Cotton Tails Too at Rubery

My son has been coming to Cotton Tails Too for 3 months now and has settled really well. The baby room staff are very welcoming and make me feel at ease leaving him there. The communication is great at the end of the day and it’s lovely to see what he has been up to through the online app. I couldn’t imagine sending him anywhere else!

My daughter absolutely loves Cotton Tails Too, she has come on so much since joining last December. The staff are amazing and honestly I thank them so much for all their hard work every day. The amount of activities they do is amazing and how they get the family also involved is so lovely.

Cotton Tails is a fantastic nursery, they really do have the children at the centre of everything they do. Our little girl loves it there and is thriving, they create a fun learning environment and always involve us as parents to be involved with the learning and also to continue at home, the staff are always kind and compassionate and we are so happy we chose Cotton Tails for our daughter.

I couldn't be happier with the nursery! The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, creating a warm and nurturing environment for the little ones. The facilities are clean, safe, and filled with stimulating activities. My child has thrived in this supportive atmosphere and I appreciate the open communication between staff and parents.

The staff at Cotton Tails Too are very compassionate and friendly. Our daughter settled in straight away and she continues to love going there to learn and grow. They do lots of indoor and outdoor activities to keep all the children entertained.

I have had four children at Cotton Tails Too, currently three attending and they all love it! I love receiving the daily photos of them enjoying themselves and doing all their crafty bits. They are close with their care workers and talk about them at home. The ladies who work there always make a special effort for special occasions like birthdays and Christmas. Their Xmas party was great! I am anxious about leaving my kids anywhere but the girls make it feel so much easier!

The girls here are absolutely fantastic at what they do, they always go above and beyond for the children. My youngest is currently in the baby room and one of my eldest sons attended here from 4 months right up until he left for school, so it was a no brainer where I wanted to send my son once I went back to work! I fully trust that my son is in the best hands while I work, the staff are so friendly and caring, it gives me total peace of mind while away from my son. If you're looking for child care that is a home away from home this should definitely be your first choice! Keep up the brilliant work girls.

My son has been here since January 2023 and I have to say I can’t fault the girls at Cotton Tails. They are amazing with all the children. We’ve just been to 'winter wonderland' and were blown away with the effort to make every little bit special for the little ones. They do different activities each day and my son loves it. I also don’t have to worry about what he has eaten during the day, the food is so varied and good. I would highly recommend this nursery!

I have put my children in a few nurseries now. This nursery doesn’t compare. It’s exceptional. The staff are just the most nurturing, incredible people and care so much about the children. My daughter is super shy and she just gets constant encouragement and cuddles. The nursery itself has brilliant facilities, healthy food and a lovely environment. You walk in the door and instantly feel at home and like the staff really want to be there.

It is clear that all of the staff take pride in the work they do and really care for the children at the nursery.

My son has been going to Cotton Tails Too for a few months and loves it. All the staff are very caring and attentive to, not only my son’s needs, but all of the needs of the children. They are great at communicating with parents and provide lots of opportunity to go and complete activities with your child.

They are always hosting extra activities and go above and beyond to get the parents involved.

My son started at Cotton Tails Too when he was just one and has recently left to start school. He absolutely loved his time at this nursery and developed so many positive relationships with both children and staff. The ladies there are so nurturing and thoughtful and really go out of their way to make sure that children get the most out of their time there. I don’t think I could have chosen a better nursery for my son. Cotton Tails Too has played a big part in helping my son grow into the wonderful little boy he is today.

I couldn't rate the manager and her wonderful team at Cotton Tails Too highly enough. Both of my daughters came here from 9 months old and I always felt confident that the staff genuinely cared about them and would meet their needs. They provided real peace of mind for busy working parents. If you want to send your young children to a nursery where they will be nurtured, their confidence will be developed and they will be happy, I would highly recommend Cotton Tails Too.

My daughter attended Cotton Tails Too for almost her entire life and I couldn’t have wished for a better nursery. Every member of staff went above and beyond to give my daughter the best journey before school and she has left with so many friends and memories that will last a lifetime. Having been in every room during her journey it’s been amazing to see the relationships form and grow with all the staff. Leaving was emotional to say the least!

Caring for your child is something you can’t put a value on. Cotton Tails Too feels like leaving your children with a family friend. If my son could choose who to look after him, he’d pick one member of staff in particular. The staff know the children and when I needed a change made, the management was excellent and dealt with it quickly.

As any parent, we were really nervous when we had to leave our son at the nursery for the first time but the staff have been so reassuring and kind, so comforting to our little one and the accommodation period lasted a lot less than we thought and with a lot less tears from both sides. That is thanks to the lovely staff. Also, our son made a lot of progress in his development over one year and we would strongly recommend this nursery!

I would definitely recommend Cotton Tails Too to other parents/carers.
