The staff at Cotton Tails Too are very compassionate and friendly. Our daughter settled in straight away and she continues to love going there to learn and grow. They do lots of indoor and outdoor activities to keep all the children entertained.

I have had four children at Cotton Tails Too, currently three attending and they all love it! I love receiving the daily photos of them enjoying themselves and doing all their crafty bits. They are close with their care workers and talk about them at home. The ladies who work there always make a special
effort for special occasions like birthdays and Christmas. Their Xmas party was great! I am anxious about leaving my kids anywhere but the girls make it feel so much easier!

The girls here are absolutely fantastic at what they do, they always go above and beyond for the children. My youngest is currently in the baby room and one of my eldest sons attended here from 4 months right up until he left for school, so it was a no brainer where I wanted to send my son once I went
back to work! I fully trust that my son is in the best hands while I work, the staff are so friendly and caring, it gives me total peace of mind while away from my son. If you're looking for child care that is a home away from home this should definitely be your first choice! Keep up the brilliant work girls.

My son has been here since January 2023 and I have to say I can’t fault the girls at Cotton Tails. They are amazing with all the children. We’ve just been to 'winter wonderland' and were blown away with the effort to make every little bit special for the little ones. They do different activities each
day and my son loves it. I also don’t have to worry about what he has eaten during the day, the food is so varied and good. I would highly recommend this nursery!

Lovely setting. Great care. I really appreciate how well my son is thriving there.
He likes the meals. And I'm happy with the baby room not being too big. It's quite an intimate setting. There is a great ratio of carers to children.
Really pleased with our choice.

I have put my children in a few nurseries now. This nursery doesn’t compare. It’s exceptional. The staff are just the most nurturing, incredible people and care so much about the children. My daughter is super shy and she just gets constant encouragement and cuddles. The nursery itself has brilliant
facilities, healthy food and a lovely environment. You walk in the door and instantly feel at home and like the staff really want to be there.

My son has been at Cotton Tails Too since he was 11 months old (currently 2.5 years old).
We are so pleased that we picked Cotton Tails Too. From the first days of his settling in to now the staff have done everything they can to make sure our son is happy and settled.
We are kept regularly updated
and the staff work hard to keep parents involved in all areas of nursery life from regular updates on the app, detailed handovers, parent's evening, stay and plays and special events such as a Christmas opening evening and Easter bonnet parade parents are very much welcomed into the nursery which is a lovely experience.
I love that it is quite a small nursery so all members of staff get to know all of the children which has made transitions between rooms easy and completely stress-free.
It is clear that all of the staff take pride in the work they do and really care for the children at the nursery.

Cottons Tails is an amazing nursery the staff are exceptional.
Both of my children have gone there. I know my son is in good hands when I drop him off I couldn’t think of anywhere better for him to spend his days while I work
So pleased with the care provided.

Fantastic nursery - what makes this nursery so great is the amazing, welcoming staff that really get to know your child and genuinely care about them.

My son started at Cotton Tails Too when he was just one and has recently left to start school. He absolutely loved his time at this nursery and developed so many positive relationships with both children and staff. The ladies there are so nurturing and thoughtful and really go out of their way to make
sure that children get the most out of their time there. I don’t think I could have chosen a better nursery for my son. Cotton Tails Too has played a big part in helping my son grow into the wonderful little boy he is today.

I couldn't rate the manager and her wonderful team at Cotton Tails Too highly enough. Both of my daughters came here from 9 months old and I always felt confident that the staff genuinely cared about them and would meet their needs. They provided real peace of mind for busy working parents. If you want
to send your young children to a nursery where they will be nurtured, their confidence will be developed and they will be happy, I would highly recommend Cotton Tails Too.

My daughter attended Cotton Tails Too for almost her entire life and I couldn’t have wished for a better nursery. Every member of staff went above and beyond to give my daughter the best journey before school and she has left with so many friends and memories that will last a lifetime. Having been in
every room during her journey it’s been amazing to see the relationships form and grow with all the staff. Leaving was emotional to say the least!

Caring for your child is something you can’t put a value on. Cotton Tails Too feels like leaving your children with a family friend. If my son could choose who to look after him, he’d pick one member of staff in particular. The staff know the children and when I needed a change made, the management
was excellent and dealt with it quickly.

As any parent, we were really nervous when we had to leave our son at the nursery for the first time but the staff have been so reassuring and kind, so comforting to our little one and the accommodation period lasted a lot less than we thought and with a lot less tears from both sides. That is thanks
to the lovely staff. Also, our son made a lot of progress in his development over one year and we would strongly recommend this nursery!

Both of my children have attended Cotton Tails Too from 4 months old until they graduated. I cannot fault this nursery, the staff are all amazing girls and they always go above and beyond with activities and learning development. Both of my children have grown and found their personalities with the
help of the staff here. I feel really sad that I no longer have children attending the nursery as I know they were well looked after and always came home saying they’ve had the best day at nursery. The care and attention all staff put into ensuring the children's needs are met is always above and beyond.
Keep up the good work girls I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much for everything.

My daughter has settled in well and enjoys going to nursery. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful. I enjoy the online journal that has regular updates and photos uploaded. It was also useful to attend the parent's evening to review my child’s progress so far.

My daughter has been going to Cotton Tails Too at Rubery since March. She has learnt so much whilst being there; coming home singing the songs they teach her, telling me the names of her classmates and the staff members. All the staff are very welcoming and they have a great attitude to working! The

My son has just left Cotton Tails Too at Rubery after joining them at age 3, he has loved nursery from the start mainly his careers there. He has come on leaps and bounds in the time he was in the school room, learning to count up to 20, backwards from 10, the alphabet which he can write, to name just
a few of the things he has learnt. If he ever was feeling emotional like many 3/4 year olds I felt happy knowing he was safe and would be loved by the girls at the nursery. I'm so sad he has had to leave and wish the girls could teach him at school! I would hands down recommend the nursery to anyone and I do! All of the team are lovely and I shall miss bringing him to Cotton Tails Too x

Lisa Daniels

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2004

My name is Lisa Daniels; I am the manager at Cotton Tails Too. I joined the company in 2004 and gained the role of room leader with the 2 year olds. I soon became the Deputy of the nursery and enjoyed each challenging task that came my way.


In 2008, I became the nursery manager and gained my Level 3 management qualification in 2009.


Being the manager of Cotton Tails Too gives me a great sense of achievement as each day is different and the children enjoy their time and experiences that we offer.


I am very lucky to have the role and position that I have as I get to work with lovely children and their families.
