Cotton Tails Too at Rubery

My daughter has settled in well and enjoys going to nursery. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful. I enjoy the online journal that has regular updates and photos uploaded. It was also useful to attend the parent's evening to review my child’s progress so far.

My daughter has been going to Cotton Tails Too at Rubery since March. She has learnt so much whilst being there; coming home singing the songs they teach her, telling me the names of her classmates and the staff members. All the staff are very welcoming and they have a great attitude to working! The fun activities they do with the children seem to develop their mindsets incredibly.

My son has just left Cotton Tails Too at Rubery after joining them at age 3, he has loved nursery from the start mainly his careers there. He has come on leaps and bounds in the time he was in the school room, learning to count up to 20, backwards from 10, the alphabet which he can write, to name just a few of the things he has learnt. If he ever was feeling emotional like many 3/4 year olds I felt happy knowing he was safe and would be loved by the girls at the nursery. I'm so sad he has had to leave and wish the girls could teach him at school! I would hands down recommend the nursery to anyone and I do! All of the team are lovely and I shall miss bringing him to Cotton Tails Too x

My son only started going to this nursery in the last 6 months and they’ve been great at helping him transition to a new setting during the pandemic. They have also alleviated my anxieties about him integrating socially with other children, given he had minimal contact with other children for 6 months when the lockdown first started. The app they use is great to catch up on what activities he’s been doing and he always comes home happy and well-fed. They have done well at keeping Covid-secure and I have confidence they are doing all they can to keep open and keep the children and staff safe.

My little boy has been attending for around 15 months. He loves it here so much! Even when at home he's constantly chattering away about the staff and children and the different activities he has done. From his very first day the staff put both him and me at ease and it was a smooth transition for us both. All of the staff are so friendly and you can tell they really care for the children. I feel very lucky to have found such a lovely nursery and I would recommend it to everybody.

Both our children go to Cotton Tails (our first started 3-years ago, and now our second child started 2-months ago). My husband and I feel very lucky to have found this nursery. Every single one of the staff here is so good - it is unbelievable. They genuinely put the interest of children at the core, which is very assuring to us, especially because it was very hard for me to go back to work leaving my babies in someone else’s care. I really do wish the staff at Cotton Tails good luck and best wishes.

Excellent nursery all round - cannot fault it. My son has additional needs and the staff cannot do enough to ensure he is well looked after. He loves it there.

My son is new at nursery, he is in the baby room. The girls were fantastic on his settling in days and made me feel at ease leaving him for the first time. He has settled in brilliantly and gets very excited when he enters the building and always has open arms for the staff! The manager is also excellent and was very accommodating with my payment requests.

As a nervous first time mom, I was completely put at ease bringing my 5-month-old daughter to this setting as the staff are very caring and understanding. The relationships they build with the children are amazing. I cannot fault this nursery.

The nursery always looks spotlessly clean and the children have access to lots of fun activities throughout the day. The nursery has a great atmosphere and all the staff are helpful and friendly.

Within two weeks of my daughter starting, I noticed a huge difference in my daughter's development, such as communication and language and she is now thriving in her development. She is so happy to go to nursery and loved every minute of it. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. It is by far the best nursery I know of and is a well deserved outstanding rated nursery. They work hard to achieve the best quality care and even though they are outstanding they still aim to be even better.
