Cotton Tails Too and the staff that work there are fab at their job. I cant thank the ladies enough for all the care they gave my daughter and for all the support they gave her and the family.
I would highly recommend this nursery to many.

My 16-month-old boy started at Cotton Tails Too at Rubery a month ago and has settled in really quickly despite the pandemic situation. The carers have been great with him and he gets on really well with them. He has really enjoyed exploring everything there is to play with inside and outside and he
has enjoyed the messy play and activities too.
His key worker has kept us up to date with his progress and development and he's really doing well since he started there.

I’d highly recommend this nursery! Since my son started Cotton Tails Too at Rubery his progression of learning is incredible! He has become such a character and is really comfortable there! A happy child is a happy parent! My son really looks forward to nursery each week, he has made lots of new friends
and doesn’t stop talking about the staff that help him each day that he is there!
The staff always keep me posted throughout the day on the online portal about how his day is going! I feel really comfortable sending my child into nursery without a worry!

My son only started going to this nursery in the last 6 months and they’ve been great at helping him transition to a new setting during the pandemic. They have also alleviated my anxieties about him integrating socially with other children, given he had minimal contact with other children for 6 months
when the lockdown first started. The app they use is great to catch up on what activities he’s been doing and he always comes home happy and well-fed. They have done well at keeping Covid-secure and I have confidence they are doing all they can to keep open and keep the children and staff safe.

All the ladies at Cotton Tails Too at Rubery are nothing short of fantastic! Even when we had the opportunity to take our son to a nursery closer to home, we chose to stick with Cotton Tails Too and make the longer drive there. This is a testament to how dedicated and amazing the ladies are.

My little boy has been attending for around 15 months. He loves it here so much! Even when at home he's constantly chattering away about the staff and children and the different activities he has done. From his very first day the staff put both him and me at ease and it was a smooth transition for us
both. All of the staff are so friendly and you can tell they really care for the children. I feel very lucky to have found such a lovely nursery and I would recommend it to everybody.

I can't thank Cotton Tails Too at Rubery enough for the amazing care they give to my daughter and all the children at the nursery.
My daughter always gets excited to go nursery and gets taught so much; I've seen such a big difference! She has made loads of friends and the staff are so amazing and friendly.
I'm
so happy with the care my child gets, she is always coming back home singing songs and telling me about her day.
I would strongly recommend this nursery to any parents out there that want the best for their child/children; the staff give it 100%.

Both our children go to Cotton Tails (our first started 3-years ago, and now our second child started 2-months ago). My husband and I feel very lucky to have found this nursery. Every single one of the staff here is so good - it is unbelievable. They genuinely put the interest of children at the core,
which is very assuring to us, especially because it was very hard for me to go back to work leaving my babies in someone else’s care. I really do wish the staff at Cotton Tails good luck and best wishes.

My son is new at nursery, he is in the baby room. The girls were fantastic on his settling in days and made me feel at ease leaving him for the first time. He has settled in brilliantly and gets very excited when he enters the building and always has open arms for the staff! The manager is also excellent
and was very accommodating with my payment requests.

Fantastic nursery! My daughter is 2 years old and has been coming to the nursery since 7th January. She has come a long way in her development. The staff are fantastic, the environment is outstanding.
Management is fantastic. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone!

Both of my children have attended this nursery and they have thoroughly enjoyed coming.
The nursery always looks spotlessly clean and the children have access to lots of fun activities throughout the day. The nursery has a great atmosphere and all the staff are helpful and friendly.

As a nervous first time mom, I was completely put at ease bringing my 5-month-old daughter to this setting as the staff are very caring and understanding. The relationships they build with the children are amazing. I cannot fault this nursery.

I started my daughter, who is two years of age, at Cotton Tails Too at the beginning of January.
My daughter settled in very quickly with the reassurance of the very kind and caring staff that work at Cotton Tails Too. The environment is outstanding with bright and stimulating rooms for all children
to explore and play. The environment is kept very well organised and cleaned to a high standard. Food provided is nutritious and healthy and the staff are all very welcoming and friendly.
Within two weeks of my daughter starting, I noticed a huge difference in my daughter's development, such as communication and language and she is now thriving in her development. She is so happy to go to nursery and loved every minute of it. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. It is by far the best nursery I know of and is a well deserved outstanding rated nursery. They work hard to achieve the best quality care and even though they are outstanding they still aim to be even better.

I'm the auntie of 7 children who have all attended Cotton Tails Too Nursery. The staff are all amazing and so helpful they are always willing to answer any questions we have. The children have all thrived at nursery and the older ones were all ready for their big adventure at school, while the younger

I absolutely love Cotton Tails Too. I cannot recommend enough. The staff are so lovely, the management are lovely, the nursery is a safe, clean environment. My little one loves going every day.

As a nursery, Cotton Tails Too is simply just fantastic. The nursery is extremely clean, tidy and presentable. The staff are caring, enthusiastic and approachable.
My son found the concept of attending nursery a very challenging thing. However, the staff bent over backwards in order to make the transition
of drop-offs as pleasant as possible. This was truly appreciated as they regularly reassured me that my son was okay and really made me feel content knowing that he was being looked after by people that cared for him.
Cotton Tails Too continually strive to offer the best activities for their children. My son is always coming home with a fantastic variety of arts and crafts of which he has made during each day. They also have external providers that offer physical activities to the children. This is superb and the fact that a nursery is wanting to offer/provide such activities really shows that they do have there children’s best interests at heart.

Lisa Daniels

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2004

My name is Lisa Daniels; I am the manager at Cotton Tails Too. I joined the company in 2004 and gained the role of room leader with the 2 year olds. I soon became the Deputy of the nursery and enjoyed each challenging task that came my way.


In 2008, I became the nursery manager and gained my Level 3 management qualification in 2009.


Being the manager of Cotton Tails Too gives me a great sense of achievement as each day is different and the children enjoy their time and experiences that we offer.


I am very lucky to have the role and position that I have as I get to work with lovely children and their families.
