do make it so. The children are so lucky to have them. Huge thank you for making those early years packed full with such lovely memories.

Five stars isn’t enough in our eyes! Thank you to RGS The Grange Nursery team. Our children have thoroughly enjoyed their time here. The nursery team have been supportive, knowledgeable and caring. Both our children (at varying times) have grown in confidence and flourished as individuals. We can not thank you enough.

A wonderful setting. Our child suffers from separation anxiety, but the staff have gone above and beyond to help him settle. They are so kind and nurturing and you get a strong impression that they truly care about the children and it isn’t just a ‘job’ for them. Children’s activities are based around weekly themes, which keeps them so engaged. There are lots of extra activities throughout the week like gymnastics, cooking and French, which gives the day great structure. Staff take full advantage of the school’s wonderful grounds and facilities, as children spend plenty of time outside every day which is lovely. Superb communication with parents; daily photo updates on the app and verbal updates on handover. The children always look like they are having a ball in the photos and are constantly learning through play. Five stars from us, thank you RGS The Grange Nursery!

Our son started just after his second birthday at RGS The Grange. Initially, we were apprehensive for him to start nursery, but our fears were quickly put at ease. The facilities and range of activities such as cooking, music, french and balance bikes are fabulous. We have been especially pleased with the time the children spend outdoors, including but not limited to their weekly Forest School sessions. The staff are all incredibly kind and experienced, they’ve helped our son feel really settled and cared for. His confidence and development have truly accelerated during his time at nursery.

Our daughter has really developed during her time at The Grange. It's a great mix of teaching indoors and out, and they make use of the extensive grounds. Teachers always come across as friendly, professional and dedicated to the children's education. On a practical note having a large private car park means you never have to fight for a parking space in the morning and the children can walk into class in a safe environment.

Really pleased with The Grange Nursery and Pre-School. My daughter has been attending for nearly two years, and she is always happy to go in and really enjoys her time here. The staff are all lovely and friendly and great with all the children. I love all the outdoor space they have access to, including Forest School. Highly recommend.

RGS The Grange Nursery is a fantastic place to attend nursery! I was very anxious about sending my shy 2 year to nursery for the first time but received excellent settling-in, support and reassurance. My daughter loves attending 3 days each week, enjoys a wide range of activities whilst she is there and has made some blossoming friendships. Fantastic facilities and very clean too! Always a very positive feel when walking in to drop off and collect - 5 out of 5 stars for me!

Our son is an energetic, excitable and boisterous young man - the team ensure he is fully engaged, enjoying learning and happy!

It is evident that the staff really care about each child.

My daughter has attended preschool at RGS The Grange for 18 months. Throughout that time our experience as a family has been excellent. Our daughter is happy, engaged and thriving in the care of the team and skips into preschool each day with a big smile. The team have embedded a strong foundation of love for learning through their nurturing behaviours and we are so very thankful for all they do.

Fantastic nursery, our daughter is so happy there and coming on so well. Staff are so lovely and attentive, our daughter loves them all! They do a wide range of activities and have lots of outside time which is fab. Would highly reccomend!

Although it’s the amazing setting, and facilities, that initially catch the eye, it’s the fabulous staff that make RGS The Grange Nursery a magical place to attend nursery. Caring and warm, energetic and engaging, while offering real structure to each day. Full of active and fun learning - I couldn’t send our son anywhere else.

Lovely, welcoming nursery which our daughter has now settled into very well thanks to the care and attention of the staff. She has developed considerably since starting at the nursery and we can see all the varied outdoor and indoor activities she has taken part in during the day via an app.

My son has attended RGS The Grange Nursery for 3 years now and we are totally in love! My son is thriving more than we could have imagined. The staff are so welcoming and lovely every morning and are so willing to help whenever possible.

The nursery has a fantastic forest school which the children use regularly. They host regular stay-and-play sessions where parents and grandparents can come into the nursery, as well as lots of other events such as assemblies, sports days and Christmas Nativities.

RGS The Grange is wonderful. My daughters enjoy coming to school and have gained an immeasurable amount of confidence. My husband and I have been impressed with the excellent staff, who have really connected with our children. We would recommend The Grange to any parent.

RGS The Grange is a wonderful setting to learn and thrive in. There is lots of indoor and outdoor space and play areas. The staff are very caring, nurturing and we get feedback via photos and texts throughout the day. My daughter really enjoys it there and happily takes part in the range of activities they do every day. I would definitely recommend RGS The Grange.

A wonderfully nurturing and active nursery. My little boy thoroughly enjoys the variety of activities on offer and his days are always jam-packed with fun and learning. The outdoor provision is also massively enjoyed by the children and the staff are very kind and gentle and very helpful. We are extremely happy.

My granddaughter joined the nursery department at RGS The Grange last term. I have been delighted with the care and attention she has been given by the very friendly and professional staff. The range of activities provided for her are excellent and she particularly enjoys all outdoor activities, including Forest school. A wonderful setting in which all children can thrive and grow within a safe and caring setting. The staff are always available to help and advise if I have any queries.
